Yeah, it's really fair, considering it just keeps a survivor incapacitated for longer.
You wanna camp into an anti-camp strat, don't cry that you're spending 2.5 minutes staring at the hook.
And reward survivors for rushing the hook like brainless flies rushing into decayed meat, something we know they do whenever they can, at the detriment of the poor player stuck for at least 2 and a half minute on a hook.

I'd rather they put something basekit so that people aren't obligated to take specific perks or worse, have a bandaid solution gated behind a paywall (no shrine does not count simply due to the likelihood of it appearing). However, I agree with you the timer needs to be higher, something around 45-50 seconds. Kinship is only 34 seconds but has a significantly more generous activation window (even though it's second stage only)
So 50 seconds, cumulable up to three times, 150 seconds, basically more than two minutes.
Sounds fair alright. /s

Then let's make him a survivor as well. I'd love to see who has the strongest charge between him and Blight ! :D
.... Alright I'm in. Bring it.

Atleast it's something, he should of been a survivor tho. Since he and ada are both bad people
No, he's fine as a killer. You can't compare Ada and Hunk like that.
Ada is a spy. She may not be a "good" person, but she helped Leon multiple times, albeit always with a specific goal.
Hunk is a cold-hearted killing machine. His surname is the "Angel of Death" or the "Grim Reaper". He's literally defined on the wiki as "Cold, Silent, Devoid of emotion, and ruthless". ( Source: https://residentevil.fandom.com/wiki/HUNK).
If Hunk is a survivor then so is Wesker.

I was wondering when these threads were going to start.
You should check the Steam discussion. But, beware for your sanity.

No. Wesker is horrendously overpowered, the last thing he needs is making even easier to hit with.
Nice one

The order of the tinfoil hats believe wiretap put out the hit.
I second that. The best fix to avoid conflict, IMO, would've been to make Blast Mine auto-activate when you leave the gen and, if it doesn't blow, retain the progression like before.
Bam, fixed the possible conflict between the two perks.
-
Hunk was the perfect choice for a Legion skin. He may be a survivor, but his surname is "The Angel of Death/The Grim Reaper"
-
I'm more disappointed that the skin they got were those of character we can play as instead of others like Barry Burton or Brad Vickers, and maybe Sherry Birkin from RE6.
-
I love every aspect of him. Maybe remove the disabling his power after a vault, but it might be too strong, idk.
Also can't wait to have him as my avatar. When does the forum updates?
-
I like that at least he gets an echo due to his mask.
Except when he breathes. It's the regular breathing of Frank. Unplayable.
-
As other have said, I'd say it's because of Ada's new perk overlapping on it and the game not being made for that.
Although what I would've done is make BM activate auto when you leave a gen, and if it doesn't blow, it doesn't deplete.

Bait the chain, dodge it, open the box. Normally it shouldn't spawn again in the time needed to do so.
Plus there's a high chance that the Cenobite will teleport on you.
-
Thanks for the warning but I'll stay my course

The second it's available, yes.

Good Chris. Now watch out for that Wesker with tunnel vision on you...
Oh I am definitely counting on it.

Can't wait.
Question, when does the profil picture update on the forum? I want to put Wesker's asap

Bubba and Nemesis off the top of my head
Didn't Bubba had the hidden faces? Doesn't it count as a cosmetic?

Less than a day until IT'S WESKIN' TIME.... ok, ok, bad meme, I'm sorry I had to 😭
That is a very thorough (and well stocked) starter pack! May I also add some fake rubber snakes from the Halloween section to attach to the inside of a jacket sleeve?
And while I don't really play Chris much at all, this next week I am ONLY surviving as Chris for all you Weskers out there, gosh darn it <3
CHRIIIIIIIIIIIIS!
I wish he had that voiceline, but it'll do without
-
I'm just baffled at the number of people who literally decide to not play and handicap their team because they don't want to face a specific killer. I love Legion, as a foe or as a friend. There's something so brutally simple in a bunch of teenagers turned murderer due to blind rage, something that makes it interesting to me.
Like, getting chased by a mad doctor who shoots lightning at you will probably not happen to you. But a thug with a knife? This is so real.

Yeah, not only does he look kinda derpy, but he doesn't look like Myers in the first Halloween. He's far too tall and muscular, while Myers in the movies is pretty physically average looking. Also I'd really wish they'd get rid of that dumb grunt he does when you stun him.
I mean, he broke a car's window with a single hit of his hand. He's far from being average.

I play Bill. The build I use is BT, Desperate Measures, Hope, and No One Left Behind. It's a good end game build for unhooks and playing altruistically, pretty fitting for Bill.
It really does. It gives me L4D vibe even. Great build.
@SgtMittens said:
My favorite solo build is Bond, Kindred, Open Handed, exhaustion of choice. The best counters for any killer is information and stealth. Which brings me to another build, Calm Spirit, Distortion, Iron Will, Kindred. The unnecessary change to Iron Will has caused me to use this far less than I did. It was extremely useful 2 years ago because the in thing for killers was infectious fright and bbq.
I also use Breakdown, Decisive Strike, Flip Flop/Unbreakable/Tenacity, Kindred. With the recent changes I've left DS out and used Flip Flop and Unbreakable together. If the killer is camping or it's an unsafe rescue, I might stay there or run to a corner.
My "I've been camped/tunneled/slugged/all of the above 5 games in a row" build is Breakout, Empathy, Flip Flop, Mettle of Man. I think this one is self explanatory. I may only get one hit with Starstruck but I'll also have time to build up the meter. It actually works really well but I try not to use this too much because I don't spend much, if any time, on generators. I'll use this until the end of time when the bots are released though.
I'd lie if I was able to say how your builds play bare the first one, I'll admit shamefully that I am more versed in Killer perks than survivors. However, your explanation really help. I'll take a due note of them, I do hope you do not mind?

I use Kate. So I'm not sure there's really survivor perks that fit that. I run open handed, bond, WOO, prove right now.
If I take the quote at the top of her wiki page as fact, she's a "ray of sunshine to those around her" (https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Kate_Denson) . So I guess what would fit her would be perks that makes the others benefits from her presence, like Prove Thyself, or Vigil. I hope it helps you, sort of.

ds, blast mine, wiretap, flashbang, smash hit, maybe parental guidance, pretty much just perks that let you almost fight the killer, maybe diversion to throw rocks at them after pallet stuns
I also think stuff like "Botany Knowledge" and "Dead Hard" fit the bill, the first one due to the overuse of herbs in RE games, the second for the ability to survive beating of monsters and other B.O.W.
-
Speaking of Resident Evil, does anyone has build that would fit the RE survivors? You know, like a build that makes you think "Yeah, Jill/Chris/Rebecca/Leon/Claire/Ada would definitely run these perks."
-
I do remain hopeful that he'll at least get a H40 skin eventually.
And I agree that the limit to stalking survivor is a bit old and outdated. You shouldn't lose your power after some point in the game.
-
Definitely am.

Thanks a lot
