I was on the exit and a survivor just run to the exit because of the stupid DEAD HARD INVULNERABILITY.

    Same ######### with 360 hit

They arent avoiding the hits THEY ARE RECIEVING INENTIONALY THE HIT AND THATS SO STUPID...

YOU SUPPOST TO BE A KILLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    In others matchs.

People are using TORCH to block person. you hit them, they heal fast and again block... as continuos loop.

and we can continue with more stupid op skills

Decisive strikes + Borrowed time = cant even hook because they do all engines fast.

    Seriusly.

Do something with the game because playing now as a killer. It suck.

Man this is the worst time to have this mindset when loads of the community proved it is quite literally skill issue

Guess someone used the mask on you then. First off, I don't know 100% for pinhead cause he's the only dlc I do not have and with the way the game is now I can't justify buying any more since most dlc now is not worth the prices.

Secondly, and this I need to make sure you understand I don't even have the masks so I don't care but spouting delusional nonsense about this being some sort of positive act might as well been a slap in the face cause here's a question for you "how many people even knew this was a thing?" And instead of fixing the report system, going after people and banning them for EGC and actually implementing a system to curve this kind of behavior, they decided hey this one thing that most people probably never knew about yeah let's have that be the first step.

It's not that I am against the idea but it's damn near pointless since it will change nothing at all.

Except for the fact they have banned people for it, and it was big enough of a deal where there were gaming news articles about it, and loads of forum posts about it a while back. If it is just gonna be a problem, then remove it, simple solution.

If you didn't have them, don't spread hate on it when it literally doesn't affect you lmao and if you don't own or have ever played pinhead, why did you say his basekit was awful lmfaoo this forum never fails to be hilarious

Except it's going to change nothing at all they'll just change their usernames, spout more in egc, and still be that way no matter what happens also the compensation for it is a joke as well since those shards will reward you with nothing to replace this.

But hey I guess shelling out more money for a paid game is justified.

And also while I guess it's OK that we got voice lines for pinhead again (even though idc) , does it really matter cause like most killers (especially licensed killers )nowadays his base kit sucks.

His base kit most definitely doesn't suck, I've been maining pinhead since his release and I've written a large guide and have seen other guides like Pixel Bush use the same info, he just takes more skill and effort than other killers, something that the forums hates.

So what if they change their usernames and spout more in EG? They have 1 less tool to use for their hate, it is a positive while ######### change. If you can't grasp that then you can just keep shouting into the void because you can't wear a reskin color.

I don't know what it is but I just feel mentally drained just being apart of this community. Maybe I'm crazy but it seems like the community I'd just becoming more and more divided as the game progress and its just depressing and not too fun. Maybe I'm spending to much time on the forum and on dbd in general. Am I being ridiculous or are others feeling the same and is this a sign I need to take a break from dbd?

Honestly, the less time you spend on the forums or subreddit, the more fun you have and I see that as a fact. The forums and subreddit are filled to the brim with excuses and crying about the game, while long time players or good players still have fun and do good. This game just requires a lot of skill or just mental acceptance about how online games usually work, but for some reason people think dbd is an exception?

I recommend taking even just a 1 week break from the forums and subreddit. Play how you want, play to have fun, play to win, however you want. If you lose, that is ok, be accepting of your own losses, be accepting of your mistakes. Maybe rewatch games and see what you could've done different. Play for hooks instead of kills, anything. I guarantee you feel great and you have fun.

People say every community is bad to a degree but in all the communities I've been a part of, DBD really is the worst when it is bad, but when you find the right people it can feel the best. Don't let the negativity drown it for you just because others can't accept the loss and spread what sometimes feels like blatant lies.

    "a couple"

Four, to be exact. Leatherface has seven masks right now, including his prestige (but not including his default). He's about to lose four masks, leaving him with three non-default heads: his prestige and two female masks with hair and makeup. That sucks in terms of choices.

and some killer's like freddy have no cosmetics besides prestige, or michael that only has a different body and some different weapons.

