just hit them?
That is detrimental when carrying another survivor though. And is commonly used to allow the captured to wiggle free

I've not really seen many spirits lately. I typically see killers running bbq&c, Ruin, iron grasp, and agitation for whatever reason. Guess they're worried they won't make it to the hook 5 ft away.
That is a basement build presumeably for the killer challenges

Killers still complaining about hex totem spawning says more about a killers lack of adaptability and versatility, and a lack of pre-planning for contingencies, than it says about the current state of hex totem spawns.
Not really if the totem spawns infront of a survivor the killer cant stop the cleanse and using up a second spot with thrill of the hunt isnt a good use of perks. Much like how survivors dislike pairing up 2 subpar perks to make a decent combo

By all means keep making your survivor games 3v1 and then wonder why you don't pip.
You completely ignored what I said and I never talked about being unable to pip.

How are you distracting the killer by hiding? You might think that you are being helpful, but I'll tell you that 99% of P3 immersed Claudettes in red rank are literally just hiding in lockers either waiting for you to finish everything or hatch escape.
If the killer sees scratchmarks and arent in a chase they probably will go there to investigate and if you hide abd arent caught that time the killer went out of the way is wasted since they didnt find anyone

getting a 4k with an Ebony Mori is easy. what are yall talkin about?
Survivors hate moris and some leavd upon seeing a hidden offering thus ruining the "challenge"

When Amanda is crouching she's actually slower than nurse what's your point
Amanda can choose when to crouch Myers has no such choice and relies on getting the drop on survivors to stalk to t2

Why should he be the exception to the rules that govern all the other stealth killers?
Because t1 myers is super slow. Almost No-blink Nurse level slow.
-
If the gen is loud just slap on technitain quiets it by half so she would be easier to hear plus has them waste a few seconds checking if the gen is worked on.
-
Most do? There has been a post that pops up about how slugging shouldnt counter ds

Hope you have fun in other games

That would contradict what the perk does, though. You would want the gates to open before you hook the survivor so you can activate Blood Warden. Having it regress would be counterproductive. If you want to activate Blood Warden, you can open the gate yourself. I have done this in the past and it's fairly effective. If you're really creative with it, you can slug until the timer is about half way up and then hook someone. They'll usually be pretty bold about the saves and sometimes you'll end up with a 4k from the collapse.
The only thing needed for blood warden to not be useless or fpr the killer to have to open the dpor to use it is to have bloodwarden activate when doors are opened but can get a "charge" when hooking someone with the gates powered.

It sucks when a bm survivor manages to escape with tgeir poor manners.
-
The servers introduced hatch standoff2.0
-
Once upon a time survivors could know who they were facing. They used that info to look through their achievements and dodged according to prestige and certain killer achievements, mainly nurse. Thag is why it was removed and now only killers see the names until the endgame screen. Killers however cant really do the same since once you unlocked all the perks survivors are mostly skins.
-
I got blight wraith and the blight body for huntress because you cant earn more than 6 and i plan on earning spirit and doctor. And no i havent regretted a cosmetic purchase.

i honestly think they should just combine MoM with We are gonna live forever just like BBQ and Chili have aura tracking and 100% Bloodpoints
If they do that they must call it "Mettle of Living Forever"

Ye, good thing she won.
(Just in case you don’t know the build, the killer puts on Thrill of the hunt, ruin, devour hope and haunted ground. Add ons are prayer beads and mother-daughter ring)
Yikes! I'll keep that in mind though. Still leveling her but would probably swap the beads withsomething else it's just too strong without a drawback.

Hey now, those perks are pretty bad, but at least they aint Mindbreaker.
Mindbreaker does barely anything to Exhaust perk users and does literally nothing to Survivors who dont use Exhaust perks. Its easily the worst Killer perk in the game.
Its not even like its an old, out-dated perk made back when the devs were just starting out and barely had any idea what DBD was shaping up to be either, its brand new. Yet its so unbelievably useless. Why.
Why? Because if you are a top tier killer who could drop on survivors you could get some use from it otherwise screw them. But seriously it's aweful brown huntress addons give like 15 to 30 seconds it has no reason to suck so much it could have at least been the killers vigil but instead of lowering exhaustion time it would be increased. Would be useful for new killers in long chases.
-
I love wraith just wish he wasnt somewhat addon heavy love doc too but again addon heavy. Getting them to t3 is pain.

Me and my friend used them in one match for our “tryhard” build, we used OoO, Iron Will, Balanced Landing and DS, I threw in a Asylum offering and we (very deservingly) faced a Russian Roulette Spirit.
Russian roulette spirit? So if she loses does her head shatter like her sword?

why disconnect? it sucks, but just let them take the hit when the killer comes. you'd be surprised how many killers will tunnel them and ignore you over stuff like that.
If you disconnect, that little jerk wins.
Exactly killers usually hate traitorous survivors some will even let you live because of them.
-
Sadly those on the PTB dont want them either so now everyone sufferd.
-
I remember after rank reset the last survivor dc'd on me to prevent me from hooking them because they "escaped" me. I dropped them to kill the afk survivor and was going to give them hatch this was a rank 17 game.

