Yeah, some may chime in "big oof for tunneling someone out just for playing the game/using perks you don't like", but yeah, that's the thing. Those peeps that are good at it can deny you of a lot of hooks and you might end the game with 1 or 2 hooks total. Sabo builds are really a pet peeve of me, so I might go out of my way to stop them. BUT someone who saboes every hook they can find is probably just going for a hook challenge and poses no threat.
Same like Glyphs. Usually I stop in my tracks when I notice a survivor communing with a glyph and just stare at them while doing it, but I do appreciate some kindness in return. The cool survivors will let you hit them and resume the chase from that point on, but some will just t- bag you and vault away.
Yeah like i said, the match started and i went to a hook immediately by the hill on autoheaven, he saw me and got mad😂. I was still fairly new to the game

A lot of people had the same sentiments that they didn’t notice him being a camper, but then there were others who experienced it as well (minority). Maybe it was a region thing? I don’t recall there being any challenges with him… If there were obsession challenges with Nemesis, then that would explain it. Like kill the obsession with him. But even still, he always seemed to camp whoever he got on hook.

But going back to the topic- I really think they should have left Reassurance as it was in the PTB and monitored it closely when it went live. If too many people were complaining they were being held hostage, then they could have easily kill switch engaged (🎸🎤 [🐰 🥚] 😉) the perk and have it nerfed in the hotfix. It wouldn’t have necessarily been the end all be all to camping, but it would have been viable. When players hear or see “nerf,” they tend to abandon or not give a chance to whatever got hit with the nerf bat.
Oh yes this nemesis picture is old from December of 2021. What happened was i had to do a sabo challenge and i as soon as i loaded into the match i saboed a hook and he chased me and i got facecamped. Again the match just started so its not like I prevented him from getting a hook i just went or a random hook and he got mad😂. Still congrats. I do have a video of me getting facecamped by a pinhead after a two mintues chase as well.

more time for the killer to camp, tedious annoying gen anti progression builds ONTOP of being matched with awful players that run into corners, crouch+hide, stand around doing nothing..... even using kindred isn't helping, watching every other survivor do nothing while you're on the hook or even all 3 of them coming for you and no-one doing a generator. All it takes is one bad survivor and any average killer will have an easy time to win the match.
I was looking forward to reinstalling and trying a new meta but the game just isn't designed for solo survivor play at the moment. I guess i'll save some disc space again because i've had 5 games back and i'm already sick of the predictable S show that i'm going to be matched with.
Solo que is terrible rn and anyone that thinks its fine…. I honestly dont know what to say

EXPLANATION :
I ran a "Team Healer" build. Autodidact, which you have to build up slowly by healing a lot of people and getting skill checks. I maxed out Autodidact with 5 stacks so I was healing quickly. I was running around unhooking these clowns who were getting downed within seconds of each other. I would unhook, heal, rinse and repeat. I tried to do a gen but got chased off by Killer, and fortunately I had Windows of Opportunity so I made it tough with the pallets and looping and Artist could not hook me and peeled off and gave up to chase someone else.
Then this happened. I went to unhook this guy Chris Redfield player, and he refuses to let me heal him even though I have max Autodidact stacks and it would be really fast. Then his buddy SWF in a voice chat party (I am guessing, its obvious when you watch video), his buddy the new Resident Evil survivor woman, she is injured. I see her nearby, and go to heal her, and once again, now this guy refuses to let me heal, and the Chris Redfield guy starts following me instead of doing gens or something. So I try to heal the woman, and she's near a wall, and the Chris Redfield guy comes up behind me, and they both sandwich me in and troll me, not letting me out. They hold me hostage for 5 minutes, not playing the game. Then the Killer shows up, and they both start pointing at me when the Killer shows up, to get the killer to work with them AGAINST me, even though I've done nothing wrong and have been running around unhooking and healing everyone.
The Killer now jumps in to troll me too, and sits there and blocks me too. Finally Killer lets me out, and then I am done with this garbage and just want to leave this trollfest, so I am finally free and walk to the hook to make killer decide what to do, cause i'm tired of this crap, and kIller hooks me, and then the 2 survivor trolls start unhook spamming me so I cant die on hook. All the while the Killer stands there watching this and doesn't play the game, for some reason doesn't attack them or anything. They spam me the entire hook stage. Killer just standing there just allowing 2 SWF trolls on voice chat to troll me and hold me hostage not letting me play, and then not letting me die on hook.
To top it off, Killer then works with them to allow Chris Redfield to escape.
THIS IS SOLO QUEUE. I have multiple recordings of crap like this going on from just this evening. It's a terrible experience.

TO KILLERS - Your job is NOT to play Dungeon Master. Your job is to KILL EVERYONE. We need to fix this broken culture of letting certain people escape, working with survivors, etc. Killers kill everyone. We should all expect this, and this would remove a lot of problems with survivor trolling.
This artist should also take a lot of blame for that. That looked like an awful experience. I dont agree with the “We need to fix this broken culture of letting certain people escape” part but yeah im very sorry that happened to you.

Wesker’s a really fun killer and is pretty good. The hitbox buff made him feel so much better to play. The only issue i have with him as of right now is his windup time on his tentacle attack might be a little too long. If it was slightly reduced to have a faster charge time, he’d be perfect imo.

On nurse yeah but i use it on demo nemesis and pyramid head especially with im all ears its such a good combo

It only enables trolling by salty teammates who tell the killer where you are and work with the killer when it's down to last 2 people.
Sometimes you can be in a game with TERRIBLE teammates, only 1 generator gets done (the one you solo did), and the entire team is almost dead already. 3 or 4 gens left to do, and now there's only 2 survivors left - you and the other guy. The other guy gets downed. The killer refuses to pick him up to scumbag their way to 4K and refuse to give you a shot at the hatch... and now the downed survivor starts crawling towards you, letting the killer know your direction.
This makes no damn sense and needs to be removed immediately for the health of the Solo Q experience.
Lets make solo que worse😭

Game is much better than 2021 DbD. I will give that.
- Grind feels very good atm. You literally fixed it with new prestige system + cheaper bloodwebs.
- Playing killer is not pain anymore. We probably still need some balance changes for killers but my killer exp is better than last year. I started enjoy to play killer again.
- Grade rewards are feels so good. I wish we would get some shards too but 2m BP is good reward honestly.
- Base-kit BT is pretty good change too. It was very bad when it was 5 seconds but now, it is helping against tunneller killers.
- This is personal part but i really love your job to make different type killers. Sadako, Dredge, Wesker, Pinhead etc. All of the last killers felt unique and fun. The only one i disliked was Artist.
Anyway, i wanted thank you for good effort. I hope we can get more stuffs like that which will make game more fun and more playable.
Wish they would double the rank reset rewards that would be amazing. But by far the best thing about this update was claire getting her face fixed!

I would hate it. Rebecca is already in DbD, she should get her own skin. She is survivor, not killer. She should not be legendary skin for anyone, she should get her own skins for herself.
I already hated Feng and Felix RE skins. I don't wanna see same thing happens to Rebecca.

Ditto on the Feng and Felix hate. Well, not that they got RE skins, but that they got skins of people we can already play as. I mean they could have added like a Brad Vickers skin, or a Barry Burton one. that would've been awesome. And even a Sherry Birkins from RE6, or an Excella skin for Jane. There's a lot to do with RE, but no we had the same people we already had.
