Shes F tier now, from A to F.
If the devs left her ALONE, she'd be S tier right now, but eh, she got butchered and it's really sad to see.
-
The keys should be in his other hand. It's really hard to prepare my Franklins demise, if he has that puppet.
-
This NOED meta is going to be insane, I've already got into the habbit of breaking totems, my map knowledge is considerably good though, so I have no problem clearing them.
-
Cake! Remember me? We played together once.
-
I'm glad I'm not getting flamed for putting Hag there, but it looks like most people understand what I mean when I describe Hag which is an amazing feeling.

Can't take a list that has B tier Doctor seriously. Agree about Legion and Pig though. Didn't realize just how thoroughly they'd be tearing Legion apart.
@ClogWench I was assuming the Doctor is skilled enough to know the precise timing to shut down loops. It's a thing with Doctor, when I used to main him I used to shut down loops quickly myself. It's a viable thing with him, just far too difficult to perform.

Same dude ๐

You'll not be seeing much Spirits, they didnt fix her cracking 'bugs' she's way worse than Hag who now outclasses her and Billy.

I agree with this tier list sadly.
@KillermainBTWm8 whats so sad about it?

Which Spirit bugs are you talking about exactly? Like, anything specific? I know of some of her bugs I'm just curious because there may be some I'm not aware of. lol
@GodDamn_Angela the ones where she makes noises when phasing and vaulting. Because she was too OP before and Nurse was not a problem. What terrible logic in a nerf, she was fine but now she's nowhere near as good.

@Well_Placed_HexTotem said:
Wraith nerfs? What? Heโs already one of the weakest killers ๐
@Well_Placed_HexTotem no turns out he was buffed, and he's not one of the weakest, he's slap in the middle.
-
Worse is, they didn't fix Spirits 'bugs' at all. It was a nerf this whole time and now you can't mindgame a loop
-
It doesn't look like they're fixing Spirit either, because she should have been addressed this patch. So yayyy, no mindgames at pallet loops.
-
Best thing is, those Spirit nerfs were intended yayyyy. Now mindgaming is a pain and garbage.

Part of me is beginning to think it actually was a nerf they intended but quickly went back on and called a bug. It's just so strange that the sounds had never been in the game before and they're conventionally placed for whenever she vaults or uses her power.
To be honest though, I don't care as long as the fix her.
I don't think they're even going to fix it. It should have been addressed this patch. I'm just going to play strictly Hag then, because Spirit has all this bs with her.

@Bongbingbing said:
Can confirm Spirit is still Bugged ๐
@Peanits was that seriously intended? She was balanced before.
-
The 'dark times' are not real. If the game is in a bad spot, stop giving it made up immature names.
-
Where on earth are Spirits bug fixes? That's not a joke. She used to be so balanced.
-
You forgot Hag, who springs up on you ot of nowhere. Being injured is dangerous against ONLY Hag, Nurse, Spirit and Wraith can be problematic.

Spirit is still top tier,Idk why you complain
@Andreyu44 it changes a lot about her, you don't notice it.

but yeah, there are times where I don't hear billy's chainsaw or huntress windup, which is seriously annoying
Yup, sound issues. I wont @ him again, but I agree with the Billy one, it's really scary with Tinkerer.
-
Yeah lol, its beautifully animated. I loved it
-
Nurse>Spirit>>>>>Hag>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Billy. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Huntress/Myers>>>Plague.
Yeah, Spirit is far stronger.
-
Making kindred base kit, and making a built in bond for 20m (the perk makes it 60m) would suffice.
Then buff killers.

I appreciate all of you in the thread.... except the first comment.

no they are good, especially if they get activated. But don't understand the point in having level 3 devour hope over level 1 devour hope.
They both give the same buffs, the insta down and kill. But the level 3 just gives a matter of percentage of extra movement speed. Seems pointless.
The movespeed should be permeant imo.
-
I personally think none of them would work, but that's just me.

Nurse > Spirit > Billy > Hag
Spirit is better than Billy. A good Billy can be looped easily. A good Spirit cannot. A Spirit that can follow scratch marks and sounds is better than a Billy
Spirit at her strongest > Billy at his strongest
@MegMain98 I strongly disagree with Hag being below Billy because Hag can spread pain when the survivors are across the map quicker than any other killer in the game, not even Nurse can. She is way better than Billy in chase. She can dominate with Thanatophobia, she can control 1/2 of the map without addons 3/4 with her green range addon alone. She is ridiculously mobile with her traps, joint with Billy. Her map pressure is off the chart and she's everywhere. With STBFL, she's unstoppable. She can control 5 gens at once. That's massive considering Doctor is limited to 3 or maybe 4. She's unpredictable. If you're good enough with Hag, you can even take on SWF, as I do, and still win (Yes I'm that good with her). She's unloopable and amazing at mindgames. She can snowball WAYYYย better than any other killer, even better than Billy. I don't need to expand on that, it's common knowledge how good she is at snowballing. She can injure 3 survivors and down 1 in the space of 20 seconds, and with STBFL, maybe even 14 seconds. She can pressure survivors into healing and gets a major advantage if they do. She can sometimes bring the game to a crawl, if they are pressured into healing.
Yeah Billy can't even begin to compare to that. Neither can Spirit. But I consider Spirit stronger because of her insane chasing.

