Dunno if there's any danganronap fans, but having monokuma be a killer would make me pretty happy.
Ever since Identity V had a crossover with Danganronpa, that idea got stuck in my head.
-
Can't really tell. My frames are bad for any chase RIP.
-
At least the pallet is out of the way instantly. I'll take it.
-
True. The ability it holds is definitely something that should draw some level of concern.
A few days ago, I was playing twins and as I just downed a Kate, I saw a Yun-Jin get on the last gen that had about 70% progress nearby, but I had pop goes the weasel. I got greedy to use it, so I immediately grabbed and hooked Kate, but as soon as I walked over to the gen, it popped even though I knew it should've only been around 85% progress. She had it equipped at the tally screen.
It's clearly not the best perk in the game, but it does get some spotlight once in a while.
-
Bestie console players have been struggling, you're not alone.
We'll have to wait until the 27th for the performance patch that should address many issues, but I suggest to not have your hopes up yet because this is BHVR we're talking about and this update can be a total disaster.
-
Honey boo boo, she don't look right at all. Poor Claire.
-
Yeah I can agree. I play twins a lot and I can't even recall the last time I ever put a Victor next to a hook. Even when I play fair and actually hook people instead of mass slugging for the 4k, I still get hate messages for being a twins main.
I can understand how mass slugging/camping with Victor (intentional or not), is a very effective and efficient way of using Twins, but I like to shake things up with them and see how the ability to be two killers can really go since they do have a high skill ceiling. I hope more players do the same.
-
Playing Twins on console is pretty hard rn, but they're my fav and its still fun to play them.
I just hope the incoming patch on the 27th really helps the game, but I'm not gonna have my hopes up yet.
-
I personally would appreciate it
-
Twins is my favorite killer(s) if it wasn't already obvious, but they're pretty solid. Scary strong even if the team is not prepared. Although they have a reputation of camping due to many twins players using victor to camp right on a hook, I never do that because its boring and gives Twins a bad name.
I like to separate both to secure two areas usually two gens to be specific and to "lockdown" a small building. For example, the coal tower. I'd block either the window, door, or the drop window as Charlotte and use Victor to go up and harass who ever's up there and if I see the survivors going down, I'd immediately switch to Charlotte to surprise them. Their ability to be two killers is something most other killers ever dream to have and thats why I love them so much.

It doesn't matter if it is "trolling". It is wrong to say those things to someone.
I am pretty sure it is reportable. It deserves a ban. Sorry this happened to you but people will be people I guess.
Right and thank you.
People can get so ughhh at times, like yes its normal to have disagreements and preferences, but going this far is just ew.

I think it's the Xbox chat or whatever (at least it looks like it).
Correct! :)
-
Having a more diverse set of characters would definitely be appreciated, but as long as they can make the character well-written then I don't see an issue.
I'd also appreciate it if the next asian character would be someone from the southern/southeastern part of Asia perhaps either India, Vietnam or Philippines since we're constantly seeing Chinese/Japanese/Korean representation in most games. I hope devs know that Asia isn't just those three countries.
-
Know your positioning! If you want to release Victor, try to see if you can park Charlotte onto a narrow pathway, chokepoint or even block a good loop before releasing him. Won't always be helpful, but I've found myself getting some success.
-
It's an ok-ish map for killer (based on personal experience).
Once you hook a survivor, it'll be a big time waster for the others to reach the hook since the layout is not simple and survivors take a huge chunk of time finding gens. The only issue I had was just finding the first survivor to chase.

The lantern and the Fog Whisperer charm.
Glad to see the lantern getting more love <3
-
Don't have the answer to this, but have a safe/fun move even though it's in a couple of years! <3
-
Bestie that's because console has extremely poor optimization especially with the recent chapter that brought more issues onto console AND to pc players.
However, the devs have announced that a performance patch will arrive on the 27th that should address and fix these issues... hopefully.

I would be shocked if not tbh.
I would definetely take a long break from this game if BHVR screws up again with performance
True and probably same.
This patch is long overdue and its so hard to the play the game without getting frustrated because of the issues :/
-
Probably. The technology field specifically gaming is where I plan to head after college and It's always been one of my dreams to work with a team dedicated to games preferably horror and/or multiplayer.
Though I have no experience in both art or coding so my skills would be lackluster except the creative department. I'm pretty creative.
-
This has been happening to me too for the past few days, but it'll fix itself soon and then go back to being broken lol.

For me it's between the tiki death cup from tome 4 I believe and the recent blood moon charm from end of the rift.

Vaporous Hexahedron charm from Tome 3 and the Blood Moon from the recent tome.
Looks like the blood moon charm is getting a lot of love. It's a very pretty charm.

