I play about 6-8 hours a day and im just not seeing this survivor gameplay you're all describing of them not doing gens.I see most people grabbing a vessel then trying to rattle through the gens to try escape, obviously sometimes you meet a good killer and game changes but im definitely seeing a lot of survivors doing gens like normal.
I've been taking my time.. If I find a vessel at the beginning of the match... I'm just gonna putter around and do the gens... but not rushing it myself. I like those points you get while holding the vessel. You can pretty much earn your escape points by walking around the map taking your time. That is me though.. I imagine some just are rushing the gens to get their vessel out.

3. Killers dc when exit gates opened with 2 or more survivors alive to deny event pointsYeah people need to leave right away. I seen that a couple times so far. So I've been taking off right away if I got a vessel. Not staying in the match once the gates are powered. I see an open gate... bye. No more saving or sticking around. Seen a couple of players camping out at the gate and the Killer DCs on them.
- Killers tracing survivors through (multiple) walls (including between upper and lower floors) and making a bee-line to every survivor the whole game despite not having bbq or whispers or discordance etc. No object of obsesion either.
Check to make sure they aren't running Spies from the Shadows.
-
That is cause there is an advantage to drag out the match if you got a vessel on you. And since getting that 25 extra points is more then you can make in a match... It is worth way more then the escape points you get.. so WIN WIN in letting the others die on hook at the end.. I'm getting out with my vessel.

######### are you talking about...dude didn't save ANYONE after being in the game for 2 minutes with everyone 'downed'.What you said has nothing to do with what I said.
I don't struggle on the hook if someone else is able to get the hatch, thats stupid.
Seems like you've done this though...how odd. hehe
Just because I give up points doesn't mean I expect anyone else to.All I said was I go for saves and it usually ends up with those same people saving me at some point.
Not necessarily at the end of the game giving themselves up for me...OP said he rarely saves anyone...at anytime. You have "fun" playing with em then...
I apologize, I misread one of your lines while focusing on the last statement you made.
But yes, I've let someone die in the game while struggling it out on the hook. Most time I bail out though, just depends on where the killer is. If they stick near me, I stay in and get the extra struggle points. I get salty like everyone else, but I leave those issues in that match. If that happens to me, which it has, I don't get upset about it. That is why I now always assume the survivor wants their struggle points and hide someone "near" the hatch.
However, I don't mark them down for death the next matches. That was the line I was focusing on about seeking revenge in future matches. I try to leave it in that match and treat each match a fresh new one.
Of course their are some "special" people that you need to watch out for.

Im a solo player and will regularly go for the save.
Usually when I do that others will come save me at some point when needed.
The few extra BPs for the hatch to let someone die doesn't do much for me.Play how you want but don't get upset when people start recognizing you in game and leaving you to hang.
hehe... one of those weirdo threats of don't play my way then screw you. It is that style of thinking that leads those killer players to say that stuff in the first place.
As someone who may make that play in a match, I wouldn't care. I will be happy to join any ######### list for players. Those styles of players are the ones who are gonna purposely struggle out the hook phases until the final survivor gets found. Why?... Cause they get all butthurt when they think they played better then everyone else and deserve the save.
Hey I've been there, I've struggled it in the hopes that last one gets caught. But by your logic, I guess I'm supposed to take note of that last player and not save them anymore??.... wowzers. How is this a good thing? Ahhh yes... The'ol Revenge, best served cold situation...

I guess I'm all that and a bag of potato chips when I expect a survivor to turn up 7K for 1.5K in BP.... oh.. its ok though,... It was all in the name of "fun".
I bet then instead of the killer complaining to "the hatch taker", that they are greedy, it would be the dead survivor who struggled crying.... "Why didn't you save me? Your trash!"... LULS
I don't expect another survivor to make dumb moves in the match and get themselves killed, simply because I'm hooked.

