Star Struck, Agitation, Awakened Awareness, and BBQ or Distressing.
Your Terror Radius will be huge and you’ll most definitely get 1 exposed target. Making them fear you.
I might use this build but replace AA with Lightborn because I love this perk now.

PLEASE BHVR make the bloody effects a toggle checkmark on all weapons, bodies, heads and trousers, so that we can bloody every outfit we like. I know that the effect is handcrafted to the base outfit, but many of us already earned or bought other outfits for our favorite characters and its sometimes pretty lame to see them squeeky clean. If you don't want to do that, then at least make this option available to the recolors of the basic outfit. I know that I sometimes think "oh, that survivor looks cool in blue or red", but why bother with the recolors when you can't have some fun with that?
At least give a bloody option for skins that are other characters, like Cheryl's James or the Resident Evil cast.

Let's see... There's the charm unlockable by entering a certain combination of input, the Midwich Clock Tower - which is probably the hardest to pull off -, Springwood has in the School's underground Freddy's Bedroom where, following the remake, you can see where he hid all of his paedophiliac stuff, Nemesis saying "S.T.A.R.S" if he locker grabs or mori a S.T.A.R.S member, Wesker's interaction with Chris
-
Cheryl is probably my favourite due to the fact that she actually appears like that in one of her game's ending.

I think it's better he has a weapon. I'd rather not see Wesker karate chopping people to death
Come now, we love Wesker especially for those karate chopping. As for which move he could use as a weapon, I think the best fit is Panther Fang in term of how it looks and how it fits his knife.
Edit: Adding a link to a video with his melee moves in RE5, Panther Fang is at 0:36 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cI-5hFX5vs -

Assuming all the perks, add-ons, and Med-Kit would stack the strategy I mentioned would increase Healing Speed by 227%. To pull off what I described you would need We'll Make It, actually.
As for We'll Make It being confusing the way percentages work is a bit misleading I guess. It's important to understand your baseline is at 100%. So any increase of 100% is then effectively just doubling something, (100% + 100% = 200% if we assume additive percentages, which is not always the case in DbD) while a decrease of 100% completely negates it (100% minus 100% being 0%).
In this case Healing Speed is a default of 16 seconds. This is because healing actions in DbD operate based on a charge system. A full heal needs 16 charges and the default heal is at a rate of 1 charge per second. So 16 seconds is our 100%.
We'll Make It doesn't feel so great because you're taking the 100% to 200%, which is a reduction of 16 seconds to 8 seconds.
For our theoretical super heal we're adding 227% to 100%, and then 100% from We'll Make It (because I messed up my original math :p).
So we end at 427%, landing us at a heal that is under 4 seconds long (3.75~ish, not considering a Great skillcheck), or fast enough that a Killer cannot recover from their stun and break the pallet in time to swing at the Survivors (3.8 seconds to recover from the stun and break the pallet without Enduring or Brutal Strength (the Killer will also likely have a delay between being stunned and beginning the kick animation)).
Also you're not "outmatched" or anything, the numbers in this game are very weird.
Thanks for the explanation, but I'll admit numbers are far from my strong point. And I don't think there's any shame in admitting I can't really keep up with them sweet numerical horrors.

And what's wrong with 55% bonus speed ability on other actions? It just affects chests, totems, sabo etc. And survivors are wasting 2 perk slots for that.
Do you really thinking it is that good lol? Anything is good which keeps them away from gens. And plus for this build, they will use 2 less strong survivor perks which is great for killer player.

This. The absolute best case scenario for BTN is that it's a meme perk.
Like even imagining a hypothetical situation where 3 Survivors coordinate a buffed BTN, Leader, a Boon, a Medkit, and Desperate Measures to pull off some ridiculous midchase heal on someone, at that point it's just the insane coordination involved pulling weight, not the extra 30% from a theoretical BTN.
If you're interested, said situation could work like so: Survivor 1 runs Leader, Survivor 2 runs Desperate Measures and brings an Emergency Medkit with some speed add-ons, Survivor 3 brings Circle of Healing and Better Than New. Survivor 4 doesn't need anything.
Survivor 3 sets up Boon. Survivor 2 gets injured and then healed by Survivor 3. Survivor 3 and 4 get Injured and don't heal. Survivor 1 gets chased and Injured, runs into Boon AOE and stuns Killer where upon Survivor 2 heals them at an incredible speed thanks to all the buffs and the Medkit.
The only real issue I could see would be the 30% increased totem cleansing combined with Leader, and Counterforce to almost instabreak a totem. But with Boons being a thing, I'm not sure I really have a problem with Survivors bringing 3 of their 16 perks to cleanse a totem faster.
You know what, I was gonna answer something, then I realized We'll Make It gives a flat out 100% health boost and it's not as fast as it sounds, and then I understood I was completely outmatched when it comes to understanding numbers in this game. So yeah, I have nothing to add.

