  • i would buy the hell out of a Nea

  • experience this every few games on xbox

  • i will message all of the survivors on Xbox messages and tell them, "im the killer, im farming, only hooking twice you can escape" and 99/100 times they will all farm with me no problem, they trust me for some reason. the devs have said farming is aloud as long as you dont force a survivor to farm and i haven't had any complaints.

  • For survivor i usually run Nea with Self care, Quick and quiet, Fixated, and Head On, but if their is an event going on and i need to get event items i switch fixated for plunderer's instinct to get them easier.

For killer i usually run Ghost Face with Barbecue and Chili, Enduring, Spirit Fury, and The last perk is usually flexible, if the survivors are running a lot of flashlights ill put on Franklin's, if i feel the games are going by too fast ill run Ruin, if im feeling good that day ill run Brutal Strength just to break gens and pallets faster, and if i have a daily ritual to mori a survivor i will run Rancor so i don't have to use blood-points to get more mori's.

I usually dont run any items or add-ons on either the killer or survivor.

It wouldnt make a difference. Keep the notification tied to generator completion and apply the Exposed effect and mori-able when Exit Gates are powered. Its that simple.

They made so many uneeded changes for the sake of "consistency", and turn a blind eye towards other features.

agreed, some things like the notification would be op, but running this perk with how it is right now basically is useless since i always find myself shutting the hatch

  • im just worried by the time the devs see how hard it might be that it will be too late.

  • then they should change adrenaline and NOED to when the last generator is repaired or change all the others to when the exit gates are powered.

  • last year for the event they made them unsabotagible, but since this years its only for extra BP, it doesn't really matter IMO.

  • @GhostofYharnam said:

Yeah i had this problem. From what I've heard its intended to be that way but i'm not for certain.

yeah, i think its just an oversight by the devs but definitely should be fixed.

  • @Peasant said:

I understand your point OP but I would like to point something out regarding the 3 sacrifice challenge with NOED.

Guys, gals, just use Blood Warden.

Hook survivors early on so that the end game hook is death and then summon the Warden to trap them in.

i understand your point, but wouldn't it just be easier to make it like 8 survivors and over multiple games?

  • instead of punishing the problem, instead fix the problem, make the rift objectives earn able threw regular play

Not only does it encourage you to just run around and do nothing but that, it also goes against general gameplay.

Whether you normally care about scaring Crows or not, actively having to scare them is the opposite of what the game tells you to do.

Why not "Successfully sneak by 10 individual Crows" or something?

yeah, the next tier needs to be careful, while one of them is save 5 teamates is good because it makes you want to save, the crow one, or one or two others just make you want to do the opposite of trying to survive and help others. i may of survived on the one with the crows, but thats because i had propably a 3 man swf team with me who all had flashlights and bullied the killer at rank 13

  • weak at very high tier play, or for me who is stuck between purple and green ranks who can always hit great skill checks (on xbox)

  • OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

  • ITS HERE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Well legion is a weird one since you have to treat them like plague since most legions run SB or Thana or both to make healing take ridiculously long which just buys them a lot of time so most survivors just don't heal unless they have good med kits because of this it leads to them being a T3 myers without the vault speed. But you can just not mend in their TR and do gens since the mend timer doesn't go down off of chase anymore. So I can agree that they are annoying to go against but they are still a bad killer. Personally I feel that there are more annoying and worst things to go against like prayer beads and iri hatchets which just makes the game un fun.

while this is true, the other annoying things are add-ons that are a little op in my opinion while legion himself is always annoying

  • @Johnny_XMan said:

I mean if all you want is to move on to the next match why cause the EGC?

Why not just treat it as a normal pre-spawned match where if a player DC's match gets cancelled. I wouldn't mind if the match was cancelled after a DC provided the team got their points accordingly.

i mean this could work, but randomly getting the match ending would be obstruct in my opinion and having it cause EGC would at least add some sort of ending to the match instead of just flat out ending it, causing confusion to why it was canceled at first.