I don't think killers get mad about not getting the 4k at all...well I never do..and cant speak for every single killer.I just like games to be a bit more fast paced and frenetic rather than P3 Claudette crouching walking around the map for the best part of half a century - purely so they can get a few more bloodpoints.
Yee.. but 2 survivors dead... 3rd gets hooked for the 2nd time. 1 survivor is alive... Who knows where the hatch is... Why would they go for the save?
They are better off waiting out that last survivor and secure the BP with the hatch.
Give up hatch escape for a possible 1.5K unhook which usually ends up as a trade on the hook, since the killer is basically waiting for that survivor to be saved and ready to come back and get the unhooker.
So when I hear a killer complain in end game chat about the one who takes that hatch instead of going after the unhook, I only see a sweaty killer complaining they didn't get the 4K.
Cause if it didn't matter to the killer... They say GG and leave.

@Bongbingbing said:
Not sure if it's a bug or intended but yes If someone escapes with the Vessel and you don't you still get the points. It's so easy
yee.. gonna have to try this tonight.
-
You earn progression which fills up the moon. Every time you fill up the moon you get a coin.
The first coin will cost you 100 progression points... Then each coin adds 100 to the needed progression. So the 2nd coin will cost you 200 progression points... Up too 9 with will cost you 900.
Getting 2 gens done then dying will net you 8 points of progression on the first coin.... 92 more to go.
If you escaped with the vessel you got an extra 25 points of progression... and you get 4 for each completed gen done while you were alive.
-
With that said...
Do you think it is easier for the survivor or killer to get a perfect match?
Killer... Needs all 4 survivors and themselves to put out 5 red envelopes.... Needs to hook everyone 3 times each to max out the points.... Needs to destroy all 7 vessels.
Survivors.... Doesn't need to put out any offering since the default is two... Can hide all match getting progression from gens being done.... Scoops up 500 points per minute, while hiding, no sense working on gens to get them done quicker, more points in prolonging the match... Others finish gens... Runs out with vessel. The survivor doesn't even have to touch a gen.
-
@MojoTheFabulous said:

In order to get the 5points do all survivors benefit from completed gen or do they need to work on it as well? If so then survivors have a challenge as well because if you only completed 1 or 2 gen then you only leave with 8 points unless you escaped with the lantern.If you're alive and a Gen is completed then you'll get the points. If you're alive and someone else escapes with a Lantern, you also get the points.
Wait... What?... So if another survivor in the group escapes with a vessel and you escape but with no vessel... You both get the 25 points?
I wasn't paying attention to this part... I was under the impression you needed to escape with the vessel to get the 25 points, if you left without one, then you didn't get the 25 points, but only the points for completed gens.
-
@EntityDispleased said:
Play the game normally + have fun actually playing the game = profit+1
OP:
Yeee just do this. You don't need to do anything special, play your normal way and you'll be earning progression. You have 2 weeks, and maybe more if the event ######### up and the Devs extend it like the past ones.
The first 3 coins won't take too long.. Maybe 6 to 8 hours of playing.. So you can still get a few pieces for free that you like.
One thing with this event though, is that the event was designed to pit killer vs survivor without allowing too much farming. If the killer farms with the survivors, the survivors will get their 45 points, but the killer will lose out. And vise versa... You get survivors farming with the killer, are they gonna give up their 25 points for escaping with the vessel, so the killer can get their 3 points?
So this event has made killers get all sweaty trying to get their 45 points per match. Which they can't even get if all the survivors don't put out red envelopes.
-
@Bongbingbing said:
Has he been playing non stop? That's 3,722 points
He'd have to have had 82 perfect survivor games for those kind of points, and god knows how many killer.Well if the average match was 7 minutes... You'd have around 9 and a half hours of matches I think?
Not including queue and lobby waiting... Probably add in another 4 to 5 hours for that.
Then you have to remember for the 45 mins no progression was being tracked.
Yee.. maybe... but who is gonna get 82 perfect matches within that amount of time. However since the event started at 2 PM EST, it may be possible to be that far in progression.
-
@MojoTheFabulous said:
Actually you don't need to play a single oFFering for Survivors because if 1 person escapes with a Lantern than any remaining Survivors on the map will get the 25 points too.Yee exactly. No offerings still means 2 survivors can have a perfect match. However if the killer doesn't see 5 red envelopes being burned, they know right away there is no chance for a perfect match.
The killer would have to play really poorly, but they need to hook a survivor and find 1 of 2 vessels on the map, that aren't picked up.
So the killer needs to make sure they find the one carrying the vessel, time wasted if not found right away. Then hook then try to find out where the vessel was on the map. Then still hope there is time for hooking everyone 3 times to maximize their progression.
Totally bizarre on the way of thinking by the Devs on this one. I think the person who designed this event hates killer mains.
PSSST.... BHVR I'm not a killer main...
-
I think the queue issue is a bit different this time.
There may be more survivors playing cause it is a bit easier, but it isn't way out there like the last event.
One of the issues, I feel, which is causing long queue times now is.... Their match making server is getting overloaded.
They had one system running consoles and PC... Then DBD went free on PSN and boom... That system got flooded. So the Devs split the system up. One system doing PC and the other consoles.
So the questions is... Is it actually physically one system doing match making?
If so... Then the queues are probably stemming from the system getting flooded and people waiting in line to get matched up.
Look at the numbers on DBD players playing. It seems everytime there is a big influx of players, the match making goes to #########. They designed a match making system that can't be scaled up by adding in more machines to help load balance.
I don't think it always stems from more survivors playing vs killers, I feel this issue only compounds the main problem of their match making system unable to handle the load. I hope they have this figured out when Dedicated Servers come out.. The pop isn't going to drop when that happens, it will increase quite a bit.