We get it is sad but atleast we get something back, they could've just removed it and given nothing back since you earn them for free after all.

  • @CyberDragoon656 said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2737739#Comment_2737739

So instead of earning stuff we should just buy stuff instead?

Not saying that, but no other killer has earnable stuff so it isn't much different. Everyone understands losing the masks was sad, but if a group of people are gonna use it in an awful way, may as well remove it so it can't possibly be used in that way.

I'm sick and tired of the bad MMR, I can't put up with the blatant bullying and belitting from survivors who abuse broken map design and even more busted perks to make my life completely miserable.

Three gens pop during the first chase and I can't even get to tier 2 of my power with Nemesis... meanwhile what are the devs doing? They're nerfing Nemesis instead, a killer who (like many others) struggles severely against any competent survivors who also happen to be in a group of premades.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/E1OS9TUB8ZRF/nemesis-getting-laughed-at.png

This is a common occurence whenever I try to play any other killer besides Pyramid Head (the only one who can deal with this obscene meta), it's truly ridiculous. BHVR's lack of understanding of the meta has contributed to creating an environment which heavily promotes the ongoing dehumanization and bullying of killers, it's simply disgusting.

None of these players feel any shame for what they're doing nor do they bother to reflect on the root of these issues. Playing killer isn't fun, it's absolute hell. I wish there would be ANY empathy from the survivor side of the community, but there isn't.

All you get are "ez" and "l2p" or "uninstall" as endgame reactions from people who will happily abuse the survivor sided nature of this game.

Person runs bad killer build against survivors using their best stuff, blames the game for their loss

    this and more at 6

I don't agree "we got something better", as a fan of TCM as well (Leatherface)... this is not better.

I'm glad you like Pinhead's voice lines, there's more to it than that. This problem that complicates the fanbase, why would you say it's better, I can understand that you like Hellraiser more than Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

It's not better, it would have been better if both licenses were not affected in any way. Each fanbase deserves everything from their chapter, removing something is never good and making a comparison like this is stupid imo.

Leatherface still has cosmetics and a couple of reskinned faces that were free going away isn't hurting the fanbase

  • @The_C12H15NO2 said:

Otz admitted it's balanced but his wins were by playing dirty (tunnel, slug, camp, etc). Otz also points out the killer doesn't have room to make mistakes or they lose. Survivors can make a ton of mistakes and recover. The killer makes 1 or 2 mistakes and the game is lost.

So imo the point here is, bhvr seems to have balanced the game for casual survivors but not casual killers. Casual survivors have a lot of strong tools they can use with little skill. Casual killers just get stomped by average survivor teams. Streamers with 7k+ hours in game don't speak for the majority of killers just like they don't for the majority of survivors.

Killer does have room to make mistakes, in a lot of his matches you can see him make mistakes, but it is about punishing mistakes. He would be losing a match then one survivor makes a mistake and he snowballs. It all comes down to skill and decision-making. While not everyone is a 7k hour streamer, his point stands that with practice and good builds, winning isn't hard. People just usually play poorly, or run meme builds then act surprised they don't win

I would not be fine with it if it took only 16 seconds to heal. They need to remove that 100%. That boon is busted. Shadowstep is busted on maps with 2 or more layers. Survivors know this since ive gotten multiple SWFs sending me to gideon or RPD just to abuse those 2 boons.

Nothing is ok about them. Fact that multiple killers have stopped playing and you barely see some killers should already get your alarm bells ringing.

When i play survivor i dont even have fun because its so damn easy to win. Theres no challenge unless the killer is someone with 5000+ hours in the game. Only killers that give me little challenge are blight and nurse. This to me isnt enjoyable gameplay. As a survivor i should be afraid of the killer and be careful. How many of us can say we are actually afraid of the killer nowdays? Hell im more afraid of the toxic SWFs nowdays with boons and flashlights.

