Considering that Jolt used to be the perk Surge for Demogorgon, and licensed perks/killers/whatever wouldn't just be able to be in a tome without permission, I would think they wouldn't put this challenge in the current tome unless they were completely sure that they weren't getting the license back? I feel this game is way too much competitive for what it really is. Being looped as a killer isnt fun, being stunt as a killer isnt fun. And on the other side, being the survivor isnt ''scary'', we can bully the killers. Why isnt there another game mode like where we would suposed to be a little scared and for fun, where both side just have fun. Remember the perk overhaul last year? It was controversial, yes, but even though it nerfed a lot of stuff, it still buffed many others, giving us new things to try out and put on new builds. We lost Ruin and Pop Goes the Weasel? I made one of these previously about a couple of perks I liked and decided to make another about some I've been sitting on. These are perks that I feel like could do with a bit more love from the community despite their otherwise niche aplication. Competitive DBD- 5000 hr Killer gets first down after 2-3 gens pop after efficient looping from the survivors with thousands of hours. Killer proxy camps hook then tunnels the unhooked survivor in hopes to get a kill or 2 before the last gen pops to get points for their team to advance. Isn't torment mainly usually to just cage survivors they don't get DS and as far as I know no speed boost or endurance plus it's useful because you down cage no carrying no worrying about flashlights nothing. It's odd to me that the survivors get the chance ro reactive a perk over and over when there are 4 of them while the killer doesn't get to do this and they are alone. I know certain hexs would be pretty broken, but some of the boons also feel pretty insane to just be able to use over and over with you having 4 players while the killer can just have a perk gone the entire game right away. Please make survivors louder when they are injured... running too please. Sometimes I can't locate them correctly. Actually killer instinct would be great whenever survivor is injured. Bonus as with healing nerf they will allways be injured 🤣 And to be fair why survivors can 360, but we can't? The skin is obviously based around the queen of hearts and nothing to do with the actual red queen. hearts everywhere, "off with your head" as the axe description, "giant cards and massive red hearts" for full outfit description. For some reason early 2021 really sticks out to me. I know the game was still pretty unfair to most killers but killers also had some pretty broken stuff they could use(pinky finger, Nurse range and recharge, scalped topknot, iri head etc), also with the old ranking system, there was a decent range of skill at rank 1 which meant not every game would be a sweat fest. Even though Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance is currently, on live servers, a good perk, it can have its value immensely reduced by RNG. You can only hook in specific hooks spread around the map. Sometimes you can use it all the time... but you may also spawn on a big map while all the scourge hooks are near one of the edges, unreachable most of the time. I think they are very bad for many reasons. First, they are not much interesting because they are nothing new. It is just hidden Blood Pact themed perk. Whats the since of these especially deliverance if you can't even use it on the hook the 2nd time.. Mostly no one needs this the first hook because 99.5 percent of the time you will get help.. The 2nd hook is when you need this, and even though the icon shows you can use it, you are toooo busy holding off the thorn in your chest. Personally, I don't see myself using it anymore, even with a ever so slight buff. Getting a 20% gen regression 4 times (sometimes less then four) just doesn't seem like a good use of a perk slot for me. I just played a match where a Knight had to camp a survivor to get one kill. My plan was to take the guard's attention and run away from the hook so that my other two teammates could get the save. I was injured, but I could totally outlast a guard and I hadn't been hooked yet.
