I think you got a little over excited writing up your characters. This Jessica sounds like quite the douche, her perks are based on her bullying people which doesn't look great, especially from a PR view, as such it would look as though the game condones bullying and glorifies a bully as a protagonist. Jessica's victim would be more appropriate based on the whole 'emo' thing and that you would actually care for the character, plus she has the edge as a survivor of a bully. Her perks will revolve around her being a survivor of bullying. (remember that a survivor should be a good guy).
As for the Killer, her origin seems kinda chaotic. So she lost her mind because the kids misbehaved and failed in helping a kid who was being bullied, leading to her husband divorcing her? The killer seems to lack motivation as a killer other than divorce. Where does the killer's weapon come into the story? There seems to be less emphasis on how her being a teacher reflects on her killer persona and more so towards focusing on Jessica.
Regarding the Mansion, where does this come into the story?
The power seems like a weaker version of Yamoaka's haunting.
This could have a lot of potential. It just seems like you rushed it alot and got a little to excited around the premise of Jessica.
Keep at it though
Forgot to mention the mori - What's going on there? It may have just been the way you tried to describe it, as it sounds like she just wants prick you somewhat, while massaging your face. The whole stomping thing would be too reminiscent of The Clown.
The killer's appearance seems less like s teacher and more like a sultry woman of the night. Why does she wear a face mask with a long nose with a silky purple dress, stockings and heels? I don't feel any teacher vibes at the moment, maybe I am lost in translation?Omg.. I did get a bit too excited while writing Jessica's backstory. I'll add more emphasis about the teacher and change Jessica's role, along with both of their backstories.
On the other hand, yeah, her power seems like a worse version of Yamoaka's haunting. The whole idea of The Teacher is that she can instantly 'cut corners' and cut off survivors who she had been chasing by going through walls and other obstacles while still having sight of survivors, hence the short duration and excessively long cooldown/fatigue times.
I changed the map from a high school to a mansion, considering the backlash the map would receive if it was still a high school, after all, seeing young adults be slashed in a school building can cause A LOT of anger due to an um... I don't wanna say it, as it's a very sensitive topic. I changed it overall so it would have some type of creativity. We currently don't have a map that relates to a mansion (if we do, please let me know).
@ItsDaEmuDood suggested I should change the mori. Originally, I planned the mori to have The Teacher stab the survivor in the back, the ruler poking out of their stomach, then the teacher picks the survivor up and slits their throat, throwing their body on the ground. I thought this would be a bit too brutal, so I changed it, but looking back, this is a game where survivors get sliced up by some broken katana. I'll change it back to what I thought it originally should have been.
I described her as formal but still having her creepy attributes show. I can see what you're getting at (the fact that the teacher is giving off hooker vibes) due to most of her description. I'll change it. Any suggestions?
Otherwise, thank you for reading this.

This hatch I found baffles me. As I witnessed the last survivor being, yet again, the victim of the dreaded hook I stumbled upon it as I slowly backed away. I finally found my keyhole. With my last strength I opened it, entered its tunnels and somehow found my way to the campfire. Now I sit here contemplating its purpose. Is hope more important for the Entity than I thought? Is this hatch just a treat you give a dog to as encouragement? For now I take what I can get.
Ohhhhhh okay. So it is a tunnel.
Yes it's a tunnel one the entity is very aware of
The Entity especially enjoys when killers grab the survivors off the Hatch as they jump in.
I do as well. Seeing that p3 Claudette jump into the hatch, then grabbing them. then they either dc or you can sacrifice them, granting you that 4k :chuffed:

I absolutely HATE it whenever a survivor is about to be killed on the hook but they're saved at the last moment. It makes me frustrated. I HATE last-second saves.

