Ive only seen one Blight, thankfully, in the last week. I've been getting lots of Nemo's and Hags.
-
This is just a Claudette who has finally come into her true power.
-
She will always be hard for me as long as her fatigue remains. The loss of control of the camera and the screen darkening gives me migraines and prevent me from playing her more than 5 minutes.
-
It used to be Self Care but I've evolved and embraced my Inner Strength. Now it's Spine Chill
On killer, it's Whispers. I hate looking for people and it helps.
-
It takes 24 seconds to bless a lit hex totem. That is 24 seconds that the survivor isn't on a gen.
The perks don't stack, so if two totems are near each other and both get blessed, they won't get double healing speed. They would just get the healing speed from one totem.
Killer can take it out in like 3 seconds.
They only work in part of the map, forcing survivors to give up on gens and traveling to the totem.
It is okay for survivors to have strong perks. Boon totems are strong, but they're not meta strong. I'd rather face a boon totem over Unbreakable, DS, BT and DH.
-
Remove her fatigue and give her constant wallhacks.
-
I'd rather they implement a secondary objective for weaker killers, something like the chain hunt that Pinhead has.
-
As much as I like a shirtless Felix, we need a shirtless Adam, Tapp and Jake first. I’d also like a shirtless Dwight with a small patch of curly chest hair.

Well, you don’t necessarily have to buy anything. I’m also asking if there was a way to earn more unique cosmetics in game, be it through shards or maybe the rift, would it spur you to play a bit more or enjoy the game more if there was more customization?
-
Congrats, I wish I had your patience. Since I only play Claudette and dabble with Trapper, I don't have any reason to level up anyone else.
-
Well, this is not what I expected when I came in here. Color me surprised!
I actually agree. I had a cheating Ghostface who instantly exposed everyone and always knew where I was. He gave himself away when he said he saw me healing behind a wall with BBQ even though I run Inner Strength and was in a locker before he picked up my teammate. I really hope the devs plan to rewrite the game from the ground up and include better anti-cheat into the core of the game.

I got killer by 2 wraiths last night and I am sitting here defending him. I understand my team (including myself) did not play well (he also tunneled me) but that's not a wraith issue it's a player issue. I just can't wrap my head around it and this is coming from someone who uses the entire roster....There should be ######### other than wraith to talk about all I'm saying.
He’s just the flavor of the month. Once his nerf comes through and players stop playing him, bad survivors who refuse to acknowledge that the problem is them, will move on to the next killer to whine about. I suspect it’ll be Trapper since more will play him with his minor buffs.

Really? There a lot I want to say right now but I'm a little amped up so I will just leave you with.....REALLY?
Why are you surprised? This person is the type of clientele Behaviour is catering to.
-
You have to win (4k or 3k with hatch escape) 50 matches in a row as Trapper, with the add-ons Strong Coil Spring and Padded Jaws as well as have the perks Monstrous Shrine, Insidious, Predator, and Stridor equipped. You must do this before the next patch drops and you cannot tunnel or camp anyone.
It is the only way. If you can't, you are unworthy of the wannabe Trapper Mask.
-
T-Bagging, an action that implies that one is repeatedly dunking their genitalia into their opponents mouth and that there is nothing they can do about it, is toxic. Anyone who thinks this action isn’t toxic has a questionable morale.
Repeatedly hitting someone and nodding at someone while they’re on hook is also toxic. There is no benefit to it other than to annoy or aggravate the opponent, which is toxic.
Body Blocking to prevent a teammate from going down isn’t toxic, but body blocking someone in a corner so they can’t do anything is.
A couple of flashlight clicks here and there isn’t toxic in and of itself, especially when it is used to try to distract the killer and try to keep them from tunneling, but binding the flashlight to the mouse wheel, with the sole intention of being annoying, is toxic.
-
Trapper:
Devious Dust- Any time a survivor disarms a trap, Trapper gains the Undetectable status for 15 seconds.
Blinding Powder- Inflicts Blindness on any survivor for 60 seconds. All survivors who come into contact with the inflicted player also become Blinded for 60 seconds.
Oil of Remorse- Any survivor who disarms a trap receives a 25% penalty to their action speed. Applies to generator repair, healing and totem cleansing.
-
Your name is censored only because the game wants to prevent the unworthy from speaking it.

