I did some easy math and found the fastest speed you can go without factoring powers or add-ons is 154%. 3 stacks of pwyf, Bloodlust T3, And noed. I haven't known you for long, in fact we've only interacted twice. But I feel I should make this because I know how scary cancer is. In F13, counselors can vault but Jason cannot, counselors have DS whenever they want with a pocket knife, they move much faster than you, they can knock the crap out of you, and even kill you. If you are playing to win, which I am, tunneling makes sense. By removing a link, you are making the rest of the survivors do more work, which makes patrolling gens more succesful. By tunneling someone out of the match you are making mid to late game much easier. I don't think it's the nicest strategy, but if you play to win that isn't an issue.