Damn.. having a hybrid as a killer would be great.
Sorry for the extremely short comment lol -
What exactly is gen rushing? Completing a generator? Repairing a generator with your teammates? Trying to annoy the killer by repairing gens?
-
Option 7: Leave NOED the F*CK alone. Enough with everybody saying 'it needs to be buffed/nerfed', ffs, it's a HEX perk! If you're playing against SWF then all of the totems are probably going down, ESPECIALLY if you're playing Wraith. Otherwise, if you're chasing some other survivor and your focus is on them at the moment, your totem's going down as soon as survivors receive the "Exposed" notification. They can either leave or find the totem at that point. So please, enough of this bullshit.

Just here to help:
Survivor:
1. Clemency - Good concepts, but they'd work better as individual perks. Change Clemency to stunning 1/1.5/2 seconds longer in a chase, and being within 12 meters of a dropped pallet blocks your aura for the Killer. Then, change the second perk to replace Ignored, as 10%/20%/30% of your recovery is converted to wiggle. They would both fit the title of "Ruthless Bully", which should be her role/label.
Killer
1. I'm not sure if the 100% movement speed is completely justified by Detention's speed boost, but maybe make the Killer move 110% like Spirit, and then still gain 10% movement speed, which is the same speed as 1 stack of Play With Your Food on 115% Killers or two stacks on 110% Killers.
2. Totally optional, but I think it'd be cool if Jane wore heels instead of flats. She would also walk elegantly, like in a strut. Similar to when you're in the classroom chattering, and it stops because you can hear the teacher's heels clacking down the hallway. That'd be nice to have in this game, and please change her Terror Radius to 24 meters.
3. For the Memento Mori animation, I ask that you be clear on how she stabs the Survivor. The rubbing of the face is very nice, but I'm not sure what kind of stabs you mean. Here's my idea: The teacher has her hands behind her back, walking slowly towards the Survivor, while purposely stomping to make her heels loud, all while the Survivor stars crawling backwards and away from her. Then she pulls the ruler from behind her back, steps on and digs her heels into the Survivor's feet, bends down, stabs them, and then commences the rubbing of the face. When she's done, she pulls the ruler out, and quickly pokes her head out into the air, as if she couldn't look at that disappointment, showing both sides as a teacher and a mentally ill person.
4. Avoidance - Remove the second part about instantly breaking pallets and stuff. It feels cramped and makes Spirit Fury useless. New perk idea would look like this: Dropped pallets within 60 meters have their auras revealed to you. During a chase, when a Survivor drops a pallet, the Entity blocks that pallet for 10/15/20 seconds. Survivors that vault pallets outside of a chase become Exposed for 20 seconds have their location (not aura, so it'd look like Rancor or Iron Maiden) revealed to you.
5. I'd rework Ferocity. Not sure if it's based off of Exposing the Survivor, or getting rewarded for kicking generators. I'll try and make one with the latter: Generators regress twice as fast when you damage them. Damaging a generator grants you a token. At 5/4/3 tokens, kicking a generator reveals the aura of the farthest Survivor from you, and grants you a 5%/6%/7% speed boost for 20 seconds.
6. Although many people have wanted a high school map, I don't think it will happen because you could make the small arguments of how Badham counts as a school, or that we're copying other games, but the larger argument comes into play when you look at the genre of Dead By Daylight. People are depicted to die in this game. Dying in a high school? Yes, I know this is a touchy topic, but with all the school shootings in America (May the Lord rest their souls), showing young adults being slaughtered in a typical hallway would cause an uproar. The only reason Badham doesn't receive any backlash is because the school isn't the main focus of the map. There's houses, a parking lot, recess yard, and two long streets around the area. If you made Lery's a high school in the sense that the high school is the only part of the map with nothing else there, it'd upset many people. Maybe there could be a building less reminiscent of a school. Maybe a private academy that looks more like a government establishment. Point is, having a high school would create an outrage. But, yeah. That's it. Add-ons checked out pretty well. Love your idea, and I believe the Teacher is long overdue in an epic comeback. Thanks for reading!