Also boons have increased the tunneling and proxycamping/camping in the game. I think many of us can say its not fun gameplay for survivors or the killers, but when you see you are against a booner team its just easier to tunnel people down. I hate tunneling people but ive had matches where i've had to tunnel the people down just because of boons.

The fact a lot of killers have stopped playing proves people dont want a balanced game, they want easier games. It is that simple lol same thing happened with spirit nerfs. Loads of spirit players left because she takes a slight amount of skill now, but that means she is useless because they couldn't stand still anymore and win.

  • Thanks, now I want to play spirit

you have awesome talent, I'll be checking out your stuff! ❤️

It'd still be busted in the sense that one perk is entirely removing one of the things that would pressure Survivors to clump up and force them to not be on gens (or risk running around injured).

It's hard, because both of the things it does (super fast medkit healing, negating healing downsides in general) are busted for the investment.

I don't think if it was 16 second healing it would be as bad honestly. It would be infinitely better than people almost healing faster than 6 seconds.

  • @danielmaster87 said:

Killers are owed nothing. You're gonna be the survivor's plaything and you're gonna like it. Update after update it just gets worse. Pinhead nerf, Wraith nerf, Deathslinger nerf, Clown nerf, Twins nerf. All unreasonable. Survivors get weaker perks buffed to shift the meta, which doesn't work, and killers get stronger perks nerfed which destroys any 'meta' they had.

Deathslinger quickscoping and his small TR was all he had. Smart survivors could beat him with ease. Now he's dead.

Wraith was always mediocre. Couldn't even anti-loop good survivors. The nerf made him his old weak self again.

Twins have always been weak, and with the cooldowns on everything AND their better add-ons getting nerfed, the amount of people who are gonna play them is gonna be in the double digits.

I think this Pinkie Finger debate shows where the devs and everyone else's heads are at. They just don't think killers deserve strength. Clown, arguably the weakest killer in the game, shouldn't have something that lets him get downs quicker? Casuals can't beat it? Well, I guess we should go overboard then. Make Clown reload bottles at lockers why don't you. He's fried as an egg now.

What do survivors get? No boon nerf. No DS nerf. No DH, BT, or UB nerf. Everything that they say is too strong for killer is taken as absolute truth, if not law.

So what's on the chopping block next? Hag? Artist? Nemesis? Nothing is off the table anymore! It's all a circus. See the spectacle.

ironic though that most high level players or even just long time players are realizing the game is more balanced than we'd like to admit. doesn't change the fact healing is still busted and that does need addressed, but stop acting like you get 0k and have horrible matches every time you play. If that is happening, either try to practice and get better, or take a break.

  • @Chocolate_Cosmos said:

This comes from personal experience of course. Maybe you see her offten, but for me she is kinda rare to see. It is strange, because she is still very strong and also she has one OP add-on that tells when you are next to the Survivor while using your power.

Because she can't stand still and win.

This game has the worst community of people wanting easier matches in a pvp setting. Oh i can't literally stand still and win? she must be awful. Even though she is still just as strong, maybe even stronger, she can't do cheesy things and win easy so she must be bad.

  • @RainehDaze said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2735766#Comment_2735766

"Everyone on the team gets self care as fast as normal healing" would appear to be the busted part to me. One perk needed on one survivor and now hit-and-run tactics basically get shut down, unless it's put somewhere easy to constantly snuff. No needing two Survivors to heal, no having to stay injured if you just want to do gens.

The one person can heal and the rest of the team is fine.

Hit and run tactics are hit hard because of how fast the healing can occur. If it still took 16 seconds plus time to set up, it would be strong but it would not be nearly as busted as it is now.

  • Plague was technically the first, although the reasoning to match was because it was a dead language from her time, so it still fit with everyone being quiet. The first killer to speak an active language was Trickster, speaking korean. Now Pinhead, speaking english.

I can tell just by your demeanor that you dont play high MMR killer games... cant wait to hear your answer for how you improve your gameplay when survivors consistently pop 3 gens in the first chase. Regardless of what non-meta killer you play.

