Demogorgon
Cute, fluffy, has a fun chase, a good team and is overall a good puppy
I know I just hit my head recently, but I do not recall Demo being anything close to fluffy
unless youre talking about his fluffy personality 🥰

Its gonna be one of those perks like Spine Chill + Resilience. Sure its a nice little bonus but it will very rarely actually matter in the grand scheme of things

Theres no need to feel sour
Theyre spending their precious time on you specifically! They could be slugging... hitting some one else on hook... or maybe even the legendary: Playing the Game Normally
You should feel honored!

I think theyre starting to stray away from the generic 110%/24m and 115%/32m.
Pig getting her TR increased was when they were still standardizing everything

reading the docs entire power description made more sense than this

So there's a clear difference between breaking a set vs getting a different characters cosmetic set on another character most cheaters do this it's very common so yes it's safe to assume they're cheating and if they aren't they really should remove that set as they 100% look like a cheater. Lastly the Globe Icon could mean console but it could also mean Epic Games and with him running a sus cosmetic set kinda safe to assume epic games. You can even check my past posts I never and I mean never bring up cheaters here but this looked like it's very clear.
...what...?
James is a Cheryl legendary..?
-
am I missing something or is it literally just the set breaking James..?
If so that can be done without cheats, and if they had the globe icon they're most likely a console player since breaking sets is MUCH easier on controller

Alternatively, Midwich.
Midwich I find to be the easiest out of the indoor maps, in fact Id argue its one of Nurses best maps since there are far fewer rooms and a lot of the map is just corridors.
Its also quite easy to traverse since you can very easily blink up and down when ever you need too

every map is a nurse map if you're good enough
Indoor maps would like to have a word with you

I mean were at a dry zone atm where theres nothing really happening and everyone is just waiting for the new chapter to come out
Anniversary is also right around the corner and some people who arent particularly interested in Sadako are looking forward to that instead

This is the first time Ive heard some one have issues with the challenge, and I havent had any issues either

You cant Mori them, the kills have to be with tombstone
Id just stack slow down with PWYF and hope for the best, I was lucky enough to do it with old Dying Light and old Ruin.
Good luck man

Nurse is the best balanced, Blight is the second best balanced. Since there’s not really any way to be better designed than Nurse (since she ignores all mechanical limits), Blight is the closest ideal model for a killer:
Lot of diverse add-ons, basically almost no bad add-ons, a high skill ceiling that rewards mastery, very interactive and mindgame-oriented chase/anti-loop and good cross-map freeform mobility.

Except the visual bugs with Victor. It was only killer side. This killer was very balanced and competitive at the same time.
People who blamed Twins for camping just dont know you can crouch and Victor dont detect you..
I mean like, sure they might of been balanced and fun to play
but they are the farthest thing from fun to play against

They were perfect at release, except visual bugs, I dont know why devs did that to them.
Perfect is a bit of a strong word..

I mean yeah
so why are you weirdos prioritizing the 4k/escape over your fun and then complaining when you didnt have fun
it dont work that way

That is a separate issue, not linked to balance/matchmaking.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2827469#Comment_2827469
Half of my playtime is from 2017, and I don't remember ever feeling as powerless as now. There were undeniably worse things back then, but at least people weren't as good and matchmaking made sense. Back then, it was like 1 in 20 games when I felt stomped. Now it is 1 in 40 games when I don't feel stomped.
I started off in 2017 and I remember being clobbered WAY more often than I do now, even throughout 2018 and a bit in 2019 I kept getting frustrated after a bit no matter what outcome I would get.
Then I adopted a certain mindset which I just dont care about the outcome of the game, but the outcome of me as a player. So every game no matter if I win or lose Id look at something I could of done better and I look out for those in future games. This is still something I do to this day al though not as much, since most games I still enjoy and just ######### around. Ive made tones of friends from playing killer and one of my main group of friends who've I been talking to 2 years now is because of a killer game.
There is literally no point in stressing out, youre not losing anything and youre not gaining anything. Just sit back and enjoy yourself. And if you cant find that in DbD, maybe it just isnt for you anymore