The only thing I really question in regards to measuring for a metrics is the chase duration. While on paper it seems like a good idea, but we run in to the problem of how do we measure killers who can break chases/loops? Like for Bubba and Billy, how do we measure what's good for them since they can insta-down survivors with their chainsaws? What about stealth killers like Ghostface who can expose a survivor and insta-down them too if they get the jump on them? Also Nurse just flat out breaks even measuring something like this since cus of her power.
Other than that I actually agree with the other points and I've actually said the same thing about grading the survivors more as a team and giving them more BP as a result, to make the amount earned somewhat closer to what the average killer can earn. Also wouldn't totally screw survivors who get camped/tunneled right out the gate, so they'd be able to get more than just like 12 BP lol.
I agree with you. It will be the most difficult factor to take into consideration for killer players, especially with all of the rng the game provides in the match. I admit I have no idea where to start measuring this factor, but it is something the devs should at least consider somewhat. Maybe take the average of all of their chases? I'm not smart enough for this.
-
If it is me who gets downed by it, I usually curse my stupid lazy solo teammates who never look out for totems.
If its not me who gets downed by it, I giggle with glee and become one with the shadows until I find the totem and devour it, using it's energy to become my sustenance and enlarge my ever growing bush.
If my teammates were toxic or just hiding in bushes and I'm at the point where I want all the suffering to end, I locker spam the killer to come mori me, or run up to them and butt dance while they're moring someone else and patiently wait for my turn.
-
I think a few factors should be considered when the game matches players together.
- Hours played. Someone with 3-25 hours should be matched with or against anyone with 100 or more hours. There should be an hours played bracket for every set amount of hours that players have played.
- The amount of inactivity during a match should be used when matching players. Does the player know how valuable time is? Are they spending it wisely by working on gens, searching chests and cleansing totems, body block, and sabo hooks a few feet from the killer or do they constantly hide behind rocks and avoid doing anything?
- Chase duration. Does the survivor go down in 5 seconds or can they at least buy their teammates 30 seconds or more? While this should apply for killers, its more difficult to do for them since it's the survivors who are usually in control of chases if they know what they're doing and not screw up.
- The amount of successful team(2 or more people) escapes, with the consideration of how much they contributed during a match, should also be another factor. Did they help with the objectives and were they able to help their team succeed or were they the sole winner because they just hid?
There are other things but I got new glasses since my old ones broke, and they're giving me a headache during the adjusting phase, so my brain is mush and I can't think of anything else.

Good sir, would you please put that back where you found it and never go into my closet ever again.

My only problem with current Spirit is the same I have with all other high mobility killers, hook tunneling the second a rescue takes place. Otherwise, I actually enjoy playing against her and countering her with my stealth. It is so fun watching her look behind trees, rocks and in lockers, trying to find me but never being able to. It's even better when she acts like shes leaving only to vape back to the gen, hoping to catch me off guard. Bonus points when they do it two more times.
Even in chase, I never thought she was terrible to face. The moment I hear her vape sound, I just walk back over my tracks and usually escape or at least buy enough time to make it to a pallet. Yea, she's strong and hard to predict, but it isn't really much different with how killers have to play around tiles where they can't see the survivor but the survivor can see the tops of their heads and/or red stains.