@Mooks said:
Pride charm and Lunar Lantern for me easily. Currently every char of mine has those equipped and then one charm I selected specifically for the char. Like Blight got the Serum Vial from tome 1, Nea got her spray paint can.
Oh nice! I try to do the same with specific characters such as Kate having both her guitar and chibi figurine, but I ended up swapping out the guitar since its so tiny and tends to clip with some of her dress cosmetics so I just keep the figurine charm on her.
-
There is actually a flashbang on top of the gen!
I don't have a pic with me rn, but when I used it as survivor, you can see smoke coming from the top of the gen with the mini blue flash grenade.
Edit: Typo

Mine's a tie between the Seal of Metatron, Umbrella Corporation, Bloodied Token, Blood Moon, and Astral Entity Abstract.
Cheryl runs the Astral Entity Abstract, Seal of Metatron, and Bloodied Token (in that order)
Claire runs the Blood Moon, Umbrella Corporation, and Bloodied Token (in that order)
Chris runs the Umbrella Corporation and Bloodied Token (in that order)
Oh wow you have an interesting set of combos. I see I see.
-
True haha food charms are cute. If only survivor charms were a bit more visible
-
I think most of the community has a love & hate relationship with this game.
-
It's better than nothing so I'll appreciate it though the performance fix is long overdue.
-
Lagspikes 100%
-
Interesting. This could be nice.
-
Yeah he's pretty fun, but a bit too similar to PH for my taste so I'll stick to twins <3
-
I'd appreciate some compensation for the constant lagspikes and frame drops.
-
Twins and Huntress
-
Aside the constant frame drops and lagspikes, the extra BP are nice.
-
Oh man, Freddy before his recent nerf... goodness I couldn't stand him like at all. He was my kryptonite.
His recent nerf just makes him a bit more manageable now especially since dream-clocks serve a better function now.
-
I get slugged every once in a while, but I've been running flip flop + power struggle lately and it's actually a really fun build.

Difficulty really is kinda variable in this scenario, though. Like, is it difficult because their perks are hard to use? Because the times you can use them are risky? Because they're less effective?
Laurie's Hard rating makes sense. DS can easily be messed up or deactivated, Object can actually be an active detriment to you, and Sole Survivor is.. sole survivor. But Bills' hard rating makes less-- they're just insurance. If you're slugged, now you can get up. If you make a risky unhook, now it's okay. And Left Behind is Left Behind.
Dwight's easy rating makes sense because his perks are just flat boosts to teamwork and finding teammates. Ash's doesn't make a damn bit of sense. You basically have to throw the game to activate Mettle of Man AND it has a hefty downside, Flip Flop is borderline useless and only really useful with other perks, and Buckle Up is just useless.
It really just doesn't mean much.
Difficulty is a mixture of what you mentioned. Tbh, I only made this post because its so bothersome to me how the difficulty system is so out of place and since I'm an "organized" person I almost feel obligated to address it especially the lack of hard survivors lol. But yes I do see your point regarding how pointless it is which it is.
I have 4k hours and never have I ever have noticed Bill or even Freddy being "hard" lol. But like again, I just want this a bit more organized.
-
@Zeus said:
Difficulty rating for a survivor makes no sense. Yeah, it has to do with their perks and all but since when is BT or UB hard to use. It's just holding a button.
And that's why I suggest making Cheryl and Zarina in the hard difficulty because their perks are more than just holding a button.
@Grandpa_Crack_Pipe said:
Do difficulties really mean anything anymore, especially for survivors who can just mix and match perks?
'Cause remember, Trapper and Billy are easy and Wraith is medium.
No it doesn't, but it's more of a QOL type change especially for newer players. It just also personally bothers me how the "hard" difficulty isn't really accurate with some of the survivors.
-
Both Binding of Kin and All-Kill.
Aside the bugs/issues Binding of Kin brought, both chapters brought interesting characters that I adore especially the twins <3
-
I find wraith games somewhat uninteresting... like there's not much happening tbh.
-
Your name on DBD will be tied to your PSN.
-
All for it. As others above me have said, as long as it goes toward the charity.

They removed the ability to body block with Charlotte since people could use her and victor to trap people in areas like the basement
You can still body-block at a loop. The collision loss happens after 30 seconds upon making Charlotte asleep.
-
With the current state of Twins, Charlotte could just use a mini-buff such as an increased movement speed to 117% while Victor is not on her or an increase vault/break speed boost.
She's really only good at body-blocking and that's it, so making her stats a bit better compared to other M1 killers would be beneficial for her. Until Victor gets some healthier changes, that's what I would suggest for my girl Charlotte.
-
Well considering the last two maps (Midwich & RPD) were indoor or at least 90% indoor, the next map will most likely be an open map.
-
I think the reduced footsteps would be a nice addition to the perk especially since a lot of maps nowadays have more elevated platforms so it would be helpful to remain hidden if the killer is nearby, but at a different elevation from you.
-
Now I think of it... Yes haha. I didn't really realize until now.
-
Twins :(
-
I notice this too for some of my matches. I'm guessing people are waiting until performance patches go through so they can enjoy the game with their cakes.
-
Make It so that it is capable of working twice in one match. This is already a common suggestion for the perk, but I really do think DS needs it.
