Why can't you drop flashbangs/firecrackers when in tier 3 madness?
Like I get why you can't use flashlights, medkits, toolboxes, etc. But why not flashbangs or firecrackers? Like I know the survivors are driven completely insane, but they should know how to drop items. (I'm just looking at this from a logical standpoint)

Fair point. I just found this detail kind of funny.
You can think of it as being too insane to properly be able to light the firecracker/pull out the flashbang pin/etc.
iirc you cant use the hatch while in tier 3 also? Unless they changed that?

It is for safety so you don't hurt yourself or fellow survivors, since you have gone insane.
Think of bhvr as your guardian angel.
Firstly, flashbangs and firecrackers don't go off by simply dropping them. There is a process more complicated than clicking a button to turn on a flashlight. Secondly, if you are that insane, then you don't even know what that item is, let alone how to use it. You are more likely to try and eat them than to use them properly.
You could always jump into the hatch while in Tier 3 Madness
How ever you can't jump into it if the Doc shocks you
back in 2017 you couldn't at least

Don't know when they changed it though...
I mean Im pretty sure thats just the game screwing up priorities and not knowing what to do when having multiple options given that have the same key associated to it, its like when you see a Survivor start Self Caring instead of unhooking
Looking at this game from a logical standpoint, no survivor should get back up after getting hit by billy or bubby with the chainsaw or being spear by slinger or be able to run after stepping into a bear trap.

Oh they can drop them, but they cant activate them
Also looking from a logical standpoint if Legion got pallet stunned theyd be knocked unconscious, multiple times and they'd literally be dead through blunt force trauma. Plus Nurse wouldn't ever blink because it causes her so much pain
