Which means if they blessing a tier 3 ruin they lose 36 seconds
24 seconds to bless + 12 seconds to get back to where you were.

Ive gotta agree with you on that one. Killers role is quite hard for the survivors to stop (for obvious reasons) Overall, I think the boons are strong, and the 28 seconds off generators can be well, a lot.
Generator regression is on a 1/4 ratio, it takes 4 seconds of regressing to match 1 second of repairing, with max ruin, its a 1/2 ratio. If the survivor repairs a generator to lets say 75 percent, gets off, notices ruin immediatly (Lets say it was autohaven) In the time it takes for the boon to be cleansed, the survivor would have lost 14 seconds of progress, so - with the 28 seconds off, they lose 14 seconds of progress. They need to spend 14 seconds just getting back to where they were, and it boils down to quite a lot of wasted time.

Advantage shouldn't be guaranteed. Now the 4th survivor has no way to win. Even if he had a key in his hand there is no way to use it. That's wrong. Why should the game design require the 4th person to surrender?
I do see your point. I remember the devs mentioning something about how every time a survivor dies, the remaining survivors have a smaller chance of escape, I have heard of a sort of "Give up" option, but I think the devs are worried about deranking, but with the new MMR system, I don't think that would be a big issue.
Also, in some scenarios, I believe avantage should be guaranteed, just not victory. It should depend on the follow-through, in most cases in the form of slugging.

Yes. When the survivor is bleeding out on the floor is the killer not supposed to have the advantage?
Also, the killer is as unlikely to not slug for the 4k as much as the survivor is likely to do gens when the hatch is open.

1) Steam can change its user agreement in a second. Them banning NFTs recently shows that. It's their platform, and they can do whatever they want with it. So dead by daylight made a custom Legendary skin for the NFT website and locked it behind a $200 loot box with a 0.1% drop rate. Many people suspect that skin to be Chatterer, but the answer is, we have no idea. BHVR already lied to us, and they are 100% willing to lie again.
3) Nobody forced you to buy anything, that's a strawman argument that you made up. My point was, ADDING A $200 LOOT BOX WITH A 0.1% DROP RATE IS SUCH A DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE. If that doesn't make you angry, then you probably are just willing to take any bullshit in your life and never fight against anything. What a miserable life.

Killer player here as well - You could just make a powerful hex build, and top it off with haunted grounds to counter the perk:
Ruin
Undying
Haunted Grounds
Retriboution / Devour Hope / NoED / Crowd Control
Now all 5 totems are plugged with a strong build and boons are rendered worthless.

Yes, it’s happened twice to me when I’m inside of the Boon Totem radius and I’m about to heal with Circle of Healing. It’s as soon as I press the heal action, my app just closes.
is it a self healing action? im not a dev, but I can see how that could cause a run-time error

Yea i think those are about using perks like self care in a circle of healing boon, not too sure, havent been able to try it yet. I guess its because you use a perk in a perk that lets you use the perk without the perk causing a runtime error or something like that

I like midwitch and RPD, the aesthetic is nice, and once you memorize the map (or run all seeing-blood if you havent) you can put the fear of god into survivors.

The hatch is.. its in the basement, yes, there, (Bubba act casual) the hatch will always spawn in the basemeent because thats the lowest playable area. Make sure to check there, there will be a chest, and you can open that as a sort of gift shop before you go, if you hear a chainsaw, thats because the sound of the hatch opening is the same as the sound of the chainsaws because BHVR needed to save money and definetly not a bubba.
