Please stop spewing that nonsense, a camping Bubba getting an early-down means an EZ 4k for him with noed and bitter murmur.
Again, this myth of camping means a loss for the killer because the team didn't rush gens is nothing but lies disproven by Otz and multiple forum members here who main Bubba as a camping killer
If everyone else gets killed by NOED instead of gen rushing, that's on them. Let 1 other person die to NOED, if it's you, accept your death. There's nothing you can do about it.
And also, the situation Otz had was different. That was a comp game, and Otz wanted the Bubba to camp. It was also the map RNG that screwed the survivors over.

They removed the most unique part of the logo, the skulls.
I think we needed the font to be changed to look more modern, but this one just doesn't cut it.
Companies, please stop with your oversimplification habits.

What bout neko Spirit

It's an excellent tracking perk but it's probably because people are used to using other perks.

Adam and Elodie.

It's exactly what we need, really creative idea with the voice acting part! Although I think it should appear to all survivors on the HUD (come on BHVR, you guys added a new UI, what's stopping you?) as a subtitle, and I feel like it shouldn't be proxy-based since that isn't how SWF works. Still tho, I love this idea.
-
The solution is to not unhook someone against a Insidious Bubba.
Please. It's not that hard.
Just. Gen. Rush.

Finally, someone who enjoys the pallets more!

15200 shards. I've got the hots for cosmetics, okay?
Fr tho y'all are insane.

I could be wrong, but I feel like it's too late to rework Nurse. She definitely should have been disabled on release and reworked entirely, but considering there are so many people that spent hundreds of thousands of hours just to learn her, I'd just feel bad honestly.
Maybe it isn't too late because there's people here that think she isn't as hard as people give her credit for.
Nurse is a really controversial killer. IMO I think she's alright to stay in the game because no one really has the audacity to try her out for a few hours, but meh.
-
I would love to read a DBD novel tbh.
-
You might enjoy Clown, I personally love playing him. He also has 1 great perk (Pop Goes the Weasel), 1 decent perk (Bamboozle), and one okay-ish perk (Coulrophobia).
If you like taking time on learning killers, go for Blight. He's also pretty fun.

I can confirm I do, in fact, exist.
Oh.
What's up?
-
I swear I always call speed-related add-ons Engravings for killers similar to Billy, so I'll just call Oni's Crutch and Talisman add-ons that.
Oni w/ Engravings is pretty damn fun, tho base-kit Oni is also really fun. Tho I feel like he relies on Infectious too much, but he's definitely a skill-based killer and is pretty much the new Billy.
When I got back into DBD in 2020 I thought "hey, maybe Oni can be my new main!" Even tho I play him a lot, I haven't considered maining him but he's definitely a killer I'll play a lot.
-
If he gets Melodious Murder base-kit, maybe more people will find him fun. I'm in, for obvious reasons.
-
Wait...
they exist?
If so, show yourselves.
-
Would be really difficult to execute but it's not impossible, I'd love to see him among the other slashers in DBD.
-
I like to think of Blight as being the balanced version of the 5-blink Nurse. Can't go through walls, has a long cooldown depending on the amount of "blinks" used, requires areas of collision, and takes skill.

another one made in the dbd subreddit
That one is def my favorite one here.

Blighted Twins would only be cool if it affected Victor, but we all know that wouldn't happen :/
Unless they make an exception, that'd be nice.

Billy and Blight - 230%
Spirit - 176%
Oni - 195.5%
Unless I'm mistaken (I've never played as Spirt and only did Blight once for a ritual, so if I'm wrong feel free to correct me) those speeds are achieved during special circumstances; limited power bursts. They can't freely and easily just roam all over the entire map the whole match at those speeds.
That's why they have abilities that allow them to down survivors easily, compared to Wraith who is countered by predropping pallets, not going in deadzones, and using good windows.

He's almost completely invisible, moves almost completely silently, can travel faster than anyone else in the game, is able to see the auras of his targets, can uncloak and enter his attack state without making a sound, and if he's within a few feet of his target when he uncloaks - which all of these abilities make highly likely - he can negate any ground that they gain by rushing forward immediately after uncloaking.
What else is required to be considered overpowered?
Well actually, he can only see auras with that one add-on, and I think we can all agree that add-on is busted af. Same with silent bell, which requires an ultra rare add-on, however it is also busted. I think base-kit Wraith is balanced, but those add-ons need to be looked at.
If he's eating your ass you gotta make sure you aren't in a dead zone.
And erm... Billy, Blight, Spirit, and Oni all move way faster than Wraith, even with both of his top Windstorm add-ons.
Here are all of their movement speeds from using their powers in their base-kit. Wraith's maximum speed is listed below.
Wraith - 150%, 165% maximized with Windstorm add-ons
Billy and Blight - 230%
Spirit - 176%
Oni - 195.5%

I think they said in a tweet that they might consider it, which is pretty cool. I phrased it very inaccurately, so I hope someone else has the tweet.
-
Poor Bubba...
But yeah, I think Myers is badass and the true definition of cool and evil combined.
-
I would make Melodious Murder base-kit, rework that add-on, then allow Trickster to carry Main Event.
If Oni can carry Blood Fury, why can't Trickster carry his Main Event?
-
Welp... time to take M&A off of my Trickster.