In the defense of the devs, the envelopes offer extra bloodpoints and can only be offered during this event so I fail to see why a person who has an envelope wouldn't use it.I'm not stupid, I know that you get only get 1-3 envelopes per bloodweb and that high-level bloodwebs can take up to 50k bloodpoints to clear and generate a new one.
I'm just saying that realistically, people who play survivor will offer up envelopes as often as they can so this idea that there will plenty of matches with multiple envelopes isn't unreasonable.
Yee... but how many times is the killer gonna get lucky enough that every survivor in the match throws out an envelope?... Last night in about 10 matches.. that happened only once. All the other times it was usually 2 or 3 in total, and a few times none.
I think it is unreasonable for the Devs to assume there will be 5 envelopes per match.
So survivors really only need to throw out 2 to make sure everyone gets a vessel. If they are able to pluck them up right away the killer may not ever get fortunate enough to find the vessel after he hooks someone since he is looking for 1 vessel on the entire map.
-
Actually I find it kind of odd, they expect killers to perform a perfect match of hooking everyone 3 times... AND... They expect all the survivors to put out red envelopes, cause if all survivors don't, the killer has no way to get the 45 points. Only 2 survivors need to put out envelopes to for all survivors to get 45 points.
I do find that odd.

You could [BAD WORD] on hook, but if DC'ing is your preferable choice (:
Again, this hooking system is similar to slugging, but isn't as bad as slugging as the killer has to pick someone up, meaning that if you indeed get to spend a long time on the ground (or in this case on the hook) then it's your teammates fault.
Every issue with having to wait is worse with slugging as it's here.I personally don't DC, I would suicide. However there are some where DC'ing is pretty easy to them, so it would make the decision even easier for them, if there could be a long wait associated with getting caught. I feel this would make it worse, at least until there is some real punishment for DC'ing.
With slugging, it has a set time. You can only bleed out so much before you'll be dead. I can crawl around and maybe not be found by the killer... I can even have a chance for the hatch while slugged. I can crawl to someone working on a gen to get healed. I'm not stuck to one place, unless the killer is watching me.
With slugging the killer doesn't get hooking points. He can keep me on the ground for a finite time and not get anymore points from me. Why give the killer more hooking points and allow them to keep me there for an "infinite" amount of time. In the hopes they move off to get someone else?
@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
Well played on the killer's part. But this time the game didn't compel you to play into it.No.. Just like it wouldn't compel any survivor to ever save you and leave you there as bait for the killer then t-bag you at the exit knowing you are about to finish the match on the hook.... 10 minutes later.
@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
You will not have to worry about not getting unhooked. Remember, it doesn't matter that the timer is gone;
We didn't break someone's incentive to rescue people, and the best time to do is remains; AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. This is the META strategy. The only change is that instead of possible meaning unsafe unhooks, it means the moment you can go for a safe unhook, instead of it being unsafe.True. I just have worry about me EVER being unhooked, also I have to worry about WHEN I'm going to be unhooked. There is no urgency for the survivors ever to come and get me.
If I'm stuck on the hook until 4 gens get done, and I was caught before any gen was completed. I basically joined a match and got nothing in the match. The survivor might get lucky to escape and maybe some points... maybe... however the match really is lost for that survivor. They will be the lowest scorer and yet, they went through the most painful aspect of the match, being on the hook and waiting in the hopes of being saved.
Waiting.... Waiting.... Who likes to wait?.... You like waiting?... Like waiting in queue for 5 minutes as killer? How about being a survivor who waited 5 minutes to get into a match, who now has to wait 5 minutes to get unhooked while IN a match.
I'm not playing DBD to sit on a hook for 5 minutes... or even 3 minutes...
