Can They apply pressure? no they can´t well at least they can´t apply pressure well. With the New ¨Buff¨ they became the third worst killer in DBD and not the worst. They should be grateful that I put there ass at the beginning of the DISGUSTANG tier
Legion can apply pressure immensly well
Note i'm not saying your wrong. Tierlist are an entirly personal thing so you can't possibly be wrong
All i'm saying that if you put them that low you (and honestly most others) have a lack of understanding of what they are capable of if you play them well.
And everything you say about them kinda proves to me that you really don't know how Legion ticks
-
The hook problem isn't really a thing
Chucky could just Voodoo people onto the hook. Kinda like nurse does.
They could also just use the same height as the hag
I would love seeing Chucky in DbD
Probably never going to happen but hey one can dream
-
Bloodwarden should activate before the gates are powered, but not possible to activate after they are opened
That way the counter is to open the gates asap what is the opposite of what people do now
They either counter bloodwarden but put them under the time limit of EGC, or they 99% the gates to avoid EGC but get punished if the killer happens to have bloodwarden
Then survivors would have to make a choise instead of mindlessly doing the same thing all the time and covering all options

I said that the ONLY thing they have. For the rest of match, they´re just a edgy M1 with no power.
Their power includes
Running faster, ignore most of the survivors defences during the time, able to injure survivors faster then any other killer, tracking survivors, stalling the game slightly
Saying Legion's only power is to run fast is like saying Meyers only power is to look at people
-
Only when there no way for the game to finish normally imo
IRL issues is also ok but when something irl comes up i just go afk rather then dc

Blood warden should just queue up if the killer hooks someone before the gates are open but while they're powered and then activate after they've been opened.
I would love this so much. Bloodwarden is such a fun perk but it's counter being just do what you normally do really deminishes it's effectiveness
-
Good luck, if you thought dbd community was toxic, LoL will be quite the shocker
-
Ow yeah? Come on survivor mains. Let's all play killer and counter the genrush by applying pressure
Right guys? ... guys?

Point proven
-
It wouldn't be that bad if it didn't have that flaw that it stops working when the gen gets over 50%
-
Another tierlist that's completly ignorent on what Legion can do :(
-
You're bassicly asking for the afk crows to come more swiftly?

Loving these stories. Clutch victories are the best kind of victories

Now that's a story to tell, hahaha, any post game messages?
It happened quite a while ago so i don't really remember
This was before dedicated servers so i think the killer just instantly left after we got out of the exit gates
-
Legion is insanly fun.chaining hits is so satisfying
And once every one is injured you only need to outplay them once to down them
My favorite killer by far

LMAO! I know you're joking, but I really have to ask, have we actually played together or against each other? I use P3 BILL with Christmas Sweater or the Dwelf head with P2 body
I don't think we played against eachother but i don't really pay attention to names so hey who knows : P
-
This one Bill player named Carlosylu
Scary stuff man
-
Funniest thing with a random that happened to me was a match where the killer went afk
I found a purple key in a chest and one of the other survivors came to me and started pointing and gesturing me to come over
He brought a brown toolbox to me and kept pointing at me and then the toolbox. I realised he wanted to trade but i shook no cause it's a brown toolbox
He ran away and brought like 3 other items. After a hard negotiation between gestures and nodding i finally traded it for a green flashlight

Feels kinda scummy, but I use to run NOED and Class photo on old Freddy. Had times with it when all 4 survivors would still be alive, only to end up having 4 slugs before they could open the gate.
I got my adept Freddy in a simular fashion. Not with Noed obviously but all 4 survivors where alive when the last gen got done
managed to catch someone and one bloodwarden minute later all of them were down and i managed to pick the last survivor up several feet before he made it through the exit gate
Felt so satisfying
-
Does this mean a new trusted member get's added every month?
Dear god! Eventually they'll outnumber us
-
Legion and wraith should be higher imo
And tbh Myers lower
-
@Mister_xD said:
wraith is a very simple killer. he is easily loopable and i see not a single reason as to why he should be considered above avaerage.
in the end, he is one of the most average killers out there. not bad, but also definitely not strong enough to hold up to the top tiers.
i always say: if you end chases quickly as wraith, you are gonna end them twice as fast with hillbilly.
The trick is not looping with him
-
I'm sure as hell am going to play killer more
Insta queue's baby
-
Legion. Not only do they have good outfits but you can mix and match them and make some really sweet outfits
Close second is clown. They are just going full meme with his outfits
-
Feel like some people misread the op's intention. I'm pretty sure they are asking for the best from the worst perks not what's the best perk and what's the worst perk : P
I've been having a lot of fun with fixated the extra speed while walking really is fun to juke killers with
As for killer Bloodwarden. People do it's counter automaticly so it's not that concistent. But god is it satisfying when it works
-
The new ruin seems like a perk that i will enjoy playing more but it's way weaker overall
All and all i think the change will be more healthy for the game IF they look at genspeed by the next patch
-
Inb4 the civilization people payed the dbd devs to promote their game