Regardless of if she has the add-on or not doesn't matter. If the trap is already activated you can't disarm it with a flashlight. The same with running. It doesn't feel like you're making a point because even running you disarm it the same.
You can tell whenever you disarm it because it shows when Hag pops out of the trap.
-
I think Clown is really underrated and is a lot stronger than most people give credit for.

Exactly, there's enough room for 4 more survivors on the current layout. You can even put the other killers icon in the top right.
Exactly! The possibilities are endless with custom games. It would be nice to turn things on or off, like being able to disable pallets, force everyone to run a specific build, disable basement, disable shack, etc. Or even being able to disable the hatch or remove generators from the map.
-
I don't think he's as miserable as people say he is. Good Slingers can be scary to play against, however god Slingers can be unfun. Same case as the fun of playing against Nurse.
-
Yes, oh my god please.
Seriously, they added new UI for new features. They can use the new UI to allow more players in customs because of its free space.
-
Buff it to 36/39/42 metres, that way if it reaches 3 tokens it completely disables aura reading because 126 metres is like the whole map.

Wraith was considered overpowered when the game launched as well, as I mentioned.
We're in a time loop! Sort of.
-
Either they're non-canon or thought-forms created by the Entity. I don't think they're really there.
Although I'm leaning towards non-canon because of the Crypt TV monsters.
-
I've been taking a break from Blight because I've played him too much, and the sliding is too stressful to handle. I'll play him every now and then, but rn I'm having fun with other killers.
-
Snake's thicc ass and Pyramid Head's bubble butt. Does Konami have a thing with nice asses?
-
It's the most braindead Hag add-on out there. It removes the ability for survivors to disarm traps by running on them because of how unpredictable it is. Definitely needs a rework.
-
Ambush is too predictable. You can fake it, but that doesn't stop the survivor from getting plenty of distance. Wraith's superlunge is pretty damn useful in some loops and cloaking can counter W meta if they try to get away, so that's that.
-
She's cute, but looks can be deceiving, if y'know what I mean.
I might P3 her eventually.
-
It doesn't count as holding the game hostage but unless you're running No Way Out it's a waste of time because stomping the hatch will activate the exit gates anyway. Even with NWO it's still pointless.

I did. I'm saying I can deal with a camping hag with any addon.
unlike a camping bubba... which you can't do anything about it
You can gen rush a facecamping Bubba. The issue with Hag is that she can camp AND apply pressure.
-
Arguably one of his best perks. Don't hesitate on running it.

I think the best (and easiest) way to fix Freddy is to bring back old Freddy with QoL changes, Dream Projection (as @GeneralV stated), and maybe Alarm Clocks. Anyways this is well written and demonstrates the main issues with current Freddy, and how obsolete his nerfs were (other than making the clocks more useful).
-
One day, I hope.
He's the final piece of the puzzle.

GTX 1060 with a i5 8400 processor, not a computer expert but is that big of a difference between a 1050ti and a 1060? I forgot to mention that I get those 90 fps while playing full screen on ultra settings so there shouldn't be that much difference...
Yeah, that's a WAY better rig than mine. 1050 Ti is more of an entry-level card, 1060 is a lot more powerful than it. And the i5 8400 is pretty solid, 2500k is an early 2011 CPU (tho it's not a bad CPU).

Not replying to me but I'll give my experience + specs
1080p monitor (+ 720p secondary one), usually running dbd, youtube, discord, and steam simultaniously with nvidia shadowplay enabled. maybe streamlabs too.
ryzen 7 3700x, gigabyte 6gb gtx 1660 gaming, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd. run the game at 135% resolution at 60fps with everything set to ultra except shadows. usually i can vibe at 60fps, though if i play uncapped it seriously cannot decide on a number between 70 and 144. midwich and nurse like to take my frames and just randomly decide they mean nothing and ill have to play 5fps nurse for about a second (which is fun).
also whenever i close dbd after playing for 2+ hours it bricks my pc for about 2 minutes :D
now if this is the experience with a ryzen 7 3700x and a gtx 1660 (which never goes above 60% usage, about 20% on the cpu) then i really don't wanna imagine what a last-gen console goes through
edit: it's worth noting games like cyberpunk, resident evil village + remake 2, ni no kuni, etc all run perfectly
Yo, that's a really solid rig!
It's crazy because all of those games are supposedly more intensive than DBD, damn.

Really? I get at least 90 fps with ultra settings on a 1080 monitor.
Welp, it's kinda funny that I replied to this thread before I noticed your reply to my old post, haha.
What are your PC specs?
