Lost me at "scared to play 110 killers"
Most 110 killers have the least issue with MfT cause the whole reason they are 110 is cause their power is strong enough that they don't need traditional chasing.
Only exception to this rule is maybe trickster but that's a trickster issue
theyre not the strongest at looping. with this youll not only be able to NOT catch up to them until bloodlust but theyre able to stay a decent distance from you while looping for the power to do anything

So what I understand from this is that your problem is Hope became popular, not that Made For This exists.
no, made for this has almost 0 downside. basically permanent 3% while injured and can be used with perks like dh. this during middle game is hard enough but when combined with hope it really becomes a problem. this plus hope is a permanent 110 speed for survivors.

Amount is alright, but the duration is very rough. At least Skull Merchant got SOMETHING for losing a drone.
But this killer gets NOTHING.
tbh the changes I suggested is a bit of a harsh nerf lol but he just feels HORRIBLE to play as right now

it was literally impossible to counter when used to get to a pallet/window

Ever since this stupid update where they nerfed dead hard, you pretty can't do anything against killers in the beginning of the match. Not only that, after they manage to kill you and hook and you and you get saved, they tunnel you out of the game and ignore every other player infront of them. The game is not fun anymore in the aspect where dead hard used to be the only good perk a survivor had to stay alive in chase with killer, with this nerf, there is almost 0 reason to run it anymore. I've been playing since the update came out and 90% of my games im getting tunnelled and theres literally nothing i can do about it and having dead hard after being unhooked does little to nothing if im getting tunnelled because if they hit me while endurance is up i cant use deadhard after that so the perk is pretty much USELESS. Sick and tired of this middy game and these updates that ruin the game more and more every time they release one.
if you relied on dead hard to loop you need to get better at the game. the more you rely on your crutches the harder itll be when its kicked out from under you

Awhile back, the Maurice skin sound effects could only be heard by the killer and NOT survivors....but now the Maurice skin sound effects can't be heard by the killer, either. It just got worst. XD
i actually used to hear it as survivor when i was close to him, now though as killer it seems like NONE of his cosmetics are playing their sound effects (other than the weapons)

its not out yet. its coming out this Tuesday i believe

Yes it is abuse. I view it no differently then when the devs overbuffed boil over and survivors were running to the library on the old RPD to make themselves unhookable. It isn't strategy when it doesn't require any thought or skill to do. There is no way to justify how this is good "strategy" on maps that have built in 3 gens (like dead dawg) that can be defended from the moment the match starts. I'm just going to assume you haven't played against this as a solo survivor yet because if you had, you'd realize how dumb it is to know the game is lost from the beginning if the SM does this and has slowdown perks stacked on top.
it isnt abuse. defending a 3 gen has been in the game since the beginning. it also isnt impossible to complete a 3 gen. has 3 gen gotten worse? yes. but thats because the killers are poorly designed and thats all they can effectively do. boil over however, that is an abuse. that can make hooking 100% impossible. making the only way to die is to bleed out. it has been nerfed because of it too.
-
its not "abuse." its a strategy. and its the only thing she has. if you take that away she is potentially the worse killer in the game with basically nothing.
-
no
-
mark my words, bhvr will nerf the killers 3 gen and shell be arguably worse than trapper.
-
im willing to bet money shell be nerfed because survivors are complaining, and shell be the worst killer in the game

I don’t agree that survivors are too fast, but I think it’s very reasonable to say that the age of the 110% killer should be over (with some obvious exceptions). Unless of course maps are standardised in size. Crossing huge maps as a 110 killer is painful and contributes to the three Gen strategy people like to moan about.
Also sometimes it seems like survivors are looping things so tightly that half their body disappears into the structure. I’ve definitely seen on Ormond survivors stepping on top of rocks as well.
true. however in my case I am comparing survivor to killer speed
-
@Riski said:
I mean a lot of tiles become unloopable if the survivors are slower (imagine if the killer had a perminent play with your food stack, or survivors had full Mastermind infection) so people would be encouraged to not use loops and hold w or pre drop pallets instead. Making survivors slower doesn't discourage holding W as much as it does looping so people would still do it as the perfered option.
it doesnt discourage it but it makes it less strong. and im not saying lower the speed extremely. just to 95 or 90
-
survivors make killers lives horrible and as hard as possible. especially when they win. theyll always just tbag at the gate and not leave until the killer watches them
-
definitely not. the devs are INCREADIBLY survivor sided. camping is soon to be nerfed, survivors have a stronger dead hard, has basekit bt, about to get basekit unbreakable, pointless killer nerfs like deathslinger nerf, killers being made/released in weak states , gen regression perks are being completely gutted and survivor perks are getting cooldowns remove, and more. there are unsnuffable areas in certain maps so what do the devs do? lower the map %. there are uncleansable totem areas? theyll disable the map. the new map had an issue with pallets spawning everywhere so what do they do? lower the %.
-
i just go in and play in a way survivors hate. it brings me joy
-
because survivors have a habit of being little babies
-
yes they are

