I've been playing Trickster and Plague more. I've had fun playing as Plague since her buff and I'm still trying to get better with Trickster.

I'm upset to see the license go. I feel bad for stranger things fans who will eventually wanna play this game but they won't have access to the characters. But I'm happy to see Hawkins Lab go.

Disagree. Neither is better or worse than the other; the fact is, if you lose to a camper you got thoroughly outplayed; he gambled that your team wouldn't do gens and the survivors made his gamble pay off.

Lots of camping hooked survivors or even waiting by an exit gate (my favourite). Gens all get rushed in no time now anyway, so you don't have to wait it out at a gate long to surprise some poor survivor and face camp them. Add some NOED for extra spice.
I sincerely recommend the exit gate strategy.
The NOED surprise is always satisficing for me.

Barring teleporting hooks, I don’t think camping will ever be removed.
If they make anything that punishes killers for camping, survivors are gonna just abuse it like the other times. The devs need to be careful with whatever they come up with.

In the last dev stream, they actually admitted they ARE working on ways to punish camping. Not proxy end game camping but hard camping. And killers deserve that.
they said they were making camping less punishable for survivors. not punishing killers.

slugging does happen very often when going for the 4k. but not to let survivors bleed out intentionally. That's a waste of time for the killer and survivor.

Also, Iron Maiden is a noob-trap just like with Huntress. Yeah the reload speed feels good, but it's just not optimal compared to meta perks. You should also be avoiding perks that require an M1, like Sloppy, STBFL, Surge, etc. You should be using your knives for downs. M1ing should be a last resort (i.e. when you're out of knives).

This is never gonna get fixed. The lags and stutters are here since Felix/Blight and reworked McMillan maps.
DbD is very poorly optimized on consoles while they can run perfectly games more demanding and 3x heavier than DBD.
The problem is 100% BHVR's.
It’s even happening on next gen consoles too. Not as bad but that’s still not good.

The entire issue with facecamping is that you either AFK or give the killer a free extra kill, possibly three.
if you’re giving the killer 3 kills than it’s probably the survivors fault for risking the unhook only to feed them more kills. That’s why you gotta stay on gens.

There are still new players inbound etc, let alone that some perk tiers are better at tier 1 in certain scenario's(I would love to have a lower rank Whispers if I play calm addons on Doc, for example, or rank 1 undying being better at protecting hex totems, where rank 3 undying is better at gaining information).
So give players access to use lower rank perks if they want to, giving more variety in builds in general.
Then add 1 more perk to the bloodweb from level 50 and onwards(would reduce the grind by nearly 1 million points).
Then add a sacrificial place where addons, items and offerings can be sacrificed in mass, in exchange for better addons/items/offerings or simply bloodpoints.
Another idea, which is to do with making Prestiging a lot better, is to add all perks of a specific tier to the prestiging killer. Meaning prestige 1 recieves all the currently unlocked tier 1 perks, p2 recieves all at tier 2 and p3 recieves all at tier 3. This would save literally 15 million bloodpoints currently, and make prestiging a bit more beneficial. I do think this is a bit OP, but even with that in mind, you could simply reduce the step by 1 tier if need be. Meaning you'd get tier 1 perks on p2 and tier 2 perks on p3.
this honestly doesn't seem like a bad idea at all. At this point I'll take anything that makes the bloodweb less infuriating.

It's more difficult when you unlocked all the perks and go through 100 bloodwebs to find the perk you want. I think that's what they meant.

I am! They doctor was talking about releasing me as soon as this weekends if not by Monday. It depends on the continued healing of my lungs. I’m a little worried because of how bad I was before I admitted myself and now that I’m getting better, I attribute it to being in the hospital and have gotten attached. It’s weird, I never thought I’d be attached to a hospital or not want to leave it.