Serious question for you all: why can it not effect repair times? Requires pausing to heal, then goes away if that survivor takes damage. Survivors don’t have too many perks that effect gen speeds. Overzealous functions similarly but you don’t ever see that run. You obviously can’t stack Better Than New with Resilience. Prove only works on co-op repairs.
But killers can stack all of their slow down and gen defense perks options? I’m seeing a double standard here.
Doing gen faster isn't equated by killer's ability to slow progress. If killers had perks that reduced the time required to go from a hook state to another, it would be the same. Doing gen faster means a lot of pressure on the killer, and a lot of leasure for the survivors. It's not healthy for the game, as seen by the fact that gen time was recently given a slowdown.

You are not losing Leader's effects when you get hit. And Leader works on multiple survivors.
I can not see any problem.
That's the point. If you get +30% to all actions bare vaulting and repairing from BTN, and you're with someone using leader, you get a 55% bonus to your actions. And that's without counting items and addons, alongside other perks. It seems to me to be too big of a boost honestly.
-
@MikaelaWantsYourBoon said:
It should affect all survivor actions except repairing and vaulting.
And numbers should be higher. Make it 30%?
It might be too strong if paired with Leader's 25% tho.
-
My issue with collision is actually that sometimes they don't bump. It has happened to me multiple times that I should've slammed someone against a wall, but the survivor either went right through, or the wall didn't register at all.
-
@Rebecca1InTheChamber said:
The only buff I'd say is that BTN stays until the survivor goes down. The perk is already situational and then you have killers like Legion and Plague that make it a dead perk basically
I can get behind that, alongside a little number buff, like 16/18/20 instead of 12/14/16

Old by a very large margin.

Didn't know it at the time. Would've still sent it regardless, as it will cause survivors to avoid attempting protection hits running through the gate trying to escape, which is not something solo queue needs right now.
You unhook someone, both hit the gate area, killer is about to down the unhooked survivor, normally the healthy survivor can intervene to save the injured survivor and get protection credit. Now, no matter what, killer gets a kill (or another hook at minimum). Nothing you can do.
That's a bug to me.
You're not entitled to a protection hit tho. Now it makes something without risk actually dangerous: are you ready to die for the unhooked survivor?
The only bugging thing here is how you can conceive it as a bug.
-
I agree with people saying the range should be a bit bigger.
-
For additional information, Rebecca harbored the Rescue icon in RE5 where she's a playable mercenary. So it's not a change DbD made.

I explained here how to do Evil Incarnate:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/344759/hardest-achievement-for-you
And I hardly can agree with you as the person who did ALL adept achievements and can tell that survivor ones are luck-based and killer-ones are skill-based (and enjoyable ones too)
Oh I have it. Actually I got mine a few years ago quite easily. I'm just saying that there are difficult achievements to get for killer too - albeit less. And as for the Adept, well it really depends on the killer and the perks. At the end it mostly boils down to how you feel playing a certain killer with a specific build.
I don't have issues with luck, because the whole game is sort of based on that - Be it by hook/gens/totems spawns, where the hatch pops, how your teammate or your opponent play, how much use you can get out of your build, etc... - alongside skill. I don't think that survivor get adept just from luck, that's basically saying they've got no skill whatsoever and I personally won't make that claim.
-
@Iron_Cutlass said:
Ah yes, "killer achievements are all like 'play normally and youll get it' ", yet Skilled Huntress on Console requires you to down 100 survivors from 24 meters away, and Shocking Treatment, where you have to shock survivors with Shock Therapy 500 times. They might be obtainable through normal gameplay, if you played both for weeks on end.
Don't forget about Evil Incarnate and people who will deny it to you by camping lockers. And contrary to most survivor Adept achievement that are doable without really playing differently, Adept killer are imo way harder to get.
-
I'm maining him and I have to say that more often than not I simply use his power to dash from a gen to another than to catch a survivor.
Other than some horrible bugs, like the survivors going through the wall I should be smashing them on, he's great to play.

I actually do that a lot. Especially if we as survivors wreck the killer. I gladly give a pity kill.
Seconded. I'm really not concerned about my own survival anymore and gladly offer myself as a sacrifice.
-
Honestly, peeps, from what was gathered from the OP's posts, it's clear they don't want to learn to deal with it, nor do they care about their teammates in case of DCing. I doubt anyone here will change their mind.

New one's skill checks count for challenges requiring you to get great skillchecks, so new one it is.