If I get slugged, at least I can do something... On the hook... There isn't anything I can do, unless I got Deliverance (which would become the new meta).I get saved while slugged... and get slugged again... the timer didn't reset...
Just ask yourself this:
Would you rather finish a generator or heal someone being slugged? (Generally the timer rarely ever goes to 0 there either, making it practically the same.)Cause the reason it rarely goes to zero, is because there is a time limit of how long you'll be alive while slugged. If you give them an infinite amount of time while slugged, then their is no reason to put in the effort to heal the slugged up right away.
Slugging where you'll die in a few minutes compared to the unlimited amount of time I can spend being hooked? I would rather be slugged. I would rather know when I'm gonna die, rather then not know.
@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
I won't cover all of it here, but the rewarding system in DBD is broken and inaccurate. Creating a team-based rewarding system. (How many gens were finished: How many people were injured, how many died, etc) would make it irrelevant that you are the person camped/slugged/hooked, etc.This could help. As long as I didn't have to stay in the match till the end in order for the game to calculate how much I earned when sitting on the hook for 4 minutes before I got saved and then rehooked and camped to death.

@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
The survivors control whether you can tunnel or now. If you don't bother actually finding someone, then there's no reason for them to unhook yet, while they keep doing gens, you lose.
The survivors will also control where you'll be able to find them. There's no more timer that mandates that you should go for an unsafe safe.You are assuming all the survivors know what the killer is doing at all times, which they don't. You are assuming I don't find anyone. What if I do? There isn't anything committing me or forcing me to continue that chase. You are making the assumption that survivors play smart and don't play dumb at all and will never go for a save when the killer isn't near by. Why is there borrow time? Are they going to drop that perk out of the game so people won't try to save when the killer is near by?
You sometimes have no idea where the killer is when making a save... The killer could be across the map...Save made... Chainsaw right back there in a couple of seconds.
Please stop assuming the survivors are all or will be playing smart.
@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
Here's the difference between being hooked at a timer and being hooked without a timer:
1 forces you out of the game if nobody unhooks you.I might aswell DC then if I don't see anyone coming to save me, or I think the save is over 3 minutes away cause the survivors are going to decide to work on gens, even if the killer chases someone else.
There is no point in playing the match as a survivor if I'm the first one found and hooked. I'm not gonna get points, I'm just going to sit there.. So dead on hook if hooked, or DC are my real options, cause I want points and no point in finishing out this match.
2 let's you choose whether you actually want to leave the game. You can choose to live on longer.
I choose to leave. DC out as early as possible since there is no point in playing a match to hang on a hook for 3 to 4 minutes not being saved and cause I'm not going to get any BP really.
@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
Don't make the mistake of thinking that a killer will still have time to stick around a hook; the killer will be chasing, and in both cases is unhooking someone as fast as possible the best way to go about things. The only difference is that the only time you have to go for a save is when the killer is indeed not camping.Which you don't really know until you've searched the whole area near the hooked person looking for the insidious killer, or the hill billy / nurse on the otherside of the map who comes back a couple of seconds after the unhooking.
The issue I see with the idea is the survivor side of it. It would feel more hopeless getting caught early without the incentive to stay around. I don't want to be found first and hooked to sit there for 5 minutes, and then be rewarded with 2K BP cause I stayed on the hook while the match finished, 3 survivors escaped and I died on the hook since no one saved me. This was an example of reward.
The Devs would have to give a big reward to that player staying on the hook and not DCing, otherwise there would be no point.
In the end the killer would benefit simply cause the survivor doesn't want to play a waiting game.

@AlwaysInAGoodShape said:
@TheBeanWe cover camping here. The anti-tunneling post is linked. However; even this alone can solve tunneling. If the killer is close enough to return in time, then why would you unhook? The other 2 survivors should be out of reach and the killer is forced to find other survivors. He/she cannot wait.
It makes it so that if you get tunneled, it's probably the fault of your teammates, where previously it was the "fault" of the killer.
Exactly. Only IF HE DOESN'T look for anyone. Beautiful isn't it (:
Because otherwise you have all reason to save your teammates.Sorry I just included tunneling in there. Sure.. don't save... Why would I as killer come over though if there was no save? I'm coming back to get the person who was unhooked. I patrolled outside of terror radius not really looking for anyone. I waited for the save to come back and tunnel them down. Me as killer playing it this way is better emblems wise for me anyways. I'm not near the hook, but I'm still gonna tunnel that survivor down after they are unhooked. Then they go into phase 2, which is gonna kill them off.
It would be the healthier brother of what we currently call slugging, but again, this time if you hang as long, it's the fault of your teammates, and them completely. They either are impatient or DC during their normally unsafe unhook in vanilla.
You think so?.... How many survivors do you think are going to wait more then 2 minutes on the hook for a save they think may or may not come? Please... We'll have more survivors DC'ing the moment they are caught. It wouldn't be healthier at all... How could it be. If you took the time limit off the first phase how would sitting on the hook for 5 minutes be healthier?
If the survivor suicides on the hook, what was the point of removing the time limit then if survivors will more then likely kill themselves on the hook or DC?
I would rather be slugged.
-
I went though most of it... I sort of petered out on it when I realized a couple of things.
One that was mentioned above about not having a time limit. People not being saved and having to sit on the hook the whole match, in the hopes to be saved at the end or not. Not fun.
One other issue is just... It doesn't stop tunneling. I could just pretend I'm going off to find someone and if a survivor goes in to save.. I come right back and tunnel the other down. Except this time, I was far enough away from the hooked survivor to not lose emblem points. My tunneling is now a camping mind game that makes me more efficient at tunneling.
It isn't a bad idea, but I think it wouldn't end up turning out the way you wanted. There is no incentive to go save the survivor at all when there is no time pressure to do so. Why bother? Especially if the killer starts patrolling and not really looking for anyone. So this basically would punish the survivor who got hooked, by sitting on the hook for over 5 minutes only not to get saved in the end, cause the killer ran up after 5 gens are done and hard core camps them in the end.
That would be the worst as a survivor.. to sit there on the hook the whole match.. People probably would start DC'ing if they were on the hook for 2 minutes and still didn't see anyone coming over to save them. Plus factor in the low BP they would get... Why even stay at all if you know you got hooked in the first minute and your punishment is now, sit on hook for 5 minutes and get no points.

I actually have a fix for lobby dodging in the Solo queue. It would work like this:All Survivors cannot see other Survivors nor can they communicate with them before the match starts (it's already this way on console, there is no pregame chat) all Survivors are represented by blank placeholder models that do not indicate which Survivor the person is playing. Names cannot be seen, and neither can the other Survivors items. This way, even if people queue together, there will be no way you can tell if you are in the same game together.
This goes back to the "no communication" aspect of the game. The Survivors should not be able to coordinate their efforts before the game starts, unless it is specifically in the SWF mode. The reason I don't want the game to be balanced around it generally is because I will cease to enjoy the game at that point. I play the game for the solo experience. That's why I bought it. The moment I get paired with a 3 stack of SWF hand holders my game is already less enjoyable from the start.
As far as dodging, you could implement a method for both Survivors and Killers so that the first dodge is only 5 seconds, but begin to exponentially increase how long it takes so that dodging doesn't become an issue, up to waiting 2 minutes for dodging so much. The timer would not reset until after 24 hours of your first dodge. This will keep Survivors from dodging to find friends (which they wont be able to anyway if they can't see who's in the lobby) and the Killer would have less reason to dodge because the Survivors cannot coordinate their efforts as easily. This way you make it similar to games like Siege and Overwatch where once you are in the match, there is no backing out.
Well you never know. They could remove it so you can't tell who you are playing against / with, until the end of the match.. I would have not issue with that. I feel allot of killers won't like it, but maybe it would be worth it if they knew they weren't getting SWFs in their lobby.
I just don't see it happening though. I think it would be more of a nightmare from their side in.. cause now you have to think of more balancing issues between the 2 modes.. Do you have some killers who only play within the one game mode cause of balancing issue with playing against 4 solos.. etc.
But you never know.. The pop is getting bigger.. so they could do some experimenting with some ideas.

@weirdkid5 said:
... Survivors kept lobby dodging to play with friends in a game ...That is your issue right there. Most of it boils down to this and the concept of circumventing the game.
Basically... You want to include a mode that allows friends to play together but still be in "ranked"... or earning Blood Points... bascially.. Not in a KYF type of mode, where you don't progress at all.
Now...
You want a separate the queues for solo players and a "ranked game mode for SWF / solo"?
However... You state one of the biggest issues in the game that occurred when there was no ability to play with your friends in a "ranked" lobby (one that earns progress, rank and bloodponts).
So how are you going to prevent people from dodging lobbies like before? Put in a penalty for the lobby dodging?.. How much of a penalty do you give to those dodgers where it won't damage the queue? Maybe this issue can be fixed... but...
What about those that are in an existing lobby and tell others to join their discord? Remove chat?... Ok.. So...
How do you prevent others from figuring out who you are in a match.. Send an invite in steam and send you a discord link?
I mean to remove all these sort of features to prevent people from joining up in Discord, seems like allot of effort for nothing.
Cause it seems to me.. If you are being forced to play solo, you can still join up is discord with solo players if you want. It doesn't take 5 minutes to join a discord server. Do you think others won't do this?.... Cause I've seen it sometimes in a random lobby, so to me that would increase.
You have no way to prevent people from using VOIP... Are they going to start banning for it?... But if you include SWF within another "game mode" then you accept VOIP on their machine.. So how can you determine they aren't using VOIP in the solo queue compared to the SWF queue?
The issue in general is... You can't for 100% remove VOIP from the game, cause if there is a will there is a way to circumvent it.
If you can't remove it 100%... without being able to punish it 100%... Then you might as well accept it will be in all aspects of the game, even if you don't like it. So you might aswell then balance around that concept, since it is there regardless if you want it or not.

Either you or they were waiting too long and both of you got tossed together. Weird though... were they a 4 man SWF?... Wonder if the host of the SWF was in a low pop region and maybe caused that to happen.

I think WGLF and the Point portion of BBQ should be passive perks for everyone. They should be built into the BP system.
Then if killers want the aura reading portion of BBQ, then they need to take the actual perk for it. WGLF is just for points anyways.
For survivors though, they need to lower the amount for escaping, and spread decreased amount over the other mechanics like breaking chases, healing, unhooking and sabo.

Just return with... "False reporting can get you banned." Then tell them to go look up the ban rules.
Then laugh at them and leave.

Side note: have the developers acknowledged that communication is an "allowed" feature of the game? Would love to see it with my own eyes.I won't find it.. It is in one of their Devs streams.
However proof is in the puddin... The fact they don't ban people for using Discord.
Also... You can join the DBD discord server itself.. They got about 20 or so channels you and your friends can use.
You can do a search in the forums to see where a mod has said they don't consider it cheating.
Or... You can ask them yourself. There is a section near where you sign in and out of the site here, that allows you to send a question to the mods.

Idk... People can play with whatever perks they want. It is easy to criticize people for the stuff they do in this game. However, you pay your bucks for the game, as long as you play within the Dev's rules.
Who cares?
Easy to say...Don't use DS... Don't use Self-care.. Don't use NOED.. I play this way.. I play that way...
Who cares?
Just pick the perks you want.. The killer or survivor you want and have some fun.
Have your opinion... But it is just that.
Players don't need to measure themselves against you or your opinion, in order to play the game and have fun.
If I feel like taking out M1 Billy with NOED cause I find it funny... Well... I'm gonna do it and I don't care if little survivors have anything negative to say about it at the end... Cause I'm just gonna laugh.

The michael myers add-ons are ridiculous. Tombstone and Evil Level 3 Infinity end the game, there's nothing to do.The guy uses memento mori, noed, evil level 3 infinite, tombstone.
so everyone took it off, no one is forced to play with this type of cancer. It's ridiculous then the killers cry that survivors give dc. Oh yes, because it's a lot of fun to stay in a match of this and at the end still read '' gg ez ''But... Mikie needs to do so much stalking to pull that off.. What were you survivors doing? Should be able to get most the gens done before he gets to tier 3.
What do you mean "took it off"???... That your term for being a puss and disconnecting?

I don't think he should be banned for using certain game-mechanics that are by nature toxic, if that is the reason he is banned.Did he not get perma banned on PC?... I believe he got banned several times on PC before the perma. So in essence BHVR gave him a multiple chances and he still gets a perma.
So why should he be able to play their game on console when he was perma banned on PC?
But TBH I don't care.. I never watched him. I'm along the thinking that if you got banned by BHVR then you deserved it. I've never been given the impression that BHVR likes to give out bans willy nilly.
-
Yee... cause he was banned on PC... so he circumvented the ban by playing on console...
BOOOYAH!
He got banned for a reason.
-
Well if he doesn't put traps down where he's gonna walk.. No problem!
It is funny around the hut though... watching him plow into his own traps when chasing you.

I led a Billy around the whole map of the Swamp once trying to find the hatch, I knew he had Whispers but he was constantly on my trail. I somehow managed to get by him. I've also repaired 3 gens as the last Survivor before.
You can only move around the same 32m circle so much you're right. Which is why you'll go insane trying to find me ;P
Unfortunately I don't focus on killer enough where I can get into the high ranks.. I'm mainly just get the smurfs at rank 10.
Maybe on day I will get there... But playing killer makes me want to smoke a joint afterwards... after about 3 matches I gotta switch to survivor.

I remember there was an issue once the gates are powered, you can get unhooking tokens but the taking the hit ones wouldn't count. Not sure if that is still a thing though.
-
Will be nice.. I hope this happens when dedicated servers are put out. I wish though the Devs would come out with a list of the stats they are tracking and see if the community might also want some added in, before everything is committed.
-
One of the Devs who is working on it probably just returned from a vacation in Mali.
Kind of like how computer techs name their servers after Star Wars or Star Trek.

Were the gates powered?