That's why you gotta enter the stage fully naked every single time.
But people would go blind if I did that.
Anyways, @EmeraldTiger , you most likely have social anxiety like I do and hate being in the spotlight. I felt like you do when I first started playing killer. It just feels stressful to play and worry about doing bad and having four people laugh at you during and after the match.
All I can say is you need to come to the realization that no one’s opinions of you matter as long as you haven’t done anything wrong. Your performance in a video game means nothing unless you’re playing for thousands of dollars. Just go into a match, expect to lose, and imagine all of your opponents are spoiled basement dwelling children with terrible parents that have no social skills and feel unloved. It makes the match easier for me even when I get no kills.
Finally, if it gets too much, there is nothing wrong with coming to the conclusion that the killer role just isn’t for you. I made the same decision and find that survivor is just more enjoyable. I still eat a tiny bit of anxiety when I play, but since I’m one of four in a group, my poor play and bad mistakes get overshadowed by everyone else. And if I do really bad, I just move on to the next match with no repercussions. Just make sure to keep your profile private.
-
Nope. I have many many cakes and lots and lots of iridescent add-one for my Trapping Boi, so I’ll be earning lots of blood points with him when they updates go live in order to lever her! Y’all better watch out for the basement! Muahahahahaha.

The Twins should have been the Alien Chapter. Charlotte should have been the Queen and Victor would have been a face hugger.

Trickster found a way into the entitys control room and decided to add some razzle dazzle to the camp site.
-
I want a water based killer who travels around the map using large waves. Either they ride it or they become a part of it. I want their ability to be water based, where they can put pools of water on the ground that will suck in survivors or I want them to be able to knock survivors around with waves, allowing you to control the direction the survivor goes. A secondary ability is to spray water on the floor and freeze it. Anyone, killer or survivor, who run on it, slips and slides very rapidly with no control in the general direction they were going. The mori should be the killer encasing the survivor in a ball of water and drowning them.
I don't think this is possible, well, as I imagine it anyways, because if the devs tried to implement it, the games code would turn everyones PCs and consoles into nuclear reactors and melt a hole all the way to the center of the earth.

I did when I first got the game. I thought survivor was too hard and got frustrated with all the dying. Then I played killer and realized how wrong I was. So now I play survivor until I get bored and dabble in killer just enough to remember the stress that it induces and go back to survivor.

And by doing so, you have my respect.
A pity that nothing has been done yet. Freddy and Billy deserve better than to be left in their unfun versions forever.
I don’t understand why they can’t just give the option for players to pick between Original Freddy and Current Freddy, especially since Original Freddy was deemed weak. It shouldn’t ruffle anyones feathers and can only make players happy.

No one truly hates Claudette. They envy her majesty and can’t comprehend her greatness. They just lie to themselves in order to not despair with their own self worth.

I really hope they surprise us with this event. Something to spice up the gameplay and break the current monotony.
Im also hoping Claudette gets a witchy cosmetic and Felix gets a shirtless one! My goodness, it feels like it’s going to be forever until it comes out.

If they have dead hard...
Insinuating almost every survivor isn't running dead hard.
While the majority of good survivors do have it, it is possible to bait it out of them before they reach the top of the stairs. It’s not a perfect strategy, but it is effective.

Hitting after the first, anyways. Sometimes killers hit survivors on hook just to stop their screaming.

Camping and tunneling ruin the game for the person being camped and tunneled. Your bias is showing.
The only difference between Teabagging/Clicking your flashlight and tunneling/camping is that one actually changes the result and can put someone out of the match with almost no points.
You’re being rather ignorant to compare camping and tunneling with t-bagging. And no, I have no bias, I’m a survivor main whose rather obsessed with Claudette to the point that I role play whenever I play.
As I’ve mentioned before, the only reason to t-bag is to insult the killer, telling them that they’re so bad that you’re able to repeatedly dunk your genitalia into their mouth and they can’t do anything about it. It’s literally laughing at the killer and denigrating them.
Camping and tunneling are nothing like it. They’re not fun, sure, but in no way to they insult the survivor. The only reason people get mad at it is because of entitlement and the refusal to admit that they themselves weren’t very good at wasting the killers time, but don’t want to admit it.
If you want to compare t-bagging to something killers can do, the closest thing would be killers hitting you while on hook.

