I always felt the feedback page was a bit dead
But they do read it. I'm sure
-
Depends on what you want from a killer
Both have good slowdown perks although pop generly is better and can turn a lost game completly around
Dark Devotion is the most fun perk but don't expect to win frequently with it
Personly i like clown more. Unpopular opinion but I find Plague to just be a weaker and slower Legion
Also Clown has an easier time getting BP and Pipping

Rank 5 with Survivor
Rank 8 with killer although i have been trying new killers out so i did drop quite a bit. Was rank 6 earlier this month

Enjoy him? He's the worst killer in the game now
He is far better off with the rework
Once they change the 3 sec pauze after the shock and the delay in the shock which they said they would this is clearly a buff
-
Remember when Freddy came out?
That was a reviewbomb
-
Note for me personly they don't need to go anymore. For the most part i can deal with them.
But if i had to think back to when i started 360 were the most frustrating thing to happen to me. And that was in the time of insta-blinds and pallet vacuum
The fact that i was able to catch a survivor in the open and still not get them because of a fancy twirl was infuriating
It also didn't help that there were no guides on what to do against them. Go on youtube and you'll find tons of video's on how to do them but none on how to deal with them
I actually don't know how i can hit them. If a new player asked me how to deal with them i would have no answer except not lunging.
-
Back in the day flashlight blinds were litterly a blinding white screen and the best ones did this in 0.3 seconds or something
You could just be chasing a survivor and suddenly bam white screen
-
The different with other games is that this game just doesn't have much alternatives
If LoL would do something horrible everyone will just go to Dota
Where will the DbD community go? The only game that comes close is Last Year and so far it's nothing compared to DbD
-
Haven't played much with curropt intervention but infectious fright is pretty good for snowballing, and dark devotion is an amazingly fun perk that will make you laugh as survivors run towards you
Almost all plague's perks are useable in their own right
-
Everybody has their own idea of winning but purelly gameplay wise it's pipping
If you depip you are concidert to high in rank so you drop
If you black pip you are in a good spot
If you pip you are concidert too good to be in the rank you are
And a double pip is a crushing victory
In practise it has a lot of flaws but in theory that how it should work
IMO people who only concidder 4k or 4e as a win shouldn't be discussing balance as those are absolutly crushing victories those really shouldn't be the standert
-
Update: got the beartrap 6 people and escape with claudette ones
I'll finish all the rest and then just leave the dark sense one open
Glad i could all the lore stuff though
-
While it does suck you should avoid that situation in the first place
When other survivors are on deadhook and you haven't been hooked yet it's better if you start interacting with the killer
Even if you go down fast, a hooked survivor is still better then a dead survivor. Especially if you have Deliverance
-
Yes it's a really good perk
I feel lik i'm going to say yes to a lot of these
I like switching it up ftom time to time

''Nobody who plays Claudette has any empathy.'' Well, i do.And i'm sorry that Claudette players ctrl spam upset you.
And that is a very childish way of thinking.I can play with no perks, no problem with that.I've been an active player since august of 2016.Is it my fault that you play with no perks?I don't think so.
It's kinda sad that Claudette's character has such a bad reputation
I really enjoyed her archive story
-
When survivors perform the crouch action to quick in succesion, their character will experience back aches and be slowed down for a time while they rub their painfull spot
-
@TimeMonster said:
they already said - it was made so killer won't be able to just - hit in FF and then turn of FF and hit a normal hit.
But i do agree - that Cold Dirt was redusing stun for 1 sec was better that 0.25 right now
Yes but i feel 3 seconds will still prevent that from happening
-
Yes i love it, helps knowing where the killer is, what pallets are gone and sometimes helps in chase too
-
I don't have it unlocked yet but i probably would use it if i had it
Although i rarelly get unsafe unhooks as when a killer is near when i unhook i tend to bodyblock for the person so I'm not sure actually
-
Well Unicorn's are pure creatures so it's not that weird that the tought of hurting survivors makes you uncomfortable
On a serious note i had that too, i would always pauze before playing a killer game and like mentally prepare and question if i really wanted to risk getting frustrated
Eventually i stopped taking the game so seriously and i had a lot more fun with it
-
I think Freddy is in a really good spot
His addons are a bit boring but at his core he is really well designed
Being able to create pressure and punishes survivors who don't make the effort to wake up by become very strong in chases
-
Been using fixated, Sprint Burst, Small Game and Inner strenght
Been really enjoying it
-
The people who play 50/50 also deserve a thanks
They have to suffer through every single nerf D:
-
I've recently started using it with that perk of nancy that makes you walk faster
I've been enjoying it tbh
-
I personly find bond one of the weaker aura perks tbh and i'm quite a fan of aura perks
-
I think a lot of the weaker perks could be changed to grant more bloodpoints
For example no mither granting + 100% bp if you escape or small hunt that you gain a token everytime a survivor cleanses a totem for 5% extra bloodpoints per token
Would make some people maybe shift from the meta if the reward is justified enough
-
Making survivors spawn more towards the edges of the map would also help
I often spawn like 10 feet away from a gen
If survivers had to walk atleast 10 seconds before they found a gen you wouldn't have the gen pops before the killer can over there problem
-
Learned so much about the mistakes i make as a survivor and killer alike
Thanks for the responses everyone ^-^

First of Ptb doesn't care about ranks so the matchmaking point is mood
Yes it's terrible right now but it's not that bad
Second once again ptb, ofcourse they are going to run perks that interacts with the docters power, those have the highest chances to have bugs in them

5 BP is the lowest I've seen.
Was playing Wraith, No Mither survivor immediately ran into basement at the start of the match, ran back out of the basement, tried to vault the window as I uncloaked, got snapped into the locker instead, which I grabbed them, and then they suicide on the hook. 5 BP due to basement time if I were to take a guess.
Sadly I don't have a screen shot of that time, but this score is pretty damn close. Almost the same thing happened, except this time I was playing as a survivor.

