The whole "getting it back" thing is what makes it obsolete. You shouldn't have to get it back. It also gives an additional rotational buff to survivors, increasing their altruism speed.
Remember me is also nerfed hard by this. You wanted your stacks, but you also wanted to kill the obsession since they are unaffected by the additional seconds added to opening the gate. Now somebody can just D/S, become obsession, and override the perk by opening the gate in the normal amount of time.
I don't run dying light builds often, but after next patch, ill be sure to kill the obsession and then slug the remaining three so that my dying light debuff remains throughout the trial.

I got a question though if it can change targets what's to stop people saving it to end game just for a free escape and what about borrowed time how would that interact with this perk change what's to stop over alteristic teams running both by and ds knowing they can get 30 seconds free and even if they go down they can just get off your shoulder with ds or like adrenaline and deliverance these two perks counteract each other meaning if you have borrowed time active would desicive be inactive or would not being the obsession mean borrowed time won't activate?

Guys many it's just very bad luck or could be all the other maps are being used in games at that time or are going under tweaks and adjustments for the totem changes

But now that I think about it, someone above said that one person in a SWF's group could just sit in a locker and abuse it because the Aura reading isn't shown, SO, I guess the change for it needs to be that lockers can't hide you while using the perk.

Had a few one guy in my earlier games accused me of gen camping when it was a 3 gen stright and I just walked 8j a line and kept finding them on it

Jake and the huntress Jake because it helps him blend in (though I wish they had his beard face bloody as that would suit the look better) and huntress because of the backstory has her taking out a entire platoon of German troops with her axes and it makes hee look the part

If so, then I just got this achivement due to some kind of bug. I was alive with 3 other people, I activated the gen, opened the gate, was in the match for a while longer (wanted to save hooked guy, but the Doc was camp-shocking him) and left as last person.

How about a killer and survivor spresific event challenges to earn points for a token but to make it a challenge u have to play with each character on both sides to get them all (the ones you have unlocked if u don't have full then u can do the same but in random characters)

So kinda like being called a noob for curbstomping noobs at the game with Freddy because I was dreaming everyone and the obession (who had ds btw lol) quite the second I dreamed them again and started calling me a noob and saying haha no perk (had remember me but any good freddy player knows let the obsession full heal before going after again I just dreamed them to tag them) and later on after slugging the last 3 repeatedly all game I get a kill and im called a noob and I said for what keeping u all in the dream and slugged while you was all over alt instead of using a gen to wake up (got so much noob spams that I ended up not letting a Dwight that hot the rare 4% escape out of annoyance) but I digress would that be me being played and insulted because I outplayed themClogWench said:Toxic survivors look for whatever excuse they can to make their failures someone else's fault. A little into the game I hit my first survivor and they took off and I could never reach them because they were consistently sprinting almost twice as fast as normal.
I kept getting chases with these 3 survivors in particular and every time they would outrun me by a lot even in a straight line.
I had to tunnell the solo player and camp him just to lure the swf into the save. They made the save and I downed the solo player (then he d/c) I had injured 2 of 3 swf at this time. They ran from the hook furthest from the open exit gate and I was closing them off there.
In a normal match clown would have had plenty of speed to get to the exit with no problem, however I was massively outrun by what I suspect to be speed hackers.
I filed an ingame report.
I also found it interesting how they didnt run a single exhaustion perk at all.
I messaged one of them saying "why was you moving so fast? Killer is faster yet you would all just outrun me in a straight line consistently"
They didn't reply. I think they were french or something, maybe didn't understand. If I had to describe what it was...it was like this swf had infinite sprint burst.
Again just incase this is a latency issue or whatever, I dunno but in game it was near impossible to catch them even with noed.
Could just be dbd acting a little funky because I have good internet and this has never happened before in dbd. -
Plus can let you know if your running obsession perks if they have it or was just rng

I also pointed out a luraie that was blantently hiding in a locker for the hatch despite me being right next to them as the killer walked off to hook somone else lol not sure if that counts when they had lots of time to heal me and did not but surprisingly I got given the hatch heck the Billy stood on it so I could find it on the floor and he knew I as there he just let me goBigBadPiggy said:
