Did you read my thread?chemical_reject said:The death timer is ridiculous. The killer will just sit on the hatch 4 for minutes for his free kill
The death timer will be paused when you're working on a generator or opening the exit gates. If the killer just sits on the hatch then you'll be able to power on all of the generators easily, especially with the repair speed increase!Nickenzie said:
DEATH TIMER:
The timer will only be paused in these conditions... Being chased, in the killer's grasp, in dying state, working on a generator, or opening the exit gates.
Thank you for the civil feedback, I appreciate that!

Reasoning:Gibberish said:The blood rain and thunder is a really unnecessary cosmetic effect. Plus it would look dumb on the indoor maps.
The death timer is dumb, I dont like it at all. One of my favourite parts of the game is sneaking around repairing generators when I am the only one left and the Killer is desperately searching for me.
Repair speed bonus is unnecessary, theres already a perk that does exactly that.Other than that, not bad.
The blood rain won't rain inside (It would look very stupid), but windows that lead outside will appear red and sometimes the ceiling will leak a drop of blood.
The timer prevents you from making the game last way longer than it should last, there has been multiple cases where a survivor wasted 30 minutes of my time just stealthing around to a point where I just gave up and DC'D. Besides, 4 minutes is a lot of time for you to stealth around, if it isn't, sorry, you took too long! Can't win every game!
The repair speed gives the survivor a way to punish the killer for closing the hatch multiple amount of times. Additionally, the killer will be patrolling generators and a extra repair speed can mean the difference of escaping or not. Besides, Left Behind can be reworked in the future!
Thank you for the civil feedback, I appreciate that!

Care to elaborate? Please?PinkEricka said:no -
I thought so, I usually don't run to a survivor when I'm in the BT state with NM. I just run to a corner/locker and recover from dying state by myself (after I exit the locker)! Yeah, I understand you now!No_Mither_No_Problem said:@Nickenzie To answer your question about No Mither, if a Survivor enters the Borrowed Time bleedout timer, they can either enter the Dying State through getting smacked or waiting the timer out, or they can get healed into the injured state. People with No Mither equipped cannot be healed into the injured state while Borrowed Time is ticking—they have to go into the Dying State. Right now, the only thing that can pull an NM Survivor into the injured state from BT is Adrenaline activating.
Oh, okay! Then I'm totally with all of your ideas, you should join BHVR!No_Mither_No_Problem said:@Nickenzie Also if the DS nerf goes through it won’t technically “stun” the Killer anymore so Enduring is lost on it.
-
I agree with this, the perk should light up when your exactly further than 32m away!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Make Your Choice: Only lights up when you are far enough away from a hooked Survivor, similar to Devour Hope.
I agree with this as well since it can be difficult to tell why Whispers is activate!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Whispers: Is not activated by hooked Survivors
Definitely love this huge buff, to be honest, it should be 100% chance with every tier with the range increasing slightly with every tier! Just my opinion through!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Spies From the Shadows: Chance to trigger a cue increased to 100%.
I actually disagree with this because DS is getting nerfed (hopefully in the next patch) and I don't see a reason to nerf it again after the DS patch. Just my opinion through!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Enduring: Reduces stun from Decisive Strike by the same amount it reduces stun from pallets (currently T3 Enduring only reduces DS stun by 55% rather than 75% as described).
This is very cool and I seen this on your previous threads, I like the dying state recovery addition!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Resilience: Increases any and all action/interaction speeds and is activated while in the Dying State (allows for faster recovery).
Yeah, I always wondered why Iron Will doesn't work while in dying state. I like this idea a lot and it discourages slugging since you might not find the survivor since it will be harder to hear them! Nice QoL buff!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Iron Will: Activates while in the Dying State.

Elaborate because I don't know how this will work! Will you get a SC option when your in the BT state with NM? Are fixing a bug (that I never heard of) where you can't be healed by other survivors while in a BT state while using NM?No_Mither_No_Problem said:No Mither: Can be healed out of the Borrowed Time bleedout timer.
QoL, I use Lithe a lot so I can say that this will definitely help this perk out a lot!No_Mither_No_Problem said:Lithe: Activates upon moving rather than activating immediately after a vault.
Overall, I rate 9/10! Great ideas and keep it up @No_Mither_No_Problem!