Thank you for your feedback! I'm touched that someone would actually care to read my suggestions that I've made. I'll change the perks, based on what you've suggested. I made Jane a bit more of a teacher from today's standards, e.g. one of those teachers that stay on their phone for the entire duration of class. I didn't think about making Jane a 'classical' killer, I made her based on what I've experienced throughout my years of school. On the other hand, I see what you mean about the high school causing a lot of controversies. If more landmarks were added, nobody would bat an eye towards the map, but leaving the map alone could spark anger and possibly a drop in player count. I'll change the map, her appearance, her mori & the perks based on the way you suggested it as. Whenever I try to make perk suggestions, they either end up having to be 'nerfed' or 'buffed', as the perks I come up with are completely unbalanced/uncalled for. Once again, thank you for spending your time to read my fan-made chapter.

I have a perk build!
How to always survive build:
Decisive Strike (unlocked by leveling Laurie Strode to Level 40)
Self Care (unlocked by leveling up Claudette Morel to Level 40)
Sprint Burst (unlocked by leveling up Meg Thomas at Level 35)
Adrenaline (unlocked by leveling up Meg Thomas at Level 40)Hah, you're camping! Reported!
Make sure to bring in a purple flashlight! Then message the killer saying how bad he was followed by "lolololol" "git gud", or "trash killer".
All jokes aside, you did awesome for your builds. I like them myself and you have really great ideas for builds that can actually work. Whenever I try setting up a build, it fails.
I like your farm and ghost build the most

If I need to complete a daily ritual that requires me healing others, I use:
-Empathy
-Autodidact/Resilience (if I'm injured)
-Botany Knowledge
-Adrenaline (bc yknow, why not)And then I probably either run a ranger's medkit or a key.

I have a feeling the spring chapter will be centered on a licensed survivor and killer. For example, possibly Ghostface (The Stalker) and Sidney Prescott. Otherwise, it could be Jason Voorhees and probably Chris Higgins. If we don't get Jason, we could probably see him for the summer chapter or not at all next year. He could be released for the fall chapter (bc of Halloween) as well. For an original killer, probably a plague doctor and a female survivor who's African American. If not a plague doctor, then either a wendigo or an insect-based killer, probably a spider killer. The Spider can make 'crackling' bug noises that people find creepy and/or annoying.
It's not going to be Ghostface or Jason because this killer was confirmed to be the oldest. Jason is around the 80s and Ghostface is from 1996.
Well, @not_queen said he has a 'standing invitation' or something along those lines (Jason).
I didn't say that Jason can't be added to the game, I said that neither him or Ghostface are going to be added on the next chapter because the next killer comes before the 1900.
Oh? Sorry, I wasn't paying attention. How do you know?

When performing a fast vault, leaving a locker in a sprint, or landing from a high jump, you leave no scratch marks for 3/4/5 seconds.
Dance With Me has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Well said. The perk DWM literally requires you to pair it with lithe otherwise its trash. The perk is honestly useless without it. I agree with your change but it probably wont happen because a lot of terrible perks go unchanged.
Thank you. Yeah, it won't happen, considering the perks that are needed to be buffed aren't going to be buffed anytime soon. I like your idea with no scratch marks while landing with balanced landing. DWM could also do a bit better if there was a perk that gave you a 'Sprint Burst' while fast exiting a locker.
-
This is slightly 'off-topic' but I came up with an idea to rework Hex: Ruin.
All survivors are affected by Ruin.
Good Skill Checks: 3/4/5% regression
Great Skill Checks: 1/0/0% Progression

But it's just a color.. like they could've fixed the rarity issue and changed the color back to hot pink.

The killer could charge her power and go through walls and pallets but could not leave the trial. Her speed was 100% and it could be increased to 110% while using the power. The power's duration was 8 seconds. She also could attack but missed or successful attacks put her into a fatigue for 5 seconds.

Because how else would they get back? It all makes sense, If the hatch leads back to the campfire, Then it is connected to the campfire. Meaning that it would have to be connected by tunnels of some sort. The survivor wouldn't simply appear at the campfire. They would find the exit of the hatch, which would probably be the mouth of some cave near the campfire. And they would then walk back to the where the others are waiting for them.
Yeah, that makes sense. I thought they would somehow teleport to the campfire after the trial ended.