It has been shown that any killer no matter the build can do good, as long as you are actually good at the game. I've been playing for 4 years, and even when playing super laid back and casual, getting up to 8 hook games is easy, most games without trying super hard I can get a 2k. It isn't because they are babies, it is because I've practiced and played the game for so long, like with most pvp video games lmaoo. If I want to go for 4ks, then it isn't hard. I put on my best stuff, and I play to win. It is that simple. When you really want to win in this game, it isn't that hard, because realistically at the highest level, if both sides bring the strongest stuff, the game is fairly balanced how the devs want, around 2k/2escape.

I can only assume on my favorite killers I am high mmr, because I play them hard and try to win, and MMR only counts for kills and escapes, but even then, mmr is an invisible number that you can't see, and it doesn't even track real skill so why do people like you always use it as an excuse LOL stop coping so hard

  • @NOEDENJOYER said:

I love how people think spending 16 seconds blessing a totem is such a massive net gain for the killer.

That is 4 seconds of killer time. You spent 4 seconds of killer time to grant your team with infinite medkits.

    lmfao very balanced and fair

i love how people act like once someone does a boon, all of their healing time and other boon placement times do not exist. While 14 seconds alone isn't a lot, you have to account for snuffing the boon and the survivors replacing it, the total amount of time constantly healing, and the time wasted of a survivor choosing to find totems and boon instead of gens while the killer should obviously be pressuring.

If the healing wasn't stacked so hard, CoH wouldn't be busted. If it took 14 seconds to place and then was always a 16 second heal, I think loads of people would be fine with it, and if you aren't then it honestly is a skill issue that you aren't taking advantage of a 30 second time waste.

Honestly, I wouldn't even mind if it kept the 100% healing boost, just don't make it stack with medkits. Solo healer is always 16 seconds, duo is 8. Nothing should be faster than an 8 second heal, that is what is busted.

Thrill adds maybe ~4 seconds to cleansing a totem and only useful to make people not boon over hexs for pentimento because it takes so long. The notification let killers 100% protect their totems if they wanted to drop a chase. It was nerfed because of artist I bet since she could directly protect her totems across the map.

It wasn't nerfed for artist, it was buffed to be a counter for boons.

BTW it is pretty simple math, before the "nerf" it only provided a 6% slowdown to cleansing per token, leading to a 30% slowdown to cleansing and it gave a notification. Now it provides 10% per token, leading to 50% slowdown. This makes cleansing a dull take 28 seconds, 14 more seconds, not 4. While blessing a dull this is the same, but thrill makes it where blessing a hex takes 56 seconds, a little more than 4 seconds. This makes it a defined buff to totem slowdown and boon defense, while undying is still a hex protection perk.

Over half the killers couldn't even go defend the boon if the notification activated because chases and pressure are more important.

  • @Avilgus said:

I'm pretty sure they nerfed thrill for the same reason.

why do people say thrill was nerfed, it was a direct buff lol it is much better at totem protection than it ever was.

  • @danielmaster87 said:

Complete detachment from reality. That's what the nerfing of this perk and add-on signify. A strong add-on made weak, and a weak perk made weaker.

Pinkie Finger to me is the one add-on that (kind of) makes Clown viable, and is completely fair. Suddenly a killer who has to hit you with his basic attack twice, and with his power 4 times, to down you is hitting you once or twice with his power and once with his basic attack. Is this a bad thing? No. This add-on is not just an unnerfed Iridescent Head; it's a fairer once. It's not like you aim on a survivor, let the bottle fly, and then they get downed. Take into account survivors are difficult to hit with their movement even when hindered, you have to reload after you're out of ammo, the Exposed goes away as soon as the Hindered does, and the bottle arc and speed is just so difficult to be accurate with.

Try the add-on for yourself if you don't believe. You will wind up with chases that took longer because you tried to use this add-on than just chasing normally. You will not hit survivors dead on every time. This add-on takes skill, and when you nerf skillful things, you promote less skillful things because they have equivalent or better results.

Gearhead was already an outdated perks because it's gen info. Gen defence and info perks at this point are a joke, because survivors can just do gens and waste too much time in chase for you to even use those perks. That coupled with Gearhead's ridiculous activation requirements made it an unplayable perk. So instead of buffing the perk in a super obvious way, like making it activate on any skill check, not just great ones, the devs do a horrific rework of the perk.

Instead of seeing the gens with a yellow aura, you just see the survivors' auras who are working on the gens. What's the big idea? Do the devs not realize that 1 person on a gen can just hide behind the gen's aura, like they can against BBQ, and deny that info to the killer? It's complete nonsense that THIS is what a killer perk buff looks like. It's even worse than it was before! Yes, I know they buffed Dead Man's Switch, but I have zero confidence that that perk will stay as is. Once it hits live, if it even does, I can already hear the "this killa perk OP!" battlecry of the survivors. Blocked gens don't even regress.

If you thought killers were going to be 'satisfied' with a midchapter like this, you are sorely mistaken. This is about buffing survivor perks once again, not nerfing their meta, and regurgitating seemingly random killer perk changes. I don't even know why I typed all this. It won't change a thing.

Gearhead was a buff for sure, atleast in my matches. I'm great at hitting great skill checks and they can really make the difference so getting to know where a survivor could be where I didn't expect them is nice.

In terms of pinky finger, it most definitely needed a nerf. Unhealthy stuff being changed isn't nerfs, it is health changes. This forum would make fun of survivors crying about key nerfs but when killers have unfair stuff changed it is BHVR being stupid? Can't be one sided like that. Clown did need some compensation though.

just like DH was fixed (not buffed) just so happened to be a ######### aspect on the killer pov.

Not really, it works as intended how it always should've been, not to mention in the PTB they made it where the survivor doesn't scream or show they got hit because of the validation, so now it looks like you actually missed. Validation fixes are good for the servers and the game, it is based on ping and besides the couple of killer interactions which should be getting fixed, it isnt a survivor sided change.

I agree with this, the games do not need to be copies of each other. They should fill separate games in the same genre to stay competitive. Honestly, I just think DBD needs to have a healing cap, it is way too easy to get heals that are like 4 seconds right now. Boons aren't even a problem for me, just CoH stacking so much with medkits

I'm glad they acknowledged the gap between solo and SWF, but if they don't address the oppressive perks that killers use then nothing will help average solos, even if they have all the status meters there is. You will still be unable to play an average solo match because the game is balanced for what seems to be really experienced and good SWF, which the survivors that want to have a chance to win play together. Solo and casual will still face unprecedented losses every match. The stats they see should show that. The skill requirements are still too high for the survivor side and status icons do not help that.

    Less required from killers.

Killers can usually down too fast.

Maps are too favorable for most killers. We need more fog. Fog offerings still do not work. It is non-existent on the farm maps.

Ruin, Tinkerer, Starstruck, Undying, STBFL, and all Aura Perks, to name a few, need to be looked at and nerfed some.

MMR still doesn't offer 2K outcomes.

Killers win way too much and too easily and status icons won't help enough.

Honestly this is super refreshing to hear compared to the amount of killer crying going on.

Thank you for this sluzzy, you always know how to cheer me up😍

I think the new pokemon will be better and elden ring next month will steal many player. The fact they could not produce a patch to bring back some killer is dpressing im tired to wait 7 to 10 minute before i can play.

Then play killer, it takes more skill than survivor, but not every loss is because the game is built to make killer lose lol if you aren't having fun but aren't willing to try and improve then feel free to stay survivor.

I honestly with this balancing do not underastand how much effort, stress, sweating or any other term is BHVR expecting from players to invest into the match - especially with the MMR.

As if we look at “equal” matches with state of the art plays on both sides, the killer has to really sweat a lot to achieve the balanced 2K/2E.

