Kindred is good but I can’t remove any of the perks I got for that one
You can live without it. I won't say it is overrated because it is a good perk.
Dh, iw, medkit and at least some experience/awareness is all you need honestly.
You can slap anything else in other two slots and you'll be fine. I can't live without woo but that is individual.
-
I wonder what happened.
-
For people who mentioned kindred.
This is not the info problem. Survivors will crouch near the killer behind some rock until the hooked person dies.
I don't use kindred anymore and if I sense or see that the killer is not leaving the hook I slam the gens.
-
I wish we get another stealth killer but done differently. I was kinda dissapointed when they gave gf stalking similar to Myers, even tho it fits the character.
I love stealth killers, but I'm not a fan of wraith and dislike playing as him because of the cloak mechanic. So hopefuly nothing like that either.
-
Why not shards instead?

The best are the ones with a secret endgame build, though. Had this only encountered once, but I had a good laugh.
Was on the now defunct Hawkins map, AFK trapper, just hitting the air in front of him. After a while everyone was farming a few hits and escapes from him, and altruism for healing the hit survivor back up. Gens were slowly done. Then when the last gen poped, Trapper-kun exploded into action, NOEDed everyone in front of him and hunted down the two of us loitering around the exit gates. It was quick, decisive and brutally effective, because no one was prepared for it :D
I had to drop my head for that style and clever planning and it instilled a distrust of AFK killers in me. I now open the gates ASAP and leave and dont bother roaming around to open one more box etc.
Haha similar. I never trust killers even when they (appearently) want to let me go. I always crawl/go to hooks instead of of the hatch or exit gates to keep my pride.
A streamer asked me once why didn't I crawl to the hatch and they admitted they wanted to close it in my face for "entertaining" purposes.
I am glad I don't trust anyone honestly.

Yes, I imagine free cosmetics is at the top of their priority list to fix, you do not need to convince me. I believe it is of the utmost importance to them.
I'm glad. The game is currently unplayable for me until they deal with this purple shirt in my inventory.
I miss playing with hackers again.

No, add ons are for cowards. Make Tombstone base kit.
Unironically yes.

Play tombstone Myers.

I am not playing on pc but I bet it is not that hard to get hate comments by just playing the game.

Neutral.

Shuten doji from nioh 2.
Not scary but he looks too cool. He could be a skin for oni when I think about it. That would make me an oni main.

Bubba.

DS is strongest when you never get to use it. It means the killer never tunneled you, or anyone. It means you lasted as long as possible in that match and both your team and you could progress the objective as much as possible.
The psychological effect of DS is better than the actual one. The thread of DS possibly existing in a match scares so many killer players that often times they won't tunnel, even in matches when nobody has the perk equipped.
It's far from useless; in fact, the perk is so useful it still has effects when it isn't run.
Very true. I only run it when I get the hunch I'm going to be tunneled, but most of the time I don't. It is actually nice to rotate other perks instead of it.

No- I was trying to say it's the same, actually. At night, when there's a larger volume of survivors and so queue times are much longer, the experience is much worse and seemingly completely random. During the day, when queue times are shorter because there's more killers and less survivors, the experience is somehow better and the games substantially more consistent. Which doesn't logically make sense to my mind.
So it is not just me then.
My experience is much better since I realised this and play the roles according to time of the day.
-
Sluzzy...

I actually find this really ironic; when there's a larger volume of survivors, you're matched with worse players than when there's less of them.
So it is opposite for you?
I dunno I usually notice that when q's are longer my teammates are really random. My experience is much smoother during the day.
Edit: Sorry if I misunderstood, maybe it is the same for you.
-
Better than pre sbmm for me. Not always perfect, but neither am I.
If I play during the day and early mornings it is better than during evenings (eu).

The god king of the forums who represents survivors everywhere regardless of their race, nationality or creed. A hero to some, demon to others. The legend that has killer mains cowering, twisted so much by their fear they have psychotic breakdowns and laugh uncontrollably. They are a powerful individual you never want to cross.
I dunno why but whenever I see the name Sluzzy I remember that screenshot of them bleeding on the ground after trying to save against camping Bubba.

