Blocking is purely blocking messages from them, it does not prevent you from being matched with them in game as that would be abusable.
However I do not know the limit on how many players you can block.

Technically the way you played is not wrong - it can definitely be described as selfish and I can see why it would trigger your team mates - although chat harassment is not acceptable either.
You ran a build that was meant purely selfishly and didn't assist your team mates, and in that case, you can't really complain if you were hooked and your team mates stayed on gens and didn't rescue you either.
The whole thing about Survivor is that it can be played either selfishly as you did here, or as a team - which the other 3 seemed to be doing. Playing selfishly can definitely annoy the remaining survivors however, especially when they are team focused.

This was a bug that occurred on the PTB, not a nerf that was made, as it was something never intended. And no, I do not think that bug should be put in the game.

Can you explain more what you mean by this?
Dying survivors are not supposed to trigger Hag Traps, do you mean that the trap just disappears (as that is the only way I can see a hag trap being disarmed)?

I think Head On is one of the best perks in the game - its in my regular build along with Deception.
If all 4 survivors used it in your scenario, that means all 4 survivors are also exhausted, and that also means there's no Dead Hard or Sprint Burst gamers...

Nurse is 3.85 m/s at base. (she does have an addon that increases base movement speed to 4.2m/s but that removes 1 chain blink)

There is a bug report in with regards to Rancor not proc'ing to give the mori option on survivors.
However, if you have decided that the game is not for you, I wish you well and hope you find another game that suits you better.

I've commented many times that we do not have an ETA on this and we made very clear at the time and in our Q&A that this would not be something that was ready at the launch of Steam Deck.

If it's a Steam Inventory Item - this would be directly on Steam itself.
Bottom of your Steam app, Add a Game - then activate a product on Steam, follow the steps from there.
Please be careful with codes however, as unless you get them from official sources these can cause issues.

I can't answer all the questions as I can't discuss up coming content I'm afraid. I think we'd love to have further LGBTIAQ+ characters in our game and I hope this is the first of many. That's not to say other characters that are currently in the game are not LGBTIAQ+ themselves - some do not have a huge amount of Lore yet, their sexualities have never been discussed. There could also be future new DLC's with LGBTIAQ+ characters.

I also purchased Steelseries, definitely my favorite by far.
I have the Arctis Wireless myself.
For OP's sake, there is a wired version of the Arctis with higher fidelity audio, but I have no complaints with the Arctis Wireless myself, sounds fantastic for me.
I'm thinking of going wireless as I keep falling over the cable as I have my headphones on all day

If we're referencing the posts around David King - whilst yes connected to the Lore it's also a major character in our game and a major topic of discussion right now. The posts are not specifically about their Lore but about their sexuality so not quite Lore so does fit in General Discussions.

Steelseries for me, they've been some of the best headphones that I've had...and they have various price points in their range as well. I remember a thread by Mad Cat some time ago and I think they were going to purchase the Arctic 7's which come really highly recommended.

Okay, I understand. However I think it would be better to wait first for the Tome lore to come out so everyone can find out about David. When it is just suddenly announced on social media without any lore, context, etc... It feels forced. It's like "oh suddenly now he is like this". If the lore comes first, then it would be different I think.
I understand that and it's very valid feedback.
Totally not our intention for this to feel forced at all, we see it as a natural progression of a character and we want to celebrate that with our LGBTIAQ+ community as the first openly gay character in our game. But I do understand the point you are making.

this is wrong on so many levels.
We care about representation, we care about the characters in our game - hence why so much work goes into their Lore.
Putting a brand new character in as the first LGBTIAQ+ character, which would be behind a paid DLC would also be considered "caring only about money" - I personally am much happier that we have fleshed out David's Lore and followed through with his story.
And of course, the people that work on the lore are not the same people that work on bug fixes, design changes or programming!

It doesn't make sense yet, we kinda need more lore context as to why a gay man has an ex girlfriend. We can guesstimate the background, but I'd like the official lore to invest at least a little bit in fixing this bump. If it doesn't ever address it, it's gonna feel like a bad retcon.
A new character would've worked, IMO, provided it has enough character development. In that regard, David does work a bit better because he has a lot of established lore already and you're not gonna get that with one page of backstory on a newcomer.

Unnanounced: Would've been the way to go. The lore isn't out yet. David is only gay by 'word of god', not by the character's design itself. This would be rectified once the lore drops. Yes, people will pick up on it and start broadcasting it, but that's fine. The problem is that BHVR jumped the gun and announced the character is gay before the character's development reveals it.
You mention tokenism as a thing, but I think a key part of what makes tokenism a problem is that it specifically serves the creator. A bit of self-aggrandisement. 'Look at us and our d i v e r s i t y'.
That's my problem with the early announcement. When you come out to draw attention to the fact that you 'did a diversity' before the lore's even out yet, you're already fulfilling one problem component of tokenism. You've put one foot in it already, now we're just waiting to see what the other foot's gonna do.
With new characters they tend to not have much Lore to begin with, that's what's been so great with the Tomes as we've been able to flesh out characters Lore a lot more.
If we'd put an entirely new DLC in, with an LGBTQIA+ character in, that would probably be more likely to be considered "tokenism" plus the whole paywall issue of a new DLC. And they wouldn't have much Lore at that point.
We announced and in fact celebrated that David is gay as we're happy to be able to show this representation in our game, we have a large LGBTQIA+ playerbase who are normally woefully under represented in all walks of life and this has been something we've worked on for a long time with the support of GaymerX.

And in simple words, I´m angry with rewriting the story of an existing character as they want, don't taking care of fans. Just imagine if your favorite survivor is Kate/Feng/Meg etc, and in the next tome suddenly it comes that she has a cock.
It's not rewriting the story at all.
I suggest reading his full Lore, it will make things a lot clearer for you to understand.
And it's incredibly common for gay men to have had previous relationships with women for various reasons.

turning a character gay simply for gay representation isn't the way to go, and it shows that BHVR prioritizes making political statements over fixing their damn game.

We will not be refunding anything in relation to the characters in the game as per the EULA. We do state there that we may change things within the game.
Representation is important to us, as it is to many people here on this forum and worldwide - we're proud and happy to have brought this representation to our game. I am sure that many people will be interested in David's lore and will be happy to play as him, but we also have plenty of other characters in our game also.

This is mentioned in the patch notes, there's an engine update so the download is bigger than we would like as a result. However, the game is now being compressed differently and as such will take up less space on your disk.

If this was on a 5th hit of a survivor (doesn't have to be hits on the same survivor), then this is correct - the 5th hit in Frenzy will down the survivor regardless of their health state. If this was not the 5th hit then that would possibly be a bug, but without video hard to tell.

We did not give out Auric Cells for giving feedback on the recent MMR tests.
We do give some of our Content Creators (Fog Whisperers for example) Auric Cells to enable them to purchase and show the new content to their communities. But we do not "pay" people for feedback.

Whatever happened to the thing BHVR said about making the update file sizes smaller? Mine was 23 GB. I have fast internet so not a big deal, but this sucks for people with slower internet.
As explained this update is big purely due to an engine update, there is no way around engine updates being smaller I'm afraid.
however, it is taking a lot less room on disk now than previously.
