Killer instinct vs terror radius

I've this before but I never got an actual answer is killer instinct based on The Terror radius or is it now distance based.

It seems that when you use iridescent button you cannot see everybody on the map who's not in deep wounds which if it was based on the terror radius should be happening

    Pretty positive it is Terror Radius based but add ons can extend the radius. That's why Distressing was used on him/her time to time.

    I think it has it's own distance now. Not sure how big it is tho

    It's based on distance now, that's why Iredescent Pin doesnt show you locations sometimes.

    I believe it's 32m.