Click the arrow next to NEXT DISCUSSION.

Thanks, im kinda new to the whole poll thing

  • EVERYONE also remember that the amount of DC's would go down to barely any in a month due to people realizing they cant dc all willy nilly without any real consequences

  • @KrazyKat1011123 said:

okay was complaining about noed but this...THiS is a bruh moment

but if the killer ran noed and killed everyone it wouldn't matter because you keep your items, add-ons, and offerings.

  • @lynelmane said:

I think this would make DC's more annoying IMO. Starting the EGC within 2 minutes of the game starting is awful. NOED would ruin the game if the killer is running it.

If someone DC's, all remaining players in the match should get BP and get a BP bonus to their categories for the remainder of the round to make up for the lost BP of the person who DC'd. The person who DC's should get a soft ban of like 5 minutes after DCing.

I do agree with the warning that the Exit Game button should tell you if you try to leave.

but if the killer ran noed and killed everyone it wouldn't matter because you keep your items, add-ons, and offerings

  • A ######### TON, considering how much they prob make from cosmetics, and they are getting all these licence deals

  • i feel a disconnect should cause endgame collapse, but also make it to where all other players that didn't dc should keep the item they came in with or the item they found if its different from the one they came in with, along with all add-ons and offerings on both sides, then punish the one who dc'ed with a wait time before next match, and a reduce in BP and XP earned for a certain amount of your next games. kind of like Overwatch. This would make people less annoyed by DC's and help with players who just want to get to the next game do so without fear of losing their items and feeling their offerings (and add-ons for killers) were wasted.

  • Nea

I feel as one of the survivors that came after the OG 4, she is sometimes left behind in the cosmetic department, i would like the see a little more effort into adding more, considering that the OG 4 almost always get cosmetics between chapter releases, while Nea and some other that came right after the OG 4 sometimes aren't given as much love. Look at events for proof.

  • he was just released and the first thing they do is throw some chains on him?

  • While as a survivor main i do experience dodges a lot due to the survivors in the match, i feel that maybe the killer should see a silhouette the same survivor, but still be able to see the item they are bringing in. if i want to bring in a item, i always have to worry if the killer is going to bring Franklin because of this, or if i have my P3 clothing, or bright clothing (nea's neon pink clothes) i have to worry if the killer will bring a mori because he thinks im "toxic" when in fact i just like the way the clothing looks. because of this i must adjust how i play (bring no items in ever) (never wear clothing that is considered "toxic") and it sometimes makes the game un-fun, also i feel that survivors should be first found, then all 4 join the game so the killer doesn't dodge because it is a 4 man survive with friends. I understand that 4 man survive with friends is considered toxic, but me, my friend in Ohio, and two other people i find on my carefully constructed friend list just want to have fun, get drunk, and enjoy some horror, but when i wait 10 minutes for a queue, and we finally find a lobby and the killer dodges, it gets annoying, and we end up going to Overwatch or Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville due to this. One thing Survivors and Killers must remember is that we need each other to have fun, if we as survivors all bring flashlights in the intent to bully the killer or the killer brings a mori because they think we are "toxic" it ruins the fun. i understand if the killer has a daily or they just wanted to bring a mori, but try not to do it everyday more than once. Survivors should also not bring flashlights every game. The ranking system is flawed, once they fix it then survivors will be put up against killers that they deserve to play against, but when im sitting at rank 12-15 because i don't play a lot, is it my fault when i get a killer who is bad, i loop him most of the game, and wont leave me, the answer is no the fault is on the DBD ranking system. also i feel all offerings should either always be shown, or only on the end screen because when a survivor see's a killers offering, they assume its a mori and almost always dc, and if a killer see's one, then they know it is a shroud of something since their are few offerings that are secret. overall the toxic behavior is the main cause for this question, because killers and survivors both feel at a disadvantage on both sides and want two very opposite things and refuse to haggle, i feel both sides should make sacrifice's to better the community and make this game last for a long time.