I am not saying that playing survivor does not take any sweat or pressure. It does, you can really have bad luck on skill checks where you regress more then progress, you do have to be able to held chases for more then 10secs, saves can be cruical etc.

But survivor is much more “chilled” role as the pressure has its peak moments in specific scenarios and once you are hooked or escaped the chase, your stress level goes back to normal. But “100 people 100 miracles” I do believe there are alot of veterans, who dont even flinch while being chased.

Kinda think this is the main reason, why a lot of players decide to take a break from rageus quitus and join the other side.

No killer doesn't. It takes a lot of sweating or trying hard to get a 4k, because that is a 100% stomp, but to get a 2k it is fairly easy. I can hop on with the most basic build, kick back, play casually, and get a 2k.

how in the hell are you going to solve the lament configuration when youre being harassed constantly during the chain hunt? can the mods clear this, because clearly you have not thought about this.

and its clearly impossible for someonbe to become a meat shield for you (on solo queue) because the number of chains are targeted at ALL survivors at the same time. can you do something on this on the next update? because its annoying as hell.

BTW this actually has already been fixed. Before, chains would continue to spawn while solving but now when solving, it will stop the waves from continuing. You still have to wait for your current chains to cease though. It is now down to the survivor player, not unfair design.

You think this might be why Pinhead suddenly has his voice back?

I do believe it is why, Clive has control now and instead of awful NFT's, it is good voicelines

Hey I was thinking about starting a discussion about this to spread the word around. Could I use what you said in the discussion?

    Yes you can!

I was hoping that in this midchapter that Mother-Daughter Ring would see a nerf. This add on plus Yakuyoke Amulet or Dried Cherry Blossom was just a bandaid fix for players that didn’t want to take the time to learn how to play Spirit without relying on broken combinations like these. So please, in the future, nerf Mother-Daughter Ring.

Also, please rework Mother’s Glasses and Juniper Bonsai. They both suck.

    sadly no...

But did you see the new pinhead voicelines :D

Unless they've changed licensing partners, I'll still not be buying that chapter due to the affiliation with Boss Protocol. But I do wish those that purchase it to have a fun time with the new voice lines!

That's the thing! Clive Barker, original creator of Hellraiser, as of December 29th, 2021 is now the official license owner of Hellraiser. Pinhead isn't the NFT guy anymore, he is the creator and amazing work of art from Clive Barker.

I'll definitely be picking him back up! It'll be nice to be back.

Really hope the guides and tips help! He is such a fun killer and while he takes practice, always remember to be open to improvement and you will do great, he can dominate when played well!

  • @[Deleted User] said:

He is one of my mains but I didn't start playing him until the voice was removed. Nice to be able to play him with it back in.

I've been playing him since day 1 and I was figuring out chain and box spawn logic day 1 as well. He makes me feel super excited about killer and I hope others enjoy him too.

Absolutely nothing is being done about boons or CoH. Only mindless killer nerfs. But hey, atleast we have a new way to wiggle. I Guess I will keep the game uninstalled for this midchapter aswell.

Playing against boons isn't impossible, I'm starting to think anybody will latch on to any excuse they can for losing. You can stay mad, I'll be enjoying those dandy new pinhead voicelines

  • @Veinslay said:

Why would he be upset about the patch? I thought he could win with no perks/addons and AFKing no problem ez pz

Just because people can play strong and good doesn't mean it is upsetting when the game gets objectively worse after putting lots of time in giving feedback.

Let's be real, that video showing how well you can do is for the subreddit and forum users that cry when they lose a match

The issue is that there is basically no reason not to boon when injured. It is literally faster to boon a dull and heal yourself than self care. Your entire team can get quick heals forever until it's snuffed which if it's far away from active gens and the killer doesn't have mobility is ggs. Tag pressure is almost non-existent now as well since if you don't commit to a chase they will run to a boon and heal themselves fast while their teammates crank out gens.