Honestly, why there isn't a Trickster anime in the works is beyond me . . . at the very least it should be getting shopped around. It would take a while for it to go into production, let alone air.
Maybe BHVR is doing that but they won't say until a deal is signed. One can only hope.
Probably because anime production is expensive and there isn’t much of a guarantee that a lot of Dbd fans are anime fans. They’d have to see that there is a huge demand for it and figure out how to make money out of it.
-
May good fortune fall upon you for all of your good work!
-
Select Trapper.
Equip Bloody Coil and Stitched Bag.
Make sure Iron Grasp and Agitation are equipped. Devour Hope is also good if you get lucky with Totem spawns.
Down a Survivor and haul their butt into the basement.
Trap the inside of the window, the two doorways and one outside corner of the shack that has a bush.
Leave the Shack and head back to it when you hear a snap.
Enter the Shack and reset the disarmed trap before the survivors make it up the stairs.
The only thing that can counter this is if the whole teams comes together to disarm the traps or if they have Dead Hard.

I'm trying to explain u that being toxic or not, fully depends on your personal reaction. Based on this logic I can call toxic everything I don't like, while it won't be truth for other people.
Until i did something rly bad in after game chat, everything else is game mechanic. If u don't like someone doing something stupid and u use your imagination to call it toxic behavior because for some reason u think about genitalia it's your personal problem.
No it doesn’t and it’s ridiculous to even imply that. The action of t-bagging is a derogatory action, and everyone knows what it means. It’s an insult, through and through and by the very nature of insults, it is toxic.
It would still be toxic irregardless of how the killer responds to it. You can claim whatever you want, we all know why it is done, and it isn’t to make the killer feel good. It’s to be toxic and either aggravate the killer or to laugh at the killer from the safety of the exit gates.

@R2k said:

No. It's not about survivors or killers and their precious things, it's about how u react to it. While some people get mad when they are clicked or t-bagged, if u think about it more it's about do u consider doing something stupid is toxic or not. Because if doing something stupid is toxic well then every single human is toxic and they all should be restricted from games.
Picture this - When I chase survivor, and someone nearby clicks me, it's a win win situation for me. I know one survivor is intentionally throwing a game to get my attention, and if I down survivor I can assume he is nearby so I slug him for i while.
But if u think of it like - Well, this guy want to get me mad and now I'm mad..... ARRGGGRGRGRGGR! I will [Bad word] u, it sounds more like u accept his offer and u two do silly stuff.
You just posted a load of rubbish that doesn’t address the subject of whether or not t-bagging is toxic.
Please explain to me how implicating you the killer that you are easily repeatedly dunking your genitalia into their mouth, as if you were dunking a teabag in water, isn’t a toxic action?
All you’re doing is trying to justify toxic behavior because you believe it gives you an edge in the match or perhaps you think it’s funny.

Tbag is nothing. Literally.
Tbagging is not toxic, camping and tunneling is not toxic.
The end game chat can be toxic. Slurs and hate words. The word toxic means a lot more than dbd players think.
T-bagging is toxic and is nothing like tunneling and camping unless the killer is doing so with the intention to ruin the game.
Heck, the devs have even censored “t-bagging” in the after match chat! If it wasn’t considered toxic, why would they ever think to have it censored?
-

If we actually discuss it, it will end up with nothing cause it's all about do u feel hurt when someone does something stupid or not. Based on your logic everything that u don't enjoy can be considered toxic, because: Damn, this guy does something in a way i don't enjoy. What a toxic scumbag.
No, if we discuss it we will reveal how the action of t-bagging is actually survivors imitating the action of repeatedly inserting their genitalia into the mouth of their opponents and that it is, in fact, a toxic action.
There is literally no game play value out of repeatedly crouching in Dbd other than to aggravate the killer.

Imagine pressing a button is toxic behaviour. Smh.
Toxic behaviour is the slurs in the end game chat. Only dbd players consider pressing of a button toxic behaviour.
Imagine defending toxic behavior. Pray tell, what does “t-bagging” mean? And no, it’s not just crouching over and over.
-
@ThanksForDaily said:
Tbags and clicking the flashlight is your definition of toxic behaviour?
Pressing a button is not a toxic behaviour.
Repeatedly pressing a button with the intention of antagonizing the opponent is toxic behavior. That’s the only reason why players do so, to annoy or insult the killer.
