The issue with Monstrous Shrine is that a numbers increase, as well as basement placement addition to the perk, won't help it. It promotes unfun playstyles and in some matches, you just never get usage from it. .
The perk needs to be reworked imo, however I like the AMN change

Demogorgon is probably the next most likely, as it barely actually appears in the show and we never got to know much about it (by extension, this could also involve Steve and/or Nancy). Though I have no idea how you'd write about this monster, I don't think giving it any kind of inner monologue would sound right.
Pig is probably another good choice. I've not seen all the SAW movies (just the first few), but we could probably explore more of Amanda's history before she was first placed in a "game" or get a side story of her acting as Jigsaw's apprentice.
If Konami allows it, I could even see Pyramid Head getting an Archive. He's pretty much an enigma, plus they could honestly just create the DbD-sparknotes version of SH2 and call it his "lore".
For survivors, I think Bill and Ash would be the most likely (besides characters associated with the aforementioned killers). Bill hasn't really had a major backstory ever (just the gruff Vietnam vet surviving the zombie apocalypse) and that could be created/explored. Ash is just Ash, that path could lead just about anywhere.
I don't think we'll be likely to see any of the big slasher film characters appearing in the archives, those seem to be the ones with the trickier licensing restrictions anyway.

Its not available everywhere. It requires you to already having invested money in the game. Giving some players $520 worth of AC during the course of a year is small potatoes compared to the massive player engagement that it'll bring, which will wow investors and shareholders.. who will invest more money in the company.

Due to the maps layout, the obsession can infinitely run away from you and you can never catch up to them as you cannot cut them off and due to the 2 staircases and 1 secret passage the map contains, its almost impossible to catch up to them without losing every generator

DC penalties are good sure but sometimes there is a reason for it. when you dc all the time yeah getting a penalty is deserved. even otz disconnects when he gets some cute survivors to give them both a escape instead of farming. at the end the game is a casual game and very far away being a competetive game.
i really hope dbd will get some AI as replacement for DC's like in the mobile version.

It's just easier and quicker to fix survivor bugs, so more of them get patched quicker, if that makes sense?

Well, "Free" if you mean still locked behind a pretty large grind for the necessary shards and BP to unlock all those things. By then most players probably will have toughened up and won't still feel a strong need/desire for perks like that anyway.
Having beginner-friendly teachable perks in general strikes me as a little bit silly. Though it's probably not something that could easily be changed without drastically reworking how the Teachable Perk system works, unfortunately.
Or just making Deja vu have Visionary's effect and rework visionary

The 5% speed difference is honestly negligible when it comes to traversing the map. It'll take you like a couple of seconds more to traverse the entire map versus a 115% killer. Hag should be trapping constantly rather than chasing. If you see her place a trap, that means that you're 24-72m away. Are you going to break that trap yourself? Or are you going to call it out to another teammate that's somehow going to be able to locate the trap exactly to the point where they can just barely trigger it and get away to the nearest pallet without taking a hit? Either way you're wasting a massive amount of time on something that is risky and difficult to do. In the time it takes for you to destroy that one trap, even if you do it cleanly, the Hag probably set three more. The only time where you can really reliably do damage to her web is when she has another survivor on her shoulder. Other than that, you're pretty much just wasting your time, even if you're running OoO and you are unrealistically good at communicating trap locations to your team.

I agree for Trapper, I disagree for Hag. Hag just sets too many traps too quickly that are too hard to see, let alone to safely disarm. Good luck communicating that quickly and precisely enough to your squad mates, and you all having a good enough memory for trap location, that you're able to break her web faster than she can repair it while also avoiding free hits and while also doing gens. It's just not realistic. The best you can really hope to do is call out traps near points of interest, like "she trapped in front of hook - crouch in", but in SWF you would already know to crouch or use your flashlight in most of those areas.
Hag is harder to notice but its more on her M/S than her traps. Due to Hag being a 110% killer if you saw she left a trap, destroy that trap and go to her other new one and do the same, multiple trap burns are what causes Hag to suffer against OoO as she has to place all her traps back together 5% slower than trapper can
