I spawned in as survivor on dead dawg saloon. Seconds later, my his disappears, tolerable at the least, right? Well, the real kicker is that it didnt show r1 options, didn't show heal/gen progress, and didn't show skillchecks. Now I have to wait out a dc ban because this game is broken. The more I view this dlc the more I realize it's probably the worst dlc in dbd soo far Deathslinger- Fun killer to play as, but the most boring to go against, where nothing of him seems unique, since he looks like a typical npc from red dead redemption. Hey, any spirit tips? I just can't follow survivors when i'm phasing, everytime when i'm phasing and i hear an injured survivor or steps right next to me, when i stop and try to get a hit they are actually 10 meters away. Wouldn't it be fair for survivors to be able to click on the name of the killer in the lobby? I mean, as a killer, I can look at the profiles of survivors, check if they happen to be a tryhard SWF or who is playing with who and I have the time to set up a game plan, even possibly dodge the lobby if I dont want to face a tryhard group at the time. Most killers need addons to be playable and even then they are not good. You need to play a specific killer ( like hill or Freddy ) in order to travel effectively on the map. The maps are too big for the killer and most of the time full of save/semi-save pallets and windows. Almost all the perk and power a killer have can be counter by one survivor without any perk. Claudette - crouches in wide open area or up against a wall and becomes invisible. Randomly finds and heals you when you're hurt too. Jake - sabatoging all the hooks and has no idea they respawn. Also stares at the killer from the other side of window or pallet. Has no emotion when doing so. David - punching bag for the killer. So, quick question. Why are Jane, Jeff and Jake so loud when injured? Nobody comes close to Jane in this category. I can hear Jane before I can hear an 80 percent gen. Keep it nice and simple, at the moment the perk is alright but it really has a few QoL issues. Here are my suggestions Red Herring highlights a generator red to all survivors. The reasoning behind this is it buffs the perk for solo players and makes it less likely to accidentally kill or give away the position of a survivor. I've been running Thanataphobia Legion for a while to some success, but I finally just bought Clown for Pop Goes the Weasel. OH MY GOD. It's night and day. The Gen Pressure and synergy you can have with Legion+Discordance+Pop is phenomenal. Its happened a few times. A survivor is getting chased while you are doing a gen (or casually hiding) and you notice them. Hoping they walk elsewhere you stay put, but there is the mistake I suppose. They end up passing by you and you become the new target of the killer. In Red ranks, I always run Iron Will, Inner Strength and an Exhaustion Perk (usually Lithe). The fourth perk slot has always been up in the air and I've tried lots of different options. My weakest point as a Survivor has always been my chase, so the majority of my perk slots are designed to be "crutch perks" to help me last longer in looping. struggle phase needs a rework to just be holding down the button. This button tapping mechanism cheats me out of the struggle phase on many occasions simply because it fails to register the continual tapping of the button and insta kills me. Recently, I've been playing as killer (The Trapper) a lot. But I have been playing, and everytime I win the match, the people call me camper. But I don't know why. I look for the generators, put some traps, when I get someone I try to hide and try to look for someone and walk a little bit to see if something's happening. I am only asking because I have still seen rage post about this but why is everyone so mad and thinks the new Sabo perk is OP? I like "Hallowen" chapter the most for these reasons: 1) Myers looks nice, and he can moonwalk. 2) Myers's power is definitely not useless. You can beat decent solo Survivors as him. 3) Myers has got some very game changing add-ons (Scratch Mirror, Tombstones, Fragrant Tuft of Hair). So I love Deathslinger, like I think outta the last 50 hours of DBD I've played 47 of them have been Deathslinger. However, I also get the most triggered by him. The reason being, any other killer if I miss a hit, I feel like I can throw it up to me being bad, the survivor outplaying me or latency. Sure, call me a bad baby killer noob who can’t apply pressure if you want but NOED is standard now on most killers. Multiple games as Wraith last night where I found someone almost instantly, surprise hit and quick second hit. Repeat for each survivor and still 5 gens pop with no one dead. What is the point of making deathslinger walk slower while aiming if people just put a crosshair on and basically aim all the time without walkspeed reduction and quick scope you without leaving the survivor reaction time? How come completing all the rift challenges both survivor and killer, 100% completion isnt enough fragments to get you to lvl70? Even if the challenges themselves dont get you to 70 you could atleast calculate approxamately how many matches besides the challenges it takes to get to 70. I have currently 5 challenges left. I see they still haven't sorted matchmaking out. Had 4 games in a row, level 1-2 survivors against my level 12 killer. Had my backside handed to me in all 4 games and the last lot were so toxic I messaged one after the game (something I have never done, ever). But you know what, I think I'm done with it all now. I just got out of an all red ranks game. I died on first hook because of blindness. Could it be made like pigs traps where you can see a specific thing? I guess the Pig is overpowered, unfun and frustrating to go against even for rank 1 Survivors because she has got crouching, ambush and head traps. I feel like the perk needs a change involving when to activate it. Just finished a game where I wanted to heal someone but not using the perk, waited for a skillcheck and it still activated.