No, those 27 seconds are how long it would take for you to be placed in the dying state. The only assumption in my calculations is that the killer moves at half speed after a hit, but I have no actual data about that.

Ohhhhh. Can you give me the math for how long it takes a killer to reach you after a pallet break?
-
Using the math you presented, assuming the killer has no Brutal strength. If I were to play survivor and wanted to leave as much pallets as possible, once I drop a pallet, since you said it takes 27 seconds, I can run for 20 seconds (counting in my head) without the killer catching me, and in those extra 7 seconds, I can begin my loop in a strong way because of the 7 seconds of distance, I can start across the killer in the loop and once I drop the pallet, rinse and repeat.

It takes about 2 seconds to break a pallet, so it's equivalent to starting a chase at ~9 meters (4*2 and 1 from the pallet). Without Sprint Burst, that's about 27 seconds. With Sprint Burst it's about 35,6 seconds. Keep in mind I'm assuming a 115% killer.
Ok @Orion we need to use this to our advantage. We can count to 20 once the killer breaks a pallet, travel around the map, and then find a loop, I said count to 20 because we'll get 7 second head start on the loop, it makes us really effective when we loop.
That is the perfect and most optimal way to pallet loop.

It was always 4 m/s. That's why 4,4 m/s is referred to as 110% and 4,6 m/s is 115%.
I always thought the math didn't add up with 3.8 m/s.... Makes perfect sense then.
-
There's something you've all missed here. If you combine this method with pallet looping, you can get an ~70 second long chase using 2 pallets and that doesnt include windows.
I know that because I used to use Lithe for distance based chases, and I just got a ton of distance and preserved a LOT of pallets. I'm currently levelling Kate to get Lithe to see how effective my old tactic is.
But can someone give me the math for how long it takes a killer to catch you after breaking a pallet?

4 m/s.
OP, I wrote a short program to do these calculations. Your simple calculations don't take into account bloodlust. I'll run it and let you know the results in a few seconds.
Since when was it 4 m/s? I always thought it was 3.8
-
Survivors run at 3.8 m/s
-
I don't use Self care. It makes you inefficient and you waste a ridiculous amount of time healing. It's better to injured genrush the killer. Even if it was base, I'd never touch it.
-
Ok, so I'm rusty atm, but still ridiculously decent in a chase. And basically my one tip is, when a killer breaks a pallet, you move to the side but wait there just out of sight. And the killer will go the opposite way, thinking you ran that way and you turn the other way.
It's really effective when you're going to a dead zone and you can go back to a place with pallets. Some killers might not fall for it, but for me, 20/23 times it'll work.
-
@TydeTyme why did you brand Hag as a D tier character?
-
@Chaotic_Riddle said:
@Poweas Howโs Spirit? Iโve always been curious about her but Iโve been too afraid to get destroyed in game by touching her.
@Chaotic_Riddle I'm doing pretty well with her, turns out Thanatophobia is pretty solid on her, but that's because I just hit everyone I see.
My chasing is really good, but I need a bit more improvement without brown addons. So I'm going to use her base for a while, since brown addons somehow became a crutch for me ๐๐๐.
But all in all, my Spirit is getting a LOT better. I play defensively, which basically means I don't go across the map with my phase when I hook someone and phase back to the hook if I haven't got a chase.
She's a complicated character and the hardest, so I'm still learning.
-
I'm not really into much music, except Nightcore Believer because that one is awesome. But I'm probably weird ๐๐๐

Good job.

@PhantomMask20763 thanks.

If 115% is enough to end a chase, why aren't any of the M1 Killers tearing up the meta then? Why do Trapper, Wraith, Pig, Doctor, Leatherface, Freddy, and Clown all suck?
@Tzeentchling9 Clown is good. Just that his base is not too good. He's fine though. Pig is good too, she counters loops. Trapper is too situational for me to comment. He can be either god tier sometimes or garbage.

Fathers glasses is bugged af. It doesn't work properly rn.

Plague is something around 8ft.
