Killers break safe pallets and leave unsafe pallets the majority of the time. Unsafe pallets are honestly better as vaults when they're down than when they're up since they're super easy to mindgame.
So why use this perk at all?

Most of the times when i'm playing with my girlfriend and a friend we are usually just goofing around, not tryharding at all. Sure, we do gens, but the game always last 8-9+ minutes.
I'm using AMN when we are 2 at a loop, one of us put down the pallet and the other one keep looping the killer for a bit while one of us is reseting the pallet. There's so much satisfaction stunning the killer with the same pallet 2-3 times. Even the killer in the post game chat said he was laughing so hard.
Hillbilly players including me leave pallets downed most of the times.
But hillbillys also don't care about pallets much to begin with. They just mindgame with the saw and it they miss the survivor they get the pallet instead and move on
It is a Survivor Perk which did not came out 2 years ago. It is bad. Like all of them. So you cannot expect this Perk to be good.
