There's also one ultra rare that increases your stalk speed when leaning out of cover but decreases it when out of cover.
And the rest are the usual:
- move faster while crouched
- restore power faster
- decrease the detection range
- increase the stalk
Because im lazy (and dont wanna download ptb again) can't do more detailed version rn sorry

Obviously the devs didn't even look or care abut the survey, just like PTBs and anything else, because they have no competition in this genre so they know they can get away with whatever they want.

IF everyone commits to stealth then only doctor is the anti stealth guy. And even then Calm Spirit counters that. For Legion - don't be in his terror radius. And lasty BBQ which has bunch of counters:
Lockers, being in 40m radius, hiding behind a gen, Distortion.
Also if you really wanna stealth you should bring perks that help you do that ;)

They stay up for 3 months (aka until new rift) and after that they're gone.
Archives yes sure they are staying 100% of the time. They are our new lore. Rifts are just cosmetics with a big cosmetic at the end relating to the current tome of the archives
