I play 60/40 survivor/killer, I really don't see it as a huge problem since its an endgame perk where the killer is already losing. By the time you even know the killer has it, both of the exit gates are typically open. It usually just gives the killer an extra kill unless the survivors are dumb and stick around too long or aren't competent enough to do the totems.122 comments 1,304 views last activity

Same perk as before, but it applies deep wounds when hit into the dying state while unhooking a survivor in the killers terror radius. This would provide a counter face camping and give this perk some use, but overall it would still be a situational altruistic perk and would still need a perk like Borrowed Time to keep the other survivor safe. And it wouldn't completely counter face camping since5 comments 72 views last activity

I just realized that killers have to watch lobbies for a long time, and the survivors don't really move in the lobbies, thus they are conditioned to keep the survivors in one place for minutes at a time and wait.5 comments 72 views last activity

I really feel this is the reason why survivors do so well on corn maps is that the corn covers scratch marks fairly well and blocks line of sight in most places, if the scratch marks appear on the corn the same way as walls on building this would really hinder survivors ability to just disappear in corn.0 comments 32 views last activity

I think the problem with this perk is that it requires team knowledge and teamplay to be effective or just godlike prediction of where the killer is heading. My suggestion is to have sabotaged hooks have their aura revealed for survivors so they can run towards there as a safety and utilize what their teammate is doing.11 comments 132 views last activity

I find this perplexing on both a design and balance state. Trapper already has counterplay against his power with both sabotage, small game, and just looking down and disabling traps. Why does he step in his traps? Why does he have this in his design?31 comments 262 views last activity

So far it's five camping/tunneling killers in a row for me and I gotta play something else. On the flip side, 3 immersed genrush swf matches if I'm on killer.7 comments 92 views last activity

It gave large healing skillcheck bonuses at first, but would degrade to the negative over time making it less useful the more you're injured.6 comments 61 views last activity

Binding of Isaac is one of my favorite games and I would be interested in a chapter designed around an adult or teenaged version of Isaac and the killer being his mother.3 comments 61 views last activity

Mostly from camping on console or good nurses on pc. But I've got to say, rank really is pointless on this game. There is no reward and there is no motivation as a survivor except that you might possibly get better teammates but you get nothing but billys and nurses on pc and some variety on console, but they play at the same level as greens from what I see. As killer, it's meh. I don't find kill2 comments 121 views last activity

I really feel like this perk should have a limitation of 1/2 tokens per match even as it is right now, not just with possible buff.11 comments 91 views last activity

Throwing pallets help you avoid damage (.25s invulnerability during pallet throw animation). When stunning the killer with a pallet, break into a sprint at 150 % your normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds. Causes Exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds.8 comments 111 views last activity

Not even sure if it can be cooperatively done, but I think it would be an interesting idea especially with how they are changing hook offering now. EDIT: Making sabotage an aura would probably be the easiest way to allow other survivors coop to have the sabotage ability.5 comments 31 views last activity

Chase music is incredibly jarring and inconsistent right now and Freddy's lullaby is outright bugged. Not only that, just sounds in general are really awkward and buggy.3 comments 41 views last activity

I'm just saying this due to how frustrating this patch was especially to console players.4 comments 51 views last activity

It lasts pretty much all game and applies to healing as well so you always get the benefit. I feel like Ruin only has an impact when it stays on the map and doesn't get busted in the first minute and it' seems heavily rng and map reliant.20 comments 281 views last activity

How about the dream state is a persistent effect in the game and all survivors start and keep it without the debuff. Remove Freddys aura tracking and remove the visibility effects on survivor. Give him a new power that allows him to affect objects on the map (window block, object placement in maps, throw pallets maybe) or possibly have the power change freddy's attributes (size, terror radius, lu2 comments 31 views last activity

What if it was required to break hooks to get the shank in order to perform the strike? This would require survivors to bring sabotage, breakdown, or a toolbox, break like 1-3 hooks, then it's active able (then rework it to have easier activation). Then it wouldn't be a free save since a survivor needed to hit a requirement and it would be an equal time waster to what the killer loses in a chase.8 comments 61 views last activity

Your wounding effects linger on survivors. The next Survivor interacting with healing is faced with a moderately/considerably/tremendously difficult Skill Check Failing the Skill Check results in an additional 3/4/5 % healing regression. Succeeding the Skill Check grants no progress but prevents the survivor from crying in pain.12 comments 121 views last activity

Billy should throw a tantrum, and leather face should get a second long recovery from object bumps.0 comments 51 views last activity

After the trial has surpassed 20 minutes, the exit gates open, survivors get the exposed status and players cannot gain further bloodpoints so the game ends in a draw. The killer has the option to give MERCY in the menu options and no players gain bloodpoints every player minimum safety pips (they pip if emblems have been reached), and the exit gates open if the survivors dont escape after 1 minu21 comments 311 views last activity

