The costume itself is owned by a Halloween company, not by Wes Craven. That's why Billy/Stu weren't the killer here and why Sidney Prescott wasn't a survivor in the game. The killer as Ghostface isn't the same as the Scream killer. Hopefully we do get Billy/Stu, College Campus, and Sidney Prescott in a Scream Map pack one day