Well, you see, Shaped, when a piece of metal and a blacksmith love each other very much . . . um . . . you know what? Ask your mother. Good talk, Shaped.
I asked because I barely use them since I play tombstone piece Myers majority of the time these days.
Not sure what your "ask your mother" means but I hope it is nothing mean. :(

I think you're working hard to create some weird equivalency here. I don't see anyone saying other perks perks take skill to use, but that certain perks are OP enough that they compensate for a lack of general game skill (DH and NOED being noteworthy among these). No perks take skill to use, but not all perks are created equal, clearly.
If you're a killer and you make a great play and/or clearly outplay a surv only to have them barely make it to a vault or pallet just by pressing a button, that is frustrating AF.
For the record, I don't have a problem with DH when working as it was intended (have we ever seen that, though?), but the killer side validation feedback and DH for distance have got to go.
Like NOED, I look at DH as a "training wheels" perk; good when learning, but because it consistently hands you success where you really failed, will stop you from getting better, or at least getting as good as you can be. And it creates a dependency, which is why people who have used it religiously can't bring themselves to stop running it.
It is not that simple, really.
Sometimes you are just more greedy when using dead hard and go for another loop instead of less. It is not always "the mistake eraser".
-
This is some reverse psychology. I can't ignore this.

No. Console DbD launched June 2017.
I thought so. I dunno why op said he got it in 2016 on psn.

Wait this game was on ps4 since 2016? And on ps plus during the same year?

Why do people bring up skill all the time in regards to Dead Hard?
Not a single perk in this game takes any skill to use so constantly trying to demean people for "not being skillful for using x perk" makes absolutely zero sense and serves nothing more than to try and make DH users feel bad.
Amen.

Not really. In most multiplayer game that I played people get along. There is very few games that have this issue. It's usually the one siders that seem not to have an ounce of empathy for the other side. Honestly I wouldn't mind the game forcing people to play killer, like we all load in into the lobby and the game randomly picks one person to play the killer role. But yeah I played many PVP multiplayer games where people still manage to get along. It's just that this game does not encourage people to have sense of unity.
What? Then we had completely different experience.
I have yet to play pvp game where people aren't toxic.

Have you looked at the society we live in recently?

Okay and I acknowledged that to some people, like yourself, it won't matter. But to others, it does and it would be nice to put in actual effort for those that care than to half-arse it.
Thanks for being civil about our differences. I respect that.

I am from eastern europe as well and I couldn't care if I'm represented. Also slavic.
I also think this skin is dope and I'm glad we got it. Couldn't care less if it represents anything.
Just my 2 cents to show that not everyone is offended by this and is slavic.

Dead hard is fine.

I agree that maps should be looked at more than any perk in the game in general but I doubt devs will address that.
In this case the best they can do is revert boil over or something. Funny thing is there is more stuff in this game that is similar to it, meaning you can't really do much about it.
-
What do I do with the autograph?
-
Agreed, and I don't even stream nor plan to.
But I see how it can be tough for them especially when people get obsessed and harass them on a daily basis.

I have been slamming for several games, and it makes the ambush actually able to AMBUSH someone. It is honestly making me second-guess my opinions on the add-on the whole time (to an extent, since it WAS buffed).
Did you used it in the past and how was your experience?
Did you maybe dismissed it because most of the community thinks it is bad?
That is why I usually try things and stick to what works for me.
-
I think it was underrated even before and it is probably my favorite add on for pig rn.
-
I think it is worse for me because my muscle memory is messing with me.
I was dropped and away from the hook and I still wasn't even close to wiggling off before I was hooked. Which is something that definitely wouldn't happen on old controls.
-
I think rifts are fine honestly.
You get more cosmetics in less time than you get them for shards.
Also if you get the paid track and complete it you get all of the ac's back.
I don't like some of the parts of the grind in dbd like measly shards per level but the rift is great imo.

Bro whos gives a ######### u already have to waste 19 hours taking off the trap in the first place. Plus im not tryna run a 15km marathon across the map leaving a giant trail. Might as well get a flare beacon and take my pants off waiting for her to destroy me at that point
Noted. Pig needs to be nerfed again for sure.

But you don't complain when you get the trap off first try I assume.
