4 - survivors change their playstyle depending on the killer. It's not a stupid decision to keep repairing the gen if u know you can't get hit when awake. 1 - i'm pretty sure that means freddy can't move stuff with his mind, like in the movies. 2 - dont get me started with crutches. If you are gonna call certain survivor perks "crutches" i could do the same with some killer perks/addons. As devs said already: " survivors using certain perks is fine". 3 - i think i don't even need to reply to that. Especially to someone who needs to tell me to get out from rank 21 to feel that he/she's right. I’m having trouble formulating a response as to why any of these arguments make any sense. 4-It should be a stupid play, regardless of the Killer. Dicking around when the Killer is right there NEEDS to be punishable. 1-What the hell is even your point here? 2-Freddy Perks that are actually crutches: NOED, Remember Me, Blood Warden Freddy Perks that are crutches that he needs in order to even do somewhat decently: Ruin, Enduring, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle Survivor traits that are absolutely crutches and give them a ridiculously unfair advantage over Freddy and any other Killer but are somehow justified by their mere existence: Decisive Strike, Adrenaline, instaheals, SWF, any Exhaustion Perk that isn’t Dead Hard, any decent level Toolbox with decent level addons, infinites/loops that cannot be mindgamed, infinites/loops that CAN be mindgamed but are still utter bullshit, the simple way that like a quarter to a third of the maps in the game are designed Survivors are balanced btw pls nerf Freddy 3-Nice job not formulating a counterpoint. 1. Freddy torments survivors in the dream world in the movies and in game he doesn't really do that. I mean it is his world yet survivors can run him around in it. Self care shouldn't wake you up,only med kits should wake you up
2. Adrenaline really hurts him but with block addons it hasn't been that much of a problem for me. It's annoying but they cant use adrenaline if they're already dead
3. Skill checks should appear less. Tu oi have no idea how many times I just touched a gen and a skill check appears instantly so I fell like that is needed for freddy. Or make it so that you have to time it instead of spamming

Exactly, the reason looping is so effective is because it wastes the killers time. And what is the killers greatest weakness? Time management, sometimes as killer you never have enough time to get anything done. I had a game where I couldn't find anyone and by the time I found someone there were already three gens done. There simply isnt enough time sometimes and if there were more perks to slow down the game effectively or maybe even a mechanic playing killer would feel less like an overwatch gameDabrownman1812 said:

People always get on leatherface for being campy...but he literally can't help it some times. The dude is basic. Its all about pressure and time in this game, and he controls neither of those aspects. If he hooks someone...ok then what? What other pressure does he have to shift a chase within the next 60 seconds of hooking someone? He doesn't have traps of any sort, he can't teleport across the map, he doesn't have some aura that shuts down your ability to stealth and makes people scream, and he doesn't have stealth to make people question where he is giving him an opening to catch someone who thought it was safe to move/be less hidden. He can 1 shot down someone but that requires him to be on top of them already at which point the chase has started.
On top of this, they don't give killers enough perks to deal with time, so even if leatherface wanted to play similar to pig or trapper or hag and shift his pressure away from a hook, there's not enough perks to shift the time of gen rushing and other aspects over. So he basically has to constantly be on top of survivors in extremely short chases to be effective because he has no presence anywhere else.

I dont think this will make him broken. Itll make him feel more fun. What's sucks is that survivors are going to hate it and then you'll be getting people dc'ing the moment they hear the lullaby even though he wouldnt even be as powerful as nurse or Billy. I would love all of this to be added but survivors will hate it if this is his well deserved buff

True but I'm talking about a mechanic not a perk. I actually really like this idea it could make him a bit stronger but the dream world has to be harder to escape it's just too easy now and I think that's what hinders sweater boi the most. That and people finishing stuff in his face so I would propose that survivors cant interact with anything during the dream transition except pallets and windows. Do this and freddy would be in a better spot.

Yes the entity feeds off of hope and pennywise (IT) feeds off of fear. A separate mode where people can only use their characters 3 unique perks and one default perk would be cool but for survivors there cant be 4 cluadetts they have to pick different characters

Yes please all of the licenced killers are weird, the only decent one is Micheal. Leatherface needs a rework along with Freddy and once they're done they should take a look at Amanda's addons and possibly give her just a few QoL buffs, nothing too big just make her less rng reliant or give her 1 more trap by default or something I really dont know. But back on topic leatherface isnt such a fun character to play especially since your chainsaw doesn't really help you as much as it should

Honestly I feel the same way about people wanting to make the game an e-sport. I dont think the game is even close to be ready for that. We just need this to become a fun horror game again. Slenderman is a free agent, nobody officially owns his lore/image as he may legally be considered along the lines of myths and legends etc.
Smiley is a decent one nobody really remembers.
Mama is a god damn terrifying ghost.
Hellraiser may or may not be possible considering where he came from but is a horror movie classic.
Left 4 Dead special zombies, the fact they have Bill, but not any of the zombies is a shame, Tank would be a god damn nightmare.
Exorcist, if they could get that girl in that'd be another contender with the grudge and Ring. And an icon and legend among horror fans. Got a chance to meet the actress, she's strangely creepy even then.
Insidious- If we got the red faced man holy ######### that would be amazeballs. Or any of the insidious demons.
The Leprechaun- I know its a funny character, but if they can pull of chucky (if ever) then they can pull of the leprechaun.Theres hundreds of movie monsters they could bring into this games, and iconic horror sets they could add in. The killer menu would look like a Mugen character select screen. But in all honesty, when you consider they'd have to also make 3 perks per new killer, plus throw in a new survivor with 3 more perks, we may never even see a fraction of the iconic killers and monsters reach this game because everyones so obsessed with the meta and technicalities and trying to make this game a damn E-sport, that it misses out on the potential to be the best horror game on the planet....period...
Which is a shame.... I really miss when survivors were afraid... I feel like the cast from AAAhh!!! Real Monsters, sitting in a school lobby full of other killers, moping about how we can't get enough scares on the humans....its sad...
They don't even scream at us anymore....

Its honestly a real shame that some players are like this. I used to play on PC when it came out but quit and when I heard it was coming to console I bought it the day it came out on ps4. I remember I played around halloween time and christmas and I very rarely came across a survivor that would be toxic and send messages to me after the match. That all changed with the Chinese new year event. That's when I started receiving messages of players saying I camped or tunneled them and saying how I'm trash and should kill myself when I didnt actually do that. People are just toxic on both sides and we need to do more to stop it. I even disabled non friends being able to message me just because I was sick of receiving the same thing over and over again. I enjoy playing both sides and try to be nice to the killer and try to give my survivors an enjoyable match, however if you're teabagging after every pallet and have all the tools you need to survive and still die when I didnt even play "scummy" then you have no right to send me a message calling me trash. Ok rant over sorry about that.