No, it's a bug. Even if you were exploiting, they don't ban people for exploits anymore.
it just randomly happened so I don't think its necessarily exploiting anyway. however, I'm just scared people are going to report me for speed hacking lol
-
I have a hard time believing you're a "killer main." killers arent "exploiting the pip system" litteraly the most effective way to win is to get someone out early. if killers played how survivors want them to (getting 2 hooks on everyone without tunneling and such) most of the time they will get a 2k max. and dont pull the "i dont tunnel or camp and still get 4ks every match" because if you actually did play killer you would know getting a 4k every match by playing the survivor's way is impossible. unless you're like a god tier nurse/blight or your mmr is so low you get starting players
-
bill
-
so note to self, play nurse or blight
-
make the bottles separate and make the yellow bottles haste effect higher. that's literally it
-
if someone is in the process of being hooked any other survivor can still unhook themselves. however, I genuinely do think there is some sort of base variable that increases the survivor's chance to unhook themselves
-
thats just classic survivors. if a survivor gets outplayed they get mad and dc. the game isnt completely in their favor anymore? dc. something broken of theirs gets nerfed/fixed? dc. back when survivors werent dcing as much was when they had ALOT on their side. That caused killers to start leaving/giving up. once bhvr addressed killer issues it completely switched.

That is the reason his ambient sound is so loud. He'd be nearly impossible to detect until he was right on top of you otherwise.
but why is it so loud even out of nightfall? it makes mind games hard due to survivors hearing him through the wall
-
@HugTheHag said:
I think it's more pressure that way, because you hear him coming but you don't know from where and end up trying to hide just in front of him or accidentally running into his claw.
his sound is directional though

Survs stay more than 5 minutes hidden without making generators, getting the killer stuck in a game where he doesn't think the survs configure game hostage?
since its survivors doing it odds are its not in bhvrs book

@Mat_Sella said:
A fully infected survivor will be slammed against the blocker and you will then proceed to hook them.
im talking about when you do not grab them. when you hit a survivor against the exit it'll block it for a couple seconds.
-
i hope soon. survivors are getting basekit bt and unbreakable (most likely basekit ds too and hook changes for camping) and what does killers have? a 10% brutal strength, a mini pop that takes away 2 seconds, and 10 seconds added to gens. there has to be basekit corrupt atleast for 60-90 seconds

If you put 61% on one side of a balance, and 39% on the other what happens? I don't think that's what something that is "balanced" is supposed to look like.
we're comparing KILLERS vs SURVIVORS. both are not fundamentally designed to be 50 50. in an asymmetrical game the killer has to be more powerful than the other role. 50 50 on a 1 vs 4 game is NOT balanced
-
honestly, they shouldn't touch it. hes weak af and the only one that can actually run out of his power. in my eyes his addons make up for that. if he gets a rework then maybe they could change it so after moriing someone he goes back to tier 1 instead of 2. until then its fine
-
survivors should not have an fov slider due to them being in 3rd person
-
@NITRAS42 said:
They have a speed boost and an short period of hindered.
It is the way it was designed.
having a speed boost like you were hit and hindered makes no sense though?
-
@pizzavessel15 said:
think about it. you may not get the dash to dodge the hit. but you'll get the endurance status effect for a second and if she hits you, she'll go through her fatigue AND you gain enormous distance from her.
the reason I'm saying this ISNT because I think it's bad, I'm saying this in response to the people saying nurse was BUFFED by the dead hard rework.
-
this just shows you want killers to be weak lmao let me guess, you think Sadako is strong and balanced?
-
I say either fire up (to be buffed) or prove thyself (to be nerfed/reworked since a lot of gen regression perks are being changed}
-
im pretty sure they have. im playing killer and im hitting survivors at pallets just for them to scream, explode into blood, but nothing happens. they fixed it only for it to come back smh
-
im excited about the dead hard nerf
-
until bhvr looks into the hold w meta no
-
its not hitboxes. its most of the time desync. the killer sees differently than what you see.
-
camping has increased since mmr. if you want camping to decrease without buffing survivors base kit in an already extremely survivor favored game... remove mmr or make a casual game mode
-
with mmr no, every killer should be viable. unless you like to get bullied by survivors 8/10 of your matches
-
@GentlemanFridge said:
Then they’ll just stand in front of it. This won’t change the issue I imagine you have.
nah, the main idea of this perk would be to punish the survivors who want to sit in the gate trying to tbag or sit there until the killer forces them out
-
meh pretty good. the distance should be nerfed and there should be an interaction delay after using it, so you don't immediately vault or drop the pallet
-
a dead hard nerf

Yeah I tried dodging the waves of chains and solving it and it still spawned more. If it's not a bug then it's just terrible design.
you most likely got hit and immediately broke it on an obstacle or pinhead shot his chains at you. also your logic of not being able to be hooked while having the box is terrible design. just gives another reason to hold his power hostage
-
a better balance would be to cut the distance in half and make it so you cannot perform any action for about a second or 0.5