I've tried it that way, still I just get hit, the timing is perfect from my perspective, but somehow, the killers still hits
"From my perspective"
I think I found your issue chief.

I usually don't give a freebie to anyone unless the following circumstances happen:
- A DC of a loser after he got downed one time.
- A thematically approved freebie (ex: As Wesker, Rebecca may get one)
- I don't feel like hooking and just mess around.
- The last one didn't hide until his friend was dead for the hatch, I reward bravery and punish cowardice.
-
As far as I know it's not a bug and works as intended, which is good.
If you don't want to get killed, just leave.
-
I'm adding Bamboozle to my roster just for you. No, that's a lie. I use it on Wesker and Legion, killers who can fast vault. Blocking the Window/Tile is often not expected and gives me some free hits.

What about Terminus + No Way Out?
Survivors should be broken the whole NWO-Time, right?
Bingo, which is why I love it on my Wesker build (Terminus + NWO + Lightborn + Bamboozle)
Edit: Forgot to mention the fact that Wesker has the innate ability to block the exit gates for a few seconds if he manages to catch someone with Virulent Bound and slam them against the exit, making Terminus a great combo for those T-baggers)

I like using Hyperfocus as a stand-alone perk, it helps me train and rewards whenever I manage a Great Skillcheck.

Infected rebecca? is that a skin. i know she got infected but thats about it
The last skin of the list you posted is from "Wesker Mode" in RE0 HD, in which Billy is replaced by Wesker in his Midnight suit, and, Rebecca is infected by Uroboros like Jill was. Rebecca's change is purely cosmetic. Wesker however has powers.

Basketball Rebecca should've been a must have with Wesker being added.
I also LOVE infected Rebecca.
But to answer your question OP: Yes. She might not be my main, as I have multiple, but she's one of them. RE0 was my first Resident Evil game, so I have a bit soft spot for her and billy.

You should play more for shenanigans, rather than kills or escapes, it'll make the game a fair bit more fun
Alternatively, run the most random build you can and cause chaos
Also rancor sadako is a thing
More like Rancor everyone for a free mori. I have a whole wall of fame of my Ghostface selfies I take when I mori someone.
-
Sorry mate, but I ain't giving a free hatch to someone who'd rather let their partner bleed out than try to help at all. I can absolutely hide all game and get the hatch. It's not surviving that takes skill, it's surviving from the killer.
The number of people just hiding to get a free escape even before only two people remain is enormous. And I'll punish those people by a sweet mori.
Besides, it's called counterplay. What, are you going to complain that people can actually bodyblock to prevent a hook as well? Because that's the same.
A hatch is just a "You lost, here's your participation medal".

woulda been cool if HUNK were a survivor so they could have both him and Lady HUNK in the same game
Hunk isn't survivor material. He's the Grim Reaper of Resident Evil. He's cold, emotionless.
@6659Leg said:
So here's the situation. Wesker is incredibly bugged and his power doesn't work half the time. They nerfed his hitbox a bit too much and didn't fix his whole arsenal of bugs,in other words, you're in for a unnecessarily hard time when you play as him.
So instead, buy HUNK for legion(you know,a killer that actually works lol) and bide your time till they fix wesker
Any build to recommand as Legion?
-
Wesker because he's Wesker.
Just being a hardcore fanboi of him here.
-
Hey could you make a Legion side by side comparison with Hunk from killer and survivor POV to see the comparison? Idk if it exists yet.
Also big upvote for the theme music. Even if not it exactly, it sort of sound like a variation of Legion, they could make one that sounds alike imo.

You should really avoid release weeks then idk what to say to that
Or you can play killer and ensure that he won't be in the game.
-
I love him because he's Wesker, basically. Like any killer I adore, I love them more for who they are than how they play.
-
I think they need to either remove the charges from the First-Aid Bottle or remove some from the map. Nemesis has less and his infection his more easy to give.
-
Honestly it's not too bad compared to like, Left for Dead (As the last person still alive, activate the last generator and escape through the exit gates.) and Item of Obsession (In a public match, as the killer's obsession, escape as the last survivor without getting hit.)

@Steel_Eyed said:
I had the same issue. Didn’t even realize he had an exit gate blocker. It definitely does not work if intended.
Just like everything else about Wesker.
I'd like to believe it is intended due to how it synergies with Terminus.
-
I'd also like to add that the breathing of Hunk is without the voice effect of the rest of his actions, it's regular Legion. No idea if it's a bug or not but, just in case.
-
Honestly not as often as I thought.
-
I'm sorry to pop-up like that but, what bug are you talking about? Is Hunk supposed to have unique in-game animations?