A bit underrated? Sure. Actually amazing and really strong, don't really agree with that TBH. I too have been playing this character for a long time now and I can do somewhat well with them in most games, you however need to realise that against like actually really good survivors the Legion really doesnt have much of a power to speak off. Simply not healing removes most of their slowdown and turns them basically just into the Plague except that their power doesn't ignore iron will, disables medkits entirely or gives constant passive tracking due to objects getting infected. And in the off-chance that people do heal you wont get a super mode that can potentially insta win you the game, you just get a few extra seconds.
The dude in the video says it himself, in order to win you need to mindgame a lot. Which would be less of an issue if you could do that at every loop, but you can't. Legion lacks chase utility, the only thing they can do is body block(which depending on the addons you're running sits between being below average or terrrible) or they can hope people screw up and blind them at pallets meaning that they rely more on missplays than anything. This is their biggest issue IMO, they rely too much on survivor mistakes and lack play making potential of their own(Something that would be easily fixed if they actually had a power or even secondary ability that could be used in chase but I dont think this is supposed to be a balance discussion so I'll keep it at that).
I mean they are no nurse, that's not really what i'm trying to say. But a solid mid tier killer
Against the avarage survivor you have all the tools needed to win
For me having to only outplay survivors once is all the chase power i need
-

That brings up a question I had, do the Legion add ons actually stack? It doesn’t say in their description if they do and I’m VERY curious.
I appreciate the advice from y’all btw, I’ll definitely look at raging_ryuga’s stuff and see what I can take from it.
They do indeed stack, any addons that has these kinda +'s in their icon should stack
-
First if all don't listen to anyone who calls Legion bad. Legion is a solid killer with all the tools availeble to beat all but the sweatiest 4man swf
For addons duration is extremly important to be able to chain hits. You can play without but you'll definitivly feel an impact. I almost always run or the green duration or the yellowand brown one combined. For other addons the yellow and green pin are the strongest
Pop Goes the Weasel is extremly good on them. After injuring all survivors you only need to outplay them once to down them. And if you are good at chases this can happen insanly fast. Getting a pop every 30 seconds happens quite often and grinds the gen speed to an halt
Other slowdown perks like thana and dying light work well too cause of how easy thana is to activate
The most important skill of the Legion is able to mindgame effectivly and win chases. So perks that help with that like I'm all ears, brutal strenght , enduring, spirit fury all help. Blood echo is especially deadly as you take away any sprint burst or dead hard shenanigens
Enduring has the nice benifit to reduce the long cooldown of your frenzy by getting hit by a pallet
For getting better with Legion i recommend raging_ryuga on youtube. Probably the best legion player that post content
-
It's kinda sad how they are more rare then the actual ultra rare offerings
-
I would knock Adam of his throne for least cosmetics
-
If you want to have a laugh, double windstorm addons and PWYF+nemesis
Get stunned, get 3 stacks and become a racecar

You can't generalize, red rank killer, xbox, trapper main, I'VE NEVER USED RUIN OR NOED TO GET A 3K+ GAME
Maybe I'm one of the few, but I do not believe gens are done "too fast".
Edit: If I didn't get a 3k+ it's cause of 4 things:
- I got stubborn on the looper instead of letting go and going for the genners who can't loop S
- I got to play on a really difficult map for my killer, which means 2 out of them all
- I wasn't using headphones
- My dog wouldn't shut up the whole game
Damn dogs, they always seem to become more active when you are focussing on something else
-
Who i feel is weak would be trapper. He can snowball really well but usually it's too late before he get's to that point. Also he's one of the few killers who's power can be disabled by base survivors
Simplest fix i can think of is to make him start with more traps so he doesn't need to run all across the map to get them and increase the time it takes to disarm a trap
Unpopular oppinion but close to viable i would say Legion. Reduce his cooldown of FF and make it less punishing on misses and i feel he can be a really good killer
-
I've had faster
I once litterly spawned on top of a ruin
Didn't even have to move to cleanse it
-
I use nancy's perks a lot. Regulary face demopuppies and from time to time go to hawkin's
That being said my queue is a bit weird
I constantly face hags and i rarrely see Billy's

If you run around and leave every single survivor after a stab when they get to a loop you will not kill anyone, this is just a timewaste. At certain time you have to keep going for that one survivor, especially if you dont hear your killer instinct.
Yes when chases are in your favor you go for it. If they aren't you go until you get a palet and then go back and pressure the other survivors again. Eventually there will be massive deathzones everywhere
You need to be good at m1 chasing. Knowing what can be mindgamed and such. Many people act like m1 chasing is impossible but it's really not.