I think the devs should use slightly more time to give the players considerably more information about the numbers. This would increase the happiness of many players tremendously, im pretty sure.
This amused me modererately
-
I have never been harassed because of overcharge but it really is just an insurance perk. Synergizes well with survellance, pop goes and lullaby especially as doc and certain madness addons. Though at higher ranks it'll be lackluster.
-
I think an end makes sense since the Rift will introduce memories of tge others and Wraiths chain outfit states he contemplates the time he was a good person the "end" would either be the killers revolting against the entity and somehow managing to escape be it with or without being infused with blight or some other lifeform "hunts" the entity allowing them to escape as dbd2 would introduce new survivors and killers caught in the crossfire.
The second part was inspired by a SFM on youtube where such a thing happens

Generally: Stop unhooking your teammates in the killer's face if you don't have BT. You're being a bad teammate.
Specifically: You performed a risky unhook and committed to tanking a hit for them, and the hook victim still didn't get away? Why did your teammate stick around?
Because the unhook is just short enough so killers cleaning animation can insta down the unhooked survivor before they can take a step if the unhooker dead hards away thus removing their hitbox so the "rescued" can be downed again

Um...
The Devs want DbD to be a Cat-N-Mouse game.
Yet somehow, Killah Mainz still don't get this. So instead of flogging the Survivors left and right, you are immediately hooking them PROBABLY TUNNELING/CAMPING and then you rinse and repeat.
I don't get why you would play like that cuz Killer lobbies are like 10-15 minutes! Like, if you wait that long just to finish the game in 3 minute, what the F was the point?
Anyway, the Devs really need to start enforcing the Cat-N-Mouse gameplay by increasing whatever side is losing. If Survivors are "rushing" gens, then Killer should get a speed increase and speed increase for attack animations. Alternatively, if a Killer is dominating the Survivors, the generator speeds should increase and the Survivor's actions are increase (unhooking, vaulting, cleansing, healing, etc).
Your suggestion is good and all but survivors can end the game fast too it's not just the killers at fault. Also camping only works if you feed the camper.
-
Seeing them try to hide in the open makes me a little sadso i leave them alone when they either reach death hook or after i hook 2 other (better) survivors so they have a chance for more points.

rank reset is that time in the month where i dont wanna play...
toxicity is at its peak there, as many take their buddies out to "stomp some baby killers" and you just deal with sooo many SWF teams with OoO, flashlights, etc.
and as survivor you have these guys that do nothing but crouch in a corner somewhere while you slowly die on the hook after looping the killer for like 2000 minutes straight, yet no one did anything and you still have 5 or 4 gens left (depends on weather you got to complete a gen or the killer found you before that).
i'll just be taking a break for 2 or 3 days, let the tryhards get to their tryhard ranks and then play casually again and see where i end up.
anything else could hurt my sanity.
I concur yesterday at haddonfield i was claude doing a daily againt a pig with ruin. I did 3.5-4 gens, healed 4 or 5 people overall while my allies were getting chased, hooked, rescuing or doing nothing. By the 5th gen we found the pig had NOED and i was out the door. By the end of the game one survivor had 1k points and the pig didnt tunnel, no one died to her trap, 1 got saced and the 3rd and 4th cuddled as egc killed them.
One could have escaped but prefered to die with the captured survivor
-
3ks is a win for me but i care less about that as long as i had fun and the survivors got a decent amount of time ingame to get points

I thought when you are hit when are unhooking someone, the unhook action is COMPLETELY CANCELLED. I've done this many times and have to redo the unhook each time.
If it bothers you so much. Don't hit them. GRAB them. That ends everything there and then.
And if you can't hit the unhooker, seriously that's your fault. Do you need any more hand holding for hitting a stationary, unmoving target?
The only killer that can grab unhookers reliably is doctor in treatment mode. Everyone else can get ez baited by surves just standing there clicked the hooked. I really dont bother grabbing unhookers but the op seems to.
-
that is way stronger than what killers have at least give it the same percentages.
-
Yesterday i met a person who didnt know egc was a thing and explained why the hatch was shut. They took it pretty well.

I don't understand why killers run these end game perks. Rancor especially. I mean you're really about to play a game expecting the obession to survive until the last gen is done just so you can kill him? I for one play to win. I don't want anyone making it to the end game.
They could use it for an aura build.
Bbq, rancor, thrilling tremors spies from shadows/ nurses calling.
To keep tabs on survivors

My last game as wraith on groaning storehouse the audio kept cutting out every few seconds as well as some rubberbanding. Thankfully it was my last game anyways so i dealt with it though a few games before had some rubberbanding issues too one which let a survivor escape since they teleported to a pallet and i was warped back and got disoriented
-
I'm super casual when it comes to this game bit i probalby will buy it if i work my way to gettimg all the wraith rewards on the line. Otherwise ill just do what i can aith however much blight goo i get and buy the blight skins i like with cash
-
People sometimes dc when i use my power as plagie. Not being toxic was just doing a daily on her and need to get her to 35.
-
Way too strong remember all 4 survivors could carry it or find it in chests. 5 seconds is worse than ds and the killer is slower than a survivor when carrying without use of agitation.
-
I have experienced that too on PC but only when playimg survior for spme reason.

Looks like your graphics are on the lowest possible settinv of course you cant see him if thst is the case. His shimmer should be visible from meduim up.

Well dont worry too much reset is sunday

I was thinking about grabbing it but after seeing the absurd challenges of t3 and God knows what is planned for t4 im not gonna bother, probably will buy last years blight costumes and try for the vials for spirit and maybe nurse

idk but I'm glad they are. I can dodge moris as a survivor or dodge haddonfield offerings as killer. win-win
But what if its a splinter?

@artist said:
for balance reasons, what else? I already can't see wraith at all when he's cloaked and can tell u it's really frustrating not knowing if you're being followed or not. the only way I can know is if he's literally 2 feet behind me and I can hear his footsteps, at which point I have no time to do anything
You just need to play against more wraiths cause its easy to see him before he gets anywhere near that close unless the heavy fog addon is used. He already announces his presense with the bell unless he has a silenced clapper add on used.

I don't really see how you'd buff blood warden what make tier 3 the full 2 minutes?
You buff it by having it auto block the exit after the doors are powered instead of opened
