If you play well (lots of Hooks, quick chases, Gatekeeper will be great with 4-5 Gens), there should not really be an issue with pipping up.
If you get only a few hooks because you decide to slug everyone and try to onehook everyone, there is the question if you really deserve to pip, because this is quite a low way of winning.

But it's not fair you shouldn't be rewarded for playing #########. You play ######### suffer the consequences of that this is supposed to be a horror game yet it seems to me survivors don't even have to dwell on every little choice they make because of bullshit handholding. Besides that, Hatch spawns in this case for Hostage Situations. Good luck finding a Survivor who decides that he does not want to be found when you dont have Whispers.
How about this you can have hatch but you forfeit the points to the killer otherwise it's gonna continue being handholding that essentially robs a killer so give us your points.

Your logic is flawed what you said is if the killer trashes you that bad that you can't even get a single gen the killer isn't entitled to the full house? If you don't do a single gen you suck and you deserve the death period hatch isn't a escape it's pity.

I think they should make it to where keys will only open hatch with a certain addon for purple or higher. I've had a few 4ks robbed from me because I was being a nice killer, not tunneling nor camping. Everyone was on death hook, then one lucky person finds a purple key from hatch and everyone escapes. It's a reason I don't really like red ranks. Secondly, maybe just not let purple or pink keys be obtainable from boxes
They should only be obtainable via bloodeweb like mori's, keys are merely additional handholding.

Uhh keys you need to do gens for them to even appear or be the last survivor and find hatch. They both have easy prerequisites. One hook, tunnel and kill is definitely not hard. Neither is doing a gens. In order to even use the key first you need 1 survivor dead and 4 gens done for it to even appear on the map
You don't need to do anything for a key to appear I have ran plunderers instinct and got a ultra rare and a purple key to appear in chests before any gens were even done then it's one input takes not even a brain cell to do also tunneling that's just a made up concept to try to berate killers who chase you know to try to achieve their objective. Mori's take iq keys take Jack ######### you gotta be the laziest most underachieving dude to use black lock keys.

Is this why the devs are catering to survivors so much? Match didn't even last 1 minute. Spawned in, found someone downed them, heard another survivor went and downed them, heard another nearby survivor and downed them. My point is why are we nerfing killers and perks when survivor's DC because they get outplayed or don't wanna deal with a basic game mechnic?

It would be cool if it was retrievable and gave you a few shards or bp or something. You pick it up and it disappears in your hands, you gain the bonus after the match ends kinda thing.