Unlike actual 1 shot killers, Legion gives the survivor a speed boost first, which they'll quickly use to get to a strong loop. If Bubba catches you out in the open...your going down. If Legion catches you out in the open, he'll help you fix that with a speed boost to safety. On maps like Crotus prenn asylum, Every time you get that first hit, you can guarantee survivors are just gonna beeline it to the map's overly safe spot.
Don't chase the person you just stabbed? Especially if they run to a safe loop
Injure them and then later catch them off guard
If you blindly follow survivors into safe spots then you'll do bad with any killer
That has nothing to do with Legions power but you as a player
-
Catching Steve in a lockers always makes me laugh for some reason
-
Spies is indeed very overrated
Strong tracking perk if somewhat map dependent
-
@Dr_Loomis said:
Also on the subject of 'worst power': Legion. By a country mile.
Legion's power is actually pretty good if you play it well
Tracking, stall and bassicly turning you into a oneshot killer
I don't understand how people can think it's a bad power
-
I would never say no to more bloodpoints
-
Pop Goes The Weasel will be my choice for best slowdown perk
Who cares that the first 3 gens got done in 2 minutes if you can keep the remaining 4 on complete lockdown if you play well
-
I use it sometimes as Legion but more as a meme then actual perk
Bamboozle+Fire Up=insta vaults
It is really good and i probably should use it more on m1 killers
Also was it nerfed recently? It seems to take a second before the blocking happens. I don't remember that being the case before
Survivors can actually vault a window you just vaulted before it becomes blocked
-
@BenZ0 said:
Thats why Clown and Legion are both trash killers.
Clown--> Really strong at chases bad at map pressure = trash killer
Legion--> Really strong at Map pressure and tracking but trash in killing = trash killer
As Killer you have to be good in every task, Chase, Map pressure and stall. But stall and Map pressure are connected in Dbd so we can put them together.
Nurse--> Good map pressure even if it got nerfed with the cooldown and insanely lethal in chase= Top Killer
Spirit--> Decent Map pressure and insanely lethal in chase= Top Killer
Billy--> Insane Map pressure and decent chase= Good Killer
Hard disagree on Legion being a thrash killer but you make a good point with the rest

You can have a lot of fun with Blood Warden. Chances are survivors are already wounded once, and while teabagging, won’t be expecting it. Down your victim, and if it isn’t open already, open a door. And hook for a safe 1 minute and watch them panic when they realise.
If you want to be especially evil, If near the downed survivor, and end game is ticking, the others are most likely in a bush watching. Don’t hook until the EGC timer is half down, then all remaining survivors will likely time out before the exits open again. You’ll get a lot of salt for that 😈
Yeah, been using an end game build of bamboozle, fire up, brutal strenght and bloodwarden.
It's mostly for the memes but it can be surprisingly effective at times
-
@Murcielago said:
The problem is if you three gen for a while you can get banned for it for " holding the game hostage"
I'm pretty sure that's just a fairytale survivors come up with like getting banned for tunneling
The game isn't held hostage. If a killer doesn't commit to a chase the gens will eventually get done
I'm not really talking about going all out and 3gen doctor without comitting to chases
I'm just suggesting that for some players it may be a more effective strategy to build around your strenght rather then trying to cover up the weakness of the early game
-
@ClickyClicky said:
That’s what one of the devs said. That killers are designed to start out weak with many gens to patrol and those gens should go fast, and then as the amount of gens to patrol decreases the killer gets stronger.
It depends how you want to play. You could pick Doc and go 3 gen strat from the start. If I get Azarov’s resting place (abysmal map btw) then I try to hold off one half of the map and never venture to the other side because that’s how you lose that map.
If I use Billy then I don’t care and can go anywhere. Likewise with Wraiths speed add ons you don’t need to shrink the map either.
You could bring a number of perks and a killer that will help you snowball In which case you dont need to worry about gens.
I like corrupt because I like having more pressure from the start. Thats just my choice. If others feel the same way then this is a potential route they will go down.
Yeah it will depent a lot on wich killer you're playing
High mobility killers won't need to worry about this so much
-
Survivors that are hit with a bottle should have to do something
Like sober up or something
Bassicly so it's possible for you to throw a bottle at a survivor and then leave them knowing they have to waste their time with something