If you bring a medkit, the base time to heal is 16 seconds. Doing a boon and CoH is 14 seconds, followed by the 16 seconds needed to heal. If you combine a medkit, with doing a boon, it is 22 seconds, still slower than just a medkit. If you boon a hex then self heal, it is 44 seconds. combine with a medkit, it is 36 seconds. Sure, next time you are injured, you will get a faster heal because you don't have to boon, but that is taking into account that the killer will never snuff the boon

No... I dont even care about the removal of the masks. I don't even have Bubba but I wish I did because I want to get BBQ&C.

I care about problems with the game. Like toxicity, which is still a bigger problem than a mask that could possibly be racist depending on how certain people portray themselves.

A growing problem with the game that Behavior even supports... they've made comments saying dont report people for toxic comments. That is a fundamental issue. Racism is just not in the same scale or even close.

show me where they said not to report people for toxic comments, even just today the mods have said they have banned people in the past for hateful speech. You can care about toxicity and want it to be over, sweet and most feel the same, but when something that was used for it is now gone, the play isn't to say "well survivors can still crouch" Ok? both sides have bm they can do, it isn't the same as something used for racism

You're right you cant know for sure. Almost like until someone speaks up and says something you just never know what their intentions are... and yet here we are talking about very specific scenarios of racism.

When survivor toxicity is still a much bigger problem.

Except killer can also be toxic, stop with the Us vs Them mindset, it isn't even an argument discussion lmao you are just hating survivor players because something used in a racist way is gone lmaoo mad cope

  • @Smiler said:

Read that Bubba's faces were being removed because a couple of people used it as a way of racism.

It's a sad thing indeed that this happens, but why punish everyone by removing the masks instead of just banning those players. It's a feature that has been in the game since he got released and it felt as a nice touch on the solo killer. Removing this, removes a part of his personality.

I don't really understand why this drastic choice was made, if a harsher punishment for those few would've been enough.

I'm not really punished. 6k iridescent shards for free and I never used the faces anyways.

You literally said its "just a bunch of crouching"

    ...

I dont think I need to say anything more than that. Hypocrisy is not your ally here

It literally is though, you can't determine if crouching in a game is toxic, you can definitely determine when someone is acting racist and saying racist remarks lmao

Then survivors will start shouting instead? How is that improvement?

I want to enjoy the game, which I just didn't for some time, so I stopped playing, that fixed it for me...

For me it's not good to say just survivor-sided, unbalanced etc.. It's better to say what is an issue, for me it was validation and CoH.

That I will play meaner will not change the fact that I don't enjoy it. I enjoyed playing this game with hit&run, I can't do it anymore when it's CoH in each game and I can't do anything about it. You had 4x medkits before, well Frenklyn's fixed that, but what to do against CoH? You just have to commit brainlessly to each chase and tunnel someone out of the game. So much fun....

I agree but my mindset is in any pvp game, if you want to win every round, you try hard and try to win. That is what comp people see as fun. If you want to play casually and just have fun, then do it, but why be mad you aren't getting a 4k every match? Do people really expect to get easy matches and just 4k while messing around?

In the end my mindset is that the game isnt unbalanced like people say, people just want easier matches. That is totally fine, but it is ridiculous to ask for from a pvp game like this lol do you see people asking for easier games in any other game community or is it people saying to get better?

Yes there are unfair things, yes there are things that need fixing, dbd is not perfect. I just find it silly that people A) complain they aren't winning easy but aren't playing good or B) say they play for fun and do wacky builds but then get mad they arent getting consistent 4ks.

Like you said, if killers suddenly started getting 4ks every match, then it would be survivors crying in the subreddit and forums. Right now though, killer has it super good and can be just as strong, just like survivor. In terms of power, both sides can be pretty nasty but killer just seems to stuck in their cloud of copium to see it right now.

Again I still think healing in general needs a cap, and some maps are still awful, but if you want to play for fun, play for fun and don't be mad you don't win every match. If you want to win every match, you most definitely can and if you lose, rewatch your matches and try to improve.
