...but is there a chance we will get more monster/inhuman characters like Demogorgon? I don't know why he isn't popular as he is the best- but I am afraid that you guys are going to use his lower play count as justification for only doing more humanoid characters going forward.
You have so many great licensed killers, but there are so many monsters to touch on, or even you guys could design your own as a fresh new killer. Doesn't that excite you guys even a little building your own genuine monster?
Just want to know if there is a chance of another one maybe within the next few killers, or if it's a maybe someday but forever down the road, or just not at all....
He isn't popular because the chapter is the most expensive maybe?

been playing rank 1 without ruin for forever, wanna know the outcome?
still 4k, its rlly not that hard
That doesn't really mean anything given the variables you could be getting easy survivors compared to other killers or you could be a complete tryhard maybe both

What would make it so you feel less cheated, if it was implemented in a different way?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/985385#Comment_985385
You are right on that one, it could be change however that, if you are solo in that group, then you have your three hooks and only the swf group share their hooks.
Maybe even make it so the whole team doesn't have to share hooks, but two of them. So it would not mean an immediate death for someone who is caught. I really just want ideas to see your guys ideas on how the Killers objective can also change a bit with the way the game is expanding.
As long as solo players don't get screwed I do not care for swf. I'm just thinking of the consequences swf and solo shared this hook idea because we all know if you are the one solo player they'll see you as the scapegoat and that could turn many off.

Because object takes confidence in your ability to run it. The killer is going to know where you are. If you're not good at running the killer you will not last long with object. Fortunately most are not confident and don't run it. So it really isn't an issue.

I don't think gen jockey is even a bad term. Any time I hear it, it registers to me as "the main generator guy/girl." Usually in solo queue (since I don't have a lot of friends who like to play this game all the time) people are willing to go for the unhooks, so I usually take up the "gen jockey" role because if I don't, gens don't get done but the unhooks keep coming.
First of all that was just some rando, so I wouldn't be too offended. Second, as I said doing gens is always good for the survivor side (obviously sometimes saving is necessary). That's why I imagine most high rank players just "gen rush" and dive bomb the gens the second the killer isn't chasing them.
I should note I knew the killer was lurking near basement in stealth so the only logical choice was to save myself

Oh I'm not offended just puzzled on why some people expect unsafe unhooks from dudes who don't run bt.
Here's how I play survivor - small game totem hunting because you never know it may save everyone, gens and I'll run chases if the killer spots me I'll only go for saves if I know the killer is far away or occupied by someone else I detest people who make unsafe unhooks without bt because it screws them and the hooked survivor a lot of the time.
-
This just seems like something that could kill the game honestly imagine being a solo survivor and a three person swf get hooked twice and then they sandbag you.
It's punishing players for the mistakes of others... good that you put a option out there but I can see it killing the game for a lot of people
-
In the words of tydetyme 'when another player would otherwise impede my victory... I will not assist them' not about to go into the basement with a lurking ghostface to save strangers when I could just walk out of the exit gates the lone survivor

Basically someone who priorities generators above all else.
I literally got stalked first by ghostface managed to evade long enough to run out the exposed effect and I only did 2 and a half generators got more points then anyone. The guy told me to take a hit then unhook so basically he wanted me to get hit going down into the basement essentially hook swapping with him #########?

They said they will give killers one by one custom chase music, and since Doc is the first to get his own music, I guess they will give the clown his custom chase music when they rework him.
Please rework him for the next mid-chapter.
I love it

Huntress. It might be the lullaby but curious to see how they would make it terrifying.
You mean you aren't the least creeped out by the humming anyway? Scares me especially that part of the hum where she goes kinda deeper

Demogorgon and Oni both have unique music two killer back to back so maybe this is their new thing? Because the old chase music gets stale fast.

@MegMain98 said:
If Clown ever gets a change then he’d probably get new chase music like Doctor.
It would freshen up the game

So you mean like what call of duty and rocket league did with being able to add pc players as friends vice versa?

Most games with purchaseable characters, allow you to get them with in game currency. (Just look at lol for instance) and the ones that don't (evolve) tend to die out.
Well the only other game I could think of is Rainbow Six Siege

Don't put ttv in your name and in your profile?
I don't I'm a victim of my own success. You can say that but it doesn't really solve the problems the big dbd streamers have they are the most susceptible to stream sniping and they have to suffer it. My idea while not perfect was at least something to ponder.
You could blacklist someones profile and they could just make another and buy the game again if they were that obsessed it's not perfect but at least someone is trying to put forth ideas to help no?

@Thatbrownmonster said:
"Hey I didn't like this killer that camped me, better block him and never play against him….hey this killer downed me, ill block and won't deal with it"
Eventually you'll block everyone
Also what if I am a killer, can I just break swfs if I block someone?
In response to your swf inquiry I have no solution for that. Swf is the root of many problems this game has I merely wanted to put a idea out there a idea that companies like capcom have faith in.

Also I don't see you giving any solutions to stream snipers/e-stalkers. I don't appreciate you saying that I will blacklist everyone, I'm putting up a option for the devs a option that works in other games the least you could do is be constructive instead of trying to paint it in a bad light.
Feel free to chime in with solutions to stream snipers/stalkers if you think you have better ones.

Instead of being negative and trying to insinuate I think killers who camp are toxic/######### which I don't btw. Please make your comment constructive.
I'm talking about blacklisting literal stalkers that put my online aliases on mori lists and/or stream snipe.

It works for fighting games.

Sorry to break it to you, but this is not something they want at all.
The reasoning is that anyone can then block players who play in a way they don't like, even though it's a legit way to play.
And they don't want people to block for that reason.
You realise that player would be knowingly making the player base smaller for themself. I'm talking about blacklisting literal stalkers and/or toxic players.

The same point of any easter egg in any game. Make you go "neat, I found the thing!"
Yeah but this game you could be screwing your teammates by doing that

Not an actual item. Just an easter egg hidden in most maps.
Then what's the point? Are people really roaming around looking for props now? I thought it was something you could find and get bp bonus from or something

Despite all the nerfs survivors have got to balance them out there still not good enough for some people? What about Ebony Moris, Annoying Add-ons/Builds, Scummy Playstyles, Hitboxes, inconsistent windows and pallets. Those are just some of the things that are still in this game that survivors face yet they keep playing, but one killer perk gets reworked and everyone goes berserk.
Scummy playstyles? Survivors are always finding new ones for example going behind hook until killer swings and it autos to the hooked person yep definitely not scummy at all why don't you spread your asscheeks already fraud
-
Ruin wasn't broken same cannot be said for ds and mettle of man you literally listed perks that got fixed not nerfed as though you think ds should never have been fixed and a free grab escape is your right how you can even compare them to a hex perk that can be taken out by small game, luck or stream sniping it's just wow

The survivor booty warrior.
Them survivors always running away and playing hard to get. Then again it's no fun if they just give it up, more enjoyable when they struggle and resist a bit before you catch them and stab and impale them over n over.
I see they choosing the hard way