I guess that you're somewhat right, but people also tend to forget / overlook that playing against a good killer of equal skill is fun, challenging and ultimately manageable, while playing against good survivors of equal skill is mentally draining, taxing, stressful and overall miserable. When playing sweaty you can reliable get your 2k and even eek out the occasional 3-4k,but unless MMR throws you a baby squad, you will have to fight tooth and nails over it and probably grow a few grey hairs, too.
The killer and survivor experiences are not the same at the higher levels of play, not in the slightest, and this seems to be not addressed enough.
The "Power Moves" achievement is somewhat fun and helps you to develop some good skills as survivor and I did it one evening during which I vastly improved my survivor gameplay.
The killer pendent "Tools of the trade" on the other hand was rive with frustration and tearing your hair out. I often played an entire evening just to get one of the five games done and the only thing I learned was that base killer perks suck monkeigh balls and that you have to play like a maniac in order to gain a merciless rating.
Thats what I dont understand tho
Just looking at the killer experience through out the years it definitely got much easier as time goes on, but its also the most killers have been feeling as if they need to sweat more and more. And this isnt just because of MMR either since it was like that before it came out.
As some one who used to take this game WAY too seriously and got frustrated with literally every session I played, I recommend doing the same as me and taking a step back. Even if you feel as if you have reached the limit in your skill I can GUARANTEE you haven't. Go into every game with an open mind with the goal of winning but not trying your absolute hardest. Look back on every game and see what you could of done better and move on to the next while keeping in mind that very thing you could of done better last game.
Eventually everything will just come naturally without having to even try. I can ######### around all I want in my games with basically no effort
-
You think killer is at its worst state because youre going against some what skilled Survivors???
Youre not a victim for going against people your own skill level, and its ABSOLUTELY NOT the worst state killers have ever been in, that crown goes to 2017 DbD
-
Oh no!
Anyway

Not the point. The game is unfun and too stressful when playing Killer. The game is too easy, and stress free for playing survivor - especially in SWF.
People need to stop undermining discussions like these. All you're doing is encouraging more unempathetic toxic behavior in the game design, and community.
And all you do with comments like these is scream out into the wannabe echo chamber
this "killer good survivor bad" ######### has been getting old quite a while ago

It can highkey screw over controller users
at one point I capped by framerate to 25 and played on a controller and called myself "The Console Experience"
For the first few games I was getting spun, after that I was fine. This is coming from some one who barely uses a controller in any game. So still, skill issue

I don't, but they're obviously unintended
you're literally moving in a circle which only works if the killer its performed on is incompetent
And you're comparing that to bypassing collision sensors to be able to slide over objects when you shouldn't
-
@TeabaggingGhostface said:

Yeah, ikr, definitely not comparable, we all know 360s are the thing that should be removed
Hug tech is fine
If the killer is that close then it should be a hit regardless
If you have trouble dealing with 360's, I'm sorry to be the one to deliver the bad new but that's a skill issue
-
Fixing hug tech wouldn't turn him into a boring M1 killer lmao what
-
@Smuk said:
Change hug tech with spinning 360 and you have the same scenario.
I wonder which of those two has better performance
My guy actually comparing hug tech with 360's lmao

You dont even need a Macro to insta TP with Hag, I just start mashing CTRL the moment I see a Survivor head towards a trap or if Im just walking around in my web anticipating a trigger

Myers, Freddy, Pig, Ghost Face, Twins and Artist
Their kits just arent that interesting to me, how ever I still play them from time to time

I dont use slowdown the majority of the time so I can use perks I actually enjoy like Blood Warden or Shadowborn
And just like if I were to use slowdown, I win some and I lose some.

back in 2017 you couldn't at least
here's a thread talking about it.
and one from 2020 about how you can't take hatch when you have to snap out of it.
Don't know when they changed it though...
I mean Im pretty sure thats just the game screwing up priorities and not knowing what to do when having multiple options given that have the same key associated to it, its like when you see a Survivor start Self Caring instead of unhooking
-
@Azshhh said:
Dunno if it can be considered a "hack", But if you disconnect from a match while the camera's still panning round during the load-in you won't get a dc penalty
Thats not a hack
A hack or cheats are usually referring to using 3rd party software to gain a competitive advantage
-
People have been claiming the game is dying/dead since 2016
It aint going anywhere any time soon
-
CoH sheds light on the true issue which is Healing in general, but that light is so bright that it blinds the majority of the playerbase thinking it is the issue
-
@SleepyWillo said:
iirc you cant use the hatch while in tier 3 also? Unless they changed that?
You could always jump into the hatch while in Tier 3 Madness
How ever you can't jump into it if the Doc shocks you
-
Considering Mori's had (maybe still do) had a number on them at one point, indicates they are likely still working on it
-
Theyll probably ship her as is but give her a few minor tweaks, shes probably gonna receive a good chunk of changes in the next mid chapter