They are talking to the licensed people about getting permission to make cosmetics. However I don't know what licensed killer that it will be tho.Master said:@Salty_Pearl said:
Since we do know that licensed killers will be getting new outfits, could we ever see a casual Amanda outfit for The Pig? I think it would be scarier/creepier to see an actual human chasing you.We know that?
I have heard nothing, and even then, probably not all licensed killers will get new skins -
Salty, yeah they can't take a loss, typical. If I understand your thread correctly, if a survivor started a chase against a killer at 10m with your conditions listed in your thread. It would take 40 seconds to down that survivor which is a lot of time just to down one survivor.
I agree with @Orion because a simple chase that he wrote in his java script would take 40 seconds. If a simple chase is 40 seconds long then who knows how long a complicated chase would be if a survivor knew where every pallet was at and had DS. I don't see any problem with his claim, he's just saying that a simple chase takes too long and if we added more complications... this would take a lot more than 40 seconds which could cause the killer to lose. However I don't think a 5% movement speed increase is needed since it's really pallets that you see. I mean yeah in your script a 5% movement would definitely cut the case down a lot but a survivor won't run in a straight line at high ranks, they will find pallets and jungle gyms. Pallets need to be fixed and after that, we can look at movement speed. Hopefully this was the reply that you was looking for!

Yeah, always been wondering on why this wasn't a thing already.

There will be times where it would be too difficult to hook someone. Let me explain please: DS, Flashlights, Sabo Squads, and overall it saves time since you don't have to take them to a hook. Also, this was my bad, should've put that on my thread, you can move while you grab someone. I'll put that on my threadTzeentchling9 said:So you have to hook someone twice, injure them and then get right up on their ass to grab them on the third chase, and then stand still for 10 seconds to perform the mori? This is a buff, how?
Same thing that I said to @Tzeentchling9, remember your not always supposed to do this! There will be times where it's beneficial to and times where it won't be, you'll have to judge that. If you always had a advantage by mori'ing a survivor that has been 2 hooked, then it would be boring for both sides.Master said:Am I understanding that correctly that you can only mori after the surivor have been hooked twice. Then by moring after the 2nd hook you waste a lot of time and also emblem points and BP?
Whats the point of the mori then if you only do worse instead of 3 hooking someone -
That's at low ranks. When you get to higher ranks, you'll see less of this and please just stop with the unsportsmanlike attitude, killers have it way worse than a survivor does these days!King_Checkmate said:Leatherface. Activate chainsaw. Move your aim in circles. Team kill.

Yeah, LF will still be stunned by the pallet if it's dropped directly on him during his chainsaw swing.Spiritbx said:Maybe if he was immune to pallet stuns while in his chainsaw charge. Getting hit by a pallet would only increase his rage and increase his duration and movement speed during that charge. Breaking a pallet with the chainsaw would stop it like it does now.
This would force survivors to drop pallets early or face bubbas wrath. -

SnakeSound222 said:The Killer is being punished for doing his job. He then has to get looped for a few minutes all over again. It also has no good counters. Enduring doesn’t stop the strike from happening and Unnerving skillchecks can still be hit by Survivors. The nerf that it’s getting is good.

Just kidding! Don't take it to heart! I just love this meme and I can't help but use it here since this thread is a killvivor war on DS!

Awesome! This is very unique and a cool way for ths survivor to be mori'd. Question: What happens if the survivor DC's? Will the killer curve a D and a C on them since they didn't pick their mori lol.PinkEricka said:I was watching one of HybridPanda’s videos and one of his fans suggested what I thought was a very good idea! They suggested that she should have 2 different types of mori’s.
If anyone hasn’t seen the movie Carved (2007), When Kuchisake reveals herself to someone, she asks them “Am I Pretty?”
(Mori 1) If they say no, she will kill them.
(Mori 2) If they say yes, she carves their face like hers.
They should base her mori off the movie.
Maybe, give the survivors a button/gesture for the yes or no button when she’s ask them the question and whatever the survivor’s answer is, it’ll lead them to mori 1 or mori 2.
This idea is not mine, btw! Thoughts? -

Hello amazing developers, I have a question from the previous Q&A thread!
@not_Queen Have the DbD team tried making a mechanic where in any instance you stop healing, you'll have a steep regression penalty? If they've not tried this idea, could this be a possible nerf to all healing actions instead of just Self Care? I really think this would help out with the Self Care situation and it doesn't punish you for just stopping for a brief moment since you wouldn't have lost much progression!
Thank You!

Don't pallet loop the nurse, her real counter is stealth. Use perks that allow you to be stealthy such as Iron Will, Calm Spirit, and Urban Evasion. DBD should have more nurse like killers because your getting awarded for skill.

I wouldn't mind this for multiple reasons actually.Maelstrom10 said:Tie it to an item. Thats it, a single use item, make the perk decisive strike enhance the usage of the item, similar to self care or sabutouer. Also make the stun duration similar to that of a pallet.
The rarity of the item will act as the nerf decisive strike needs while keeping it strong and usable.
1.) Survivors can't use a flashlight, insta-heal med-kit, and BNP (Even though it's nerfed).
2.) If the item is ultra rare, not many survivors will have it unlike a perk since perks aren't consumable while an item is.
Not a bad idea, guys, give this guy a chance!

I'm just gonna call you out and say that mindset that you have right there is the reason why so many people are toxic here. You think it's just a "forum" but your so oblivious to your surroundings!
