Momentum after vaults

Is it just me or are hits through windows even worse than when before the update? I play killer and survivor and have no idea either how a killer hits me when I am clearly through a window and away from danger, or when I get a crazy hit on a survivor that I know should not have reached them. It's not a ping thing because I have checked and pings is fine when this happens. Just wondering if anyone else thinks it is worse?

    P2p I've had bs hit like that it's because there screen is slower

    Its a weird one. It seems like medium vaults are harder to hit and fast vaults are easier. I experienced this on both sides. As survivor if I do a fast vault currently I'm surprised that the killer still hits me cuz pre 2.5.0 it defenetly wouldn't. But I'm also surprised how the killer hits only the window if I slow vault. Imo they completely broke the vaulting, it was way better and consistent I'm 2.4.0 for both killer and survivor

    I wasn't completely impressed with the 2.4.0 one but i agree it was certainly more reliable

    It mostly can be chalked up to lag cause of the peer 2 peer servers. I've been force slapped 10 feet away from the window in the past. It happens.

    Should be a non issue once dedicated servers get put in.

    Even with good ping? (serious question) Yeah it happens but another 6 months of these weird hitboxes since the patch is a long time

    Ping is just an average. It doesn't take into account random spikes that may happen here and there. I have good ping and usually have green in most games but ######### happens.

    I don't know. But lately, the amount of hits I have taken during the vaulting this patch has increased... Also I when the killer hits my screen freezes for like 1 milisecond...