You have a 3/4/5% increase in struggle progression against killer. You get bonus 50/75/100% increased struggle time in the 2nd sacrifice state. Pretty much just an anti camping perk, but one for people who love button mashing.11 comments 111 views last activity

You have a higher chance of becoming the Obsession. Your aura tracking abilities allow you to see the Hatch. You have a 40/60/80% increased chance of finding keys in chests.2 comments 31 views last activity

can we make the dlc perks more substantial. I purchased all the dlc on PC, now playing on Xbox and I can't think of dlc with worthwhile perks both on killer and survivor side. I still am gonna buy the dlc again, but I wish the perks were overall more useful for Ace, Doc, Tapp, Kate, Pig, Quentin, and even Laurie. Still haven't gotten Jeff or Legion yet since Jeff's and Legions perks are so situat18 comments 301 views last activity

Finally played against a good nurse on console and noticed I couldn't effectively use dead hard, there was too much framerate spike when a nurse blinks that it wouldn't go off, not sure if it was from lag or framerate or if my inputs weren't fast enough but I'd hit dead hard as soon as I heard the woosh and see the nurses red stain and I'd still get hit and the animation wouldn't activate.2 comments 51 views last activity

why can't we just prevent people from spamming the same thread too...1 comments 41 views last activity

maybe give a tier one of every teachable perk you have for every character?3 comments 71 views last activity

Just think it would work more effectively like Dying light, where the skillcheck sounds are off when the obsession is injured and it doesn't work at all when the obsession is killed. It's not strong enough to be a hex perk and it's really easily countered and gives too much info.10 comments 111 views last activity

Just curious, couldn't find anything on the news page or dev logs about it. I assume it's going to be after the holiday, hopefully it comes before a mid chapter patch .4 comments 41 views last activity

Been a long time PC player but due to My pc going full crap on me and unable to recover my Steam account I got a new version of DBD on Xbox One, here are my findings from playing for a week. 1: Killers do not use any meta perks: Seen ruin maybe 10 times and most of them at tier 1. I've seen killers pretty much use a hodge podge of perks and a few on their innate perks. The one I see the most9 comments 211 views last activity

This would really expand their playerbase. All they would have to do for people who bought the game is give them 20$ worth of auric cells and maybe legacy/unique skins or something. Then they can just work on grinding/paid content with skins and characters.9 comments 61 views last activity

Would we get a consolidated player base between platforms? Since we will all have to connect to the dbd servers it would only make sense.4 comments 71 views last activity

But I think Legion is ok and probably right where the devs wanted him to be at.37 comments 561 views last activity

The moonwalk exploit is the only way he's viable and it has no decent counter. Survivors will either be downed from deep wounds or forced to mend and be downed regardless, the Devs need to rework his power asap. If players have to walk backwards in order to down a survivor then Legion suffers from flawed design.24 comments 511 views last activity

I didn't enjoy playing Legion, takes the fun out of stabbing .0 comments 41 views last activity

It's going to be a good change for the game, but there's definitely going to be some hiccups I think the biggest issue will be for killers dealing with lag now it's possible they will be forced to buff killers by giving a hit vacuum which might explain some of the hitbox issues with survivors and hitting through pallets.14 comments 81 views last activity

Legion or Nea? I'm going with Nea because I've been killed by more.2 comments 41 views last activity

Instead of just buffing Legion and like both sides would prefer (an actual killer with a threat capacity) you guys go out of your way to nerf Nurses Calling for both Freddy and Doc, you're already making an anti aura perk anyway why stack nerfs upon nerfs on already weak killers? Unless there are some amazing Doc and Freddy reworks coming this really isn't justified.26 comments 331 views last activity

5 less pallets on the map and 2 closed vault locations. Noed/Bloodwarden baseline. Ruin/Dying Light baseline. Obsession starts the match with the broken status. 10% longer gen time. 1% increased movement speed on all killers/bl activation time cut in half 1 free mori 50%-100 bonus bp per swf No terror radius until first hook 15% increased dying and hooking progress17 comments 171 views last activity

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dARYKphDo9c&t=10s As someone who plays 60/40 survivor/killer. I feel like this addresses balance issues in the game. Of course when you watch his streams he does sometime go full potato mode and cant even escape 2 matches in a row. This isn't an swf rant since most of his escapes were by his own merit and he didn't really abuse comms with Voshy2 comments 51 views last activity

Offhand I think his 2 biggest issues is mobility and how clunky his chainsaw hits are. I suggest that revving his saw doesn't lower his base mobility since survivors can still 360/270 him or camp a pallet. In this regard I do believe his chainsaw duration should be significantly shorter with a more narrow cone making his power more specifically aimed at downing a survivor he's chasing.8 comments 131 views last activity

But why can't they atleast be balanced around myers and hag?27 comments 371 views last activity

Don't even show killers ever bring an offering and have killer map offerings always take priority over survivor map offerings. Survivors should not know if killers bring a mori or ever have map choice over the killer I also believe killers should be able to bring 2 nonstacking offerings.30 comments 421 views last activity
