Are they salty? Maybe, but it's just an objectively bad perk. You throw away free pressure gained by Slugging and chasing another survivor, which puts multiple out of commission for longer than just then failing a flashlight save, you use a perk for an effect that can be gained through patience and/or looking at a wall, and you force the other team to play more efficiently when you can instead capitalise on their greed.
It is objectively terrible and one of the few killer perks in the game that incentives survivors do generators more.

Most swear on Tombstone + Tuft of Hair. I personally think that Judith's Tombstone + J. Myers Memorial is better since you switch between Tier 2 and Tier 3 all the time, making sneaking up easier. If you approach someone with unlimited Tier 3 they gain so much distance can and easily jump into a locker.
Perk wise, I'd go for consistent slowdown + PWYF.
- Play with your Food
- Corrupt Intervention
- Deadlock
- Monitor and Abuse
Those are my go to Perks when using Tombstone. Deadlock and CI give you free extra time to stalk Survivors, PwyF gives you the needed speed and M&A gives you the sneak up factor.
Wait it doesn't have to be the same Tier 3??!!

Id just stack slow down with PWYF and hope for the best, I was lucky enough to do it with old Dying Light and old Ruin.
Good luck man
I'd actually suggest Enduring, too- you will be eating a lot of pallets. PWYF, Enduring, Ruin, Undying I guess.

It's during Endgame by a hacker survivor in my game they are doing the thing where they are on the hook. I already started the timer but it already has timed up.
Then no, not really outside of either eating the penalty or doing what I did and staying because it'd be funny turned into the dick measuring contest because after spending 20 minutes I was not going to give up.

Gonna be honest, I got very impatient.
And you know what, blessed be this holy day

Outside of recording video evidence + reporting both in end-game and to Support, not really; it entirely depends on your situation. Is it hackers or something else?

I disagree with that, to be honest.
Excluding the game around it and taking only the balance into account, I would choose things like Old DS and god-tier windows over insane gen rush and Boons without thinking twice.
At least those things I can and know how to deal with.
Old DS, infinites, pallet vacuums, etc. were not at all fun to deal with imho, neither were they balanced. However, the sheer amount of unbalanced, crazy BS was counterbalanced by the fact that people were just terrible at DBD, they often had reliable counters (for old DS, you could juggle and/or run Enduring, for example- which was honestly a staple perk in every build I ever ran back then) but I can't say they felt at all fun. 2019-early 2020 was imho the pinnacle of playing killer, and then it all went downhill from there.
Like, I enjoyed the earlier times more than I enjoy the current times, but that's probably because I was newer.
What I can confidently say, though, is that the 30 minute long matches I used to have even if they were against Bully Squads:tm: were so much better than the 5 minute long matches we're stuck with today.
There's still plenty of issues with this game and it's overall balance and, while in some areas it has improved, in others it has substantially tanked.
Also the weekly dev streams were nice. I liked those.
-
I'm gonna be honest this just looks like a terrifying bug over a hack
-
I'd argue that it was in a worse spot post-ruin change and pre-toolbox change, as well as just 2018 and before, but also I can't really say that the game is all that enjoyable at current. SBMM fundamentally fails at judging skill, people have decided that pure efficiency is the way to go, and overall it's just not a good time.
I never thought I'd say this, but I actually miss Bully Squads over Death Squads.

Without these checks, overall wiggle time has not been reduced.

They've told us complications have arisen with Nintendo and BHVR. We can infer it's related to royalties being paid between platforms for any purchase made on another, or having to renegotiate a contract, based upon the released information in the Epic Games and Apple lawsuit a while back.

Stacking it with Jump Rope or Coarse Stone and hearing injured survivors like they're right in front of you from 16 meters away.
Does it do anything useful? No. Is it really funny? Yeah.
Me, looking desperately around a corner for the injured survivor that's actually half the map away:

Stridor + spirit
It doesn't counter Iron Will anymore and hearing 150% sounds genuinely messes me up in all other cases because they sound far too close when they aren't
Like you're better off using other perks on her and have been ever since they made sound multiplicative over additive.

-
The Nurse will be brought back in March 8th with the release of the new chapter. She was disabled following the 5.5.0 recode and a bug discovered after the release of 5.5.2 (the final hotfix of 5.5.x) which could break the game quite easily, so she was killswitched. Her fix has been confirmed to be ready for live by MandyTalk, despite it not being in the PTB notes.

Can the entity take people who have already died thou?
No, it intervenes at a point in the media's canon prior to the death to take them (a la Nemesis, Freddy, Pig, Lisa) or in the case of Sadako they work with the licence holders until DBD is suddenly canon Ringu lore.