This is however the most depressing use of party streamers I have ever seen from someone who didn't DC.
Ouch. That party streamer hurt my soul
-
Because the survivors have all the tools in hand to completly outclass killers
The thing is if you don't use those tools effectivly killers can capitelize massivly on those mistakes
When people say the game is survivor sided they mean the high ranks
For the avarage survivor is sure doesn't feel that bad
-
I think i would prefer a change to hexes in generall
Almost all hexes have the problem of usually being destroyed before giving enough value
I have said this a couple of times but i think hex totems should respawn some time after being destroyed losing all toķens
More points for survivors, getting an hex destroyed early game doesn't mean a wasted perk slot anymore and survivors having to cleanse the same hex a couple of times will take time away from generators
They could even make the strategic choise to cleanse or rush gens, would make both sides more interresting i think

I know it's taboo to say you ever condone a DC, but I agree with you. Slugging three people within the first minute ensures no one is getting points, no one is ranking up, no one is having fun. I rarely DC, but yeah I probably would have in this situation myself. I seriously wonder why the other one didn't
If i was in this situation i would be cursing to myself for letting it happen, not robbing the killer of pips and points because we played horribly
3 people getting slugged in the first minutes of the match is the survivors fault and only the survivors fault
He wasen't even using a slug build
-
First of all that video was a joy to watch
The juggling was so satisfying, i need to learn how to make short 90 degrees turns like that
As for the point he's trying to make, we know ruin is strong with high mobility killers. It's the low mobility ones people are worried about
-
I think it would be cool and unique if his power goes through pallets
As in he breaks the pallet and still keeps going
-
I should write all these down in case i come across any of you people im my games
-
What if insteadof increasing gen speed toolboxes increase the great skill check zone
That way it will still speed up gens for lower rank survivors while veterans who can hit greats anyway can't do them at insane speed anymore
I feel that would be a good way to reduce genrush in high ranks without making low rank survivors weaker

Thanks :D

Lets remove insta downs while we're at it... Shouldn't affect veteran killers much.
I'm sorry, but that comparison doesn't make any sense
How does making toolboxes not effect high skill survivors equal to removing several killer powers + perks
Sorry to say but i'm sensing some bias here
-
I'll probably never join a swf, unless they are ok with me not talking
And even then, i enjoy playing this game on my own. I'll take the bad teammate here and there

LOL why not just delete them?
They would still speed up gens in a way and give more bloodpoints
Would also be more fun for new survivors to be able to hit more great skillchecks
New survivors who are struggling would still find them usefull while only veteran survivors that already can hit greats would be affected
I think it would be a good way to nerf the top survivors without affecting the low ranks too much
-
Ruin on it's own is fine tbh but suffers the same problems as almost all the hex totems and that is they often don't stay up long enough to give value
I think with old ruin gone hex totems could regenerate after like 90 sec or something but lose all tokens. I don't think any hex totem would become that powerfull if this was the case
-
I wonder if genrush would be so bad if toolboxes didn't increase the speed anymore
What if instead of speed they made the great skillcheck area bigger?
-
After playing with it myself in the ptb i realised it's not that crazy, it's decent but that's about it
Either cleanse the totem (you can equip small game if you have trouble finding them, love that perk) or do gens sepperatly
If the killer sees 3 generators light up with surveilance he can still only go to one of them at a time
-
Kindred is no doubt my favorite
Empathy is pretty nice to see who is in a chase, also can give you an idea wich pallets have been used
I don't like bond so much tbh, i feel the range is too limited
Alert is also a pretty good aura perk if you have it

For Survivor: I try to look back in chases (like ya should), but I just can't keep but running into stuff nearly every time I do so. I'm so far ahead in chases, but without realizing, I'm running into a wall and then I get hit. Heck, sometimes not even looking back, I run into walls.
For Killer: I just can't hit the survivors.
Ha that happens constantly for me too
Looking behind me to see what the killer does and then realise i ran into a dead end or a wall

Don't worry rift number 7 will be about him and have one new outfit in the premium version

The mere existence of a super buffed NOED would cause Survivors to choose between
- Cleansing the Totems and potentially waste time if the Killer isn't even using it.
- Put all of their focus entirely on gens (like now) and possibly suffer from it, as the Killer could now have a 25% bonus to movement speed as well as one-shot capabilities.
The entire point of making it this powerful is that you wouldn't actually need to equip NOED in order to get the benefits of it. Just having it be a thing that exists and is incredibly strong can cause Survivors to spend time cleansing Totems, which takes them off the generators.
I get what you're saying
It's kinda like how you don't need DS to reap the benifits cause the mere threat of it exist
My counterargument is that DS is probably the most hated survivor perk and i don't think adding more hatefull perks is the way to go
-
you mean replace one perk that everyone thought was nececary with another?
I think it's better to just try and fix the core problem rather then taking away a perk slot of the killer to do it
-
PGTW is going to be my genslowdown perk of choise i think
Can completly turn games around
-
That shrug off with the emoticons was so funny