  • its the basis of his power, lets compare him to the first killer, the trapper. The trapper's power is placing down bear traps where a survivor can get caught in, and if thier smart they will disarm them. With legion, his power is going into a frenzy and hitting players, causing them to go into the borrowed time effect, it's annoying to go from healthy to negative 2 health states that require mending and healing to get back up. but you might argue that trapper's traps can put survivors in a difficult position where they have to get out of the trap, run away, and heal. This annoying but that is what he does, he traps survivors to chase one at a time, the legion has a choice when he uses frenzy, he either uses frenzy to injure a survivor and then get out of frenzy to down, or he leaves the survivor he found to injure more which is annoying because it makes games much longer due to survivors having to mend, and then heal. So, basically if they were to change his power to something completely different, and didn't make games so long, it would be less annoying to deal with. you may take it one survivor at a time, but most put everyone into the borrowed time effect, and run sloppy butcher which also makes it longer to heal, so when i see a legion that has good game sense, i let myself die because i would rather go against a trapper that takes good skill to use than legion where his power is so annoying to deal with i'm not scared or stressed in chases, just annoyed. In my personal opinion though their is no coming back with legion, he will remain the most hated and annoying killer, to go against, in the game due to the fact of how he was when he was released.

  • I love the feeling i get when i get away from a face camping killer

When the demogorgon stands up he looks really tall is it gonna be taller than even plague?

    Demogorgon is 9 ft tall

  • I prefer killer but main survivor because, 1) I like to play with friends and get BP, 2) killer queues take forever unlike survivor which is usually instant 3) playing killer agrivates me when I'm rank 14 getting a SWF group that has one rank 15-20 (smurf account on xbox) and 3 rank 1-8 which bully me because I'm not good enough yet to catch them.

  • Lol I didnt notice I already replied

@TheLegendDyl4n1 that's why a 3 or 4K should always be a +1 or +2 pip. Someone who plays like you should rank up. More experienced players can 1/ counter basement camping better, 2/ are not supposed to be as salty and butthurt as newbies (actually, that's not the case, but if they can't handle this after 1-2K hours, it's on them).

I don't mind basement camping Insidious Leatherfaces. You people are an integral part of DBD culture. It always makes me laugh, and I'm always hoping my aimless little fellow survivors are foolish enough to try and save me, and they all join me down there :)

It only sucks when I'm using a Cake or BPS, but... life is hard.

Btw @Condorloco_26 , you said it very well.

dont tell the devs this but if theres BP offerings or streamers used I usually get everyone to right before thier last hook and farm with them

  • its blank because i made this post and then a friend explained the question to me

  • @PunL said:

I heard its a bannable offense to block the basement stairs, dunno for sure though...

I got blocked by a pig once while having a head trap, she just turned around to let the chase drop and simply waited until my head exploded and there was nothing I could have done (other than to report her afterwards for exploit).

If the killer blocks for no reason other than to keep them thier forever then it is bannable because they are holding the survivors that are trapped hostage and the only way for them to leave the game is to dc

If people run a cake or like a bloody party streamer I'll revert to farming.

  • Are we still going to ignore that ever since patch 2.0.0 (Curtain Call's patch) Nea has had blood removed from her prestige?!

I agree. I main nea and one day saw no blood on her neck and some parts of the arm, she has darker clothing then her prestige so I dont run it anymore

  • They need to make killer adprt easier or survivor adapt harder. I got Jane's on my first try because all i had to do was escape

  • I have fun when people suffer on DBD not in real life. I just got tired of going against legion after legion today and that's how I took out my anger. The messages received were all the proof I needed to justify playing how I played. Also when people tell me to go kill myself because of how much of a disappointment I am, i have every right to laugh in thier face and say "have a fun time being banned"