There is no reason to nerf blight that heavily and its really sad that people agree with that much of a nerf.
I guess what happened with Billy didn't teach people what kind of monkey's paw wish that will always be.
Now bestie do me a solid, massive favour and show me where exactly- and I'm talking an exact quote here- I said that Blight should be 4.6m/s. Because what I said, is that the argument of comparing Spirit and Blight makes a better argument for Blight being 4.4 than Spirit being 4.6- nowhere did I say that either argument was good.
Nice try, you flopped.

you added 0 input both in this post and my previous one
i guess we see how your comments are going to go
Well so far you've accused something of being an exploit when it wasn't and then asked if killers were shadownerfed when plenty of people can get hits while someone is unhooking (myself included) so while Clevite's comments usually provide some insight your posts aren't off to a good start so far.
-
...this is a take, but im not convinced it's a good one.
looping isn't an exploit. it's been confirmed several times by the devs that, while it wasn't intended to begin with, the game has been designed since then around the knowledge that people loop.
so anyway here's a much better use of everyone's time rather than trying to argue a point confirmed false several hundred times: a donkey

Depends. Hug Tech is an exploit (not bannable, though) according to McLean- take his opinion however you like since he's resigned from being a DBD Dev- while a scoot is an actual tech.
Don't ask me for the difference on these, because I genuinely don't know.

I don't have problems tracking survivors and I honestly don't care about Iron Will, on a competitive perspective there's almost no skill juking a Spirit with Iron Will, so it doesn't bother me.
I only play dbd because of Spirit, it's fun to track survivors by the sounds (at least it should be fun). If survivors aren't making any sound they are not appealing to me :P
Tthe folliage/dusts they help, but... boring...
My concern about the Spirit's movement speed is that there is absolutely no justifying for her being that slow.
Her being 4.6 would help to improve her map mobility. The phase is not meant to cover her weak map mobility, it's a exclusive chase intended power, mainly after the nerf but it's my opinion of course.
Like I said- the justification you gave (Blight, Artist) if anything is a better argument for Blight being 4.4 (Artist has no movement ability and cannot down from afar, so I think she can stay at 4.6, and maybe we bump Slinger up there too) than Spirit becoming 4.6 to match Blight. Her being 4.6 has very little impact on the ability to traverse the map and if anything would just make her chase better because she wouldn't have to use it in chase to get consistent hits.

Yea and people complain about the MD Ring and DCB combo still when her power is harder to use when IW is used. Yea yea they have the same drawback but that a moot point when one perk can fully disable her tracking to begin with.
MDR and DCB takes away plenty of counterplay on the survivor end so I can see why it's complained about. On the flip side, IW takes away a lot of Spirit's chase potential to begin with, and DCB is one of the only ways she can consistently deal with this that isn't map dependent.
Personally, I hope they scrap MDR and DCB, as well as scrapping IW and replacing it with a permanent, idk, 50% reduced grunt of pain sound while phasing (or 100% but you actually make it so reduced grunts of pain doesn't completely diminish survivor breathing, that'd be nice too).
-
Spirit is still one of the best killers in the game at 4.4m/s. I and many others can still do very well with her without Add-ons (with @TheGannMan rip) being one of the best I know.
She takes more practice now than before and some knowledge of survivor pathing and overall playstyles, and yes with 4x Iron Will gamers she can feel kinda... Lackluster at times (meaning "on maps with little to no foliage") however she is still incredibly strong.
If anything, comparing Blight and Spirit is a more compelling argument for Blight being 4.4 over Spirit being 4.6.
EDIT: because apparently basic reading comprehension is a skill not commonly practiced no, I do not think that Blight should be 4.4m/s.

I still don’t know if MMR is considered bad by the community because of random matchmaking like this (which also frequently happened with rank based mm) or because it matches skilled survivors only against the top killers (only Nurse and Blight) and for skilled killers it’s only death swf squads….
Both. It took 2 years for zero noticeable improvement on these cases while making the overall experience just feel worse due to the death squad issue. It fails as an accurate judge of skill and so while the algorithm behind it could be perfect (which it isn't, by the devs' own admission) it's trying to match on a premise that's fundamentally flawed.
RBMM was terrible but it felt better than this, and at least ranks were a better judge of skill than this pre-RR change (aka before Plague was released).
-
Know what screw it I have a couple more.
Specific killer interactables, such as Pig Boxes, Freddy Clocks, Onryō's TVs, or even Pyramid' s cages, will spawn where Chests will. This can be used to varying effect on different killers, naturally, with the knowledge best served on Pyramid Head.
Pyramid Head's cages also have a built in timer, and if you remain too close for the duration of this timer then the cage will teleport to the current furthest away spawn, pausing the sacrifice timer in the process. If you play smart, you can force a survivor to run across the entire map only to send the cage right the way back. With Ruin, the effect can be devastating to team progress.
Nemesis' whip has a hitbox that pushes forwards. If any collision gets in the way of this hitbox, even if it is then clear on the other side again and in theory a whip over an object should hit, it will not go over the object. Looking up as Nemesis seemingly raises the height of the tentacle and so can allow for better hits over objects provided you know where the survivor is as they likely won't be on your screen.
A survivor who has the Endurance Status Effect, either through Soul Guard, Borrowed Time, or Mettle of Man, will not be put to sleep if hit by Freddy while they are awake.
Trapper has a grace period on his traps and, provided he doesn't leave the hitbox of the trap, can walk all over a trap for as long as he needs without being trapped himself.
