You know, they just brought a patch that fixed some minor bugs, but they didnt bother to fix Ormond. In order to fix Ormond all they need to to is RAISE THE OPACITY of the auras and scratchmarks. They dont even need a programmer for that. Its done in under 5 minutes. Why did they not fix it?
Sometimes I wonder if the developers start up their own game even once a months. Probably not.
They wont even acknowledge our legitimate complaint

It's funny though....although the right side is suppose to demonstrate how color blind people see things.
Top left looks the same to me on both sides.
Top right has some change, but still can't make it out.
Left middle looks exactly the same.
Right middle looks better to me.
Both on the bottom row look exactly the same.
Good luck convincing developers to add colorblind assist. Dbd is unplayable sometimes for us. Its frustrating and the fact that it would be so easy to incorporate annoys me more

Instead of changing lighting they can easily change the colors for us or at least give the option. It doesn't benefit anyone except people who are colorblind

How are you having trouble seeing things on the forum? It's all dark shades of grey with white text, very high-contrast.

This has been an ongoing problem for a while. Honestly the bottom line is money and time. I personally would enjoy this game much more with colorblind assist.
But the developers are obsessed with the color red. Which happens to be the color most colorblind players cant see. So they either dont care or they need some real professional developers to show them how to do it.
Honestly, it's not like anyone's asking for a million dollars cash. How hard could it be?

I have such a hard time seeing anything on this forum. I have a hard time seeing scratch Mark's. I have a hard time seeing lots of things in this game.
But ultimately they dont care about 10% of us who are colorblind. If I want brightness I'll use my tv, but that wont change the fact that colorblind support isnt an option. Almost every game I play has it in some form. I guess the nerds over this project only care about patching stupid stuff like getting survivors out the map lol. They cant do it

Yes, that's how colorblindness works. Many colors look the same. Red and brown
Yellow and lime green
Purple and blue
Pink and red
Now some colors look very different depending on the background and lighting but it mostly comes down to the shade of color

You can read about it online for yourself. Around 8.5% of the world population is colorblind. Most video games already have colorblind assist settings because they understand how crippling it is for us.Orion said:@fcc2014 said:

Having the same 5 people bump a thread isn't going to help. Try getting actual data on how many colorblind people play the game; stuff that'll show them this isn't being requested by just 0.000001% of the players.
