Claudettes, Claudettes as far as the eye can see.
-
Leatherface is also less common to see and doesn't have the same kind of aggressive and obnoxious playerbase Legion seems to have attracted...
-
Full support of this, for both sides. Sucks bringing in purple or iridescent add-ons and having someone not load in, and then watching 1-2 other people DC after
-
Rank Reset has to be the absolute worst idea in this game. It just further destroys any semblance of balance the game has for like a solid week

Speedo Dwight

Killer is super easy when you first start and you're facing survivors who truly just don't have the skill and tools necessary to dick you around and genrush. Once you get to about rank 10 you're facing survivors who at least have a grasp of the game and how to play. Maybe not the best but enough that it's no longer a guaranteed bloodbath. Past that survivor becomes stupid easy and killer is an uphill battle.
-
Plague and Huntress have my favorite backstories of all. Plagues is especially interesting for a killer. Survivors, I sorta like Neas and Jeff's.
-
Once caught, Leatherface. Leatherface is easier to escape from though. Once Legion sees you there's not much you can do to escape.
-
At most I punish someone for breaking my totem if it's early on cause losing a totem immediately is super aggravating and immediately puts the killer at a disadvantage. Otherwise I just punish bad manners and play the game normally. My job is to kill, I'll do that however I gotta.
-
I'll do what I want
-
It wasn't too bad to begin with but now that there's significantly more perks, it makes the grind ridiculous. When you're trying to get tier 2 of Ruin and the bloodweb keeps giving you unrelenting, insidious and Play With Your Food, that's when it starts getting annoying.
-
Spider hag, specifically a hag covered in spider webs woven around her and spiders on the webs. She always looks like a gnarled old tree to me and that always reminds me of this old tree near the house I grew up in that was just infested with spiders and covered in webs. Hag doesn't have many cosmetics yet and most of them look a little silly
-
Hag is fun, unique, has a lot of versatility and is genuinely very strong. I'd recommend her.
-
I'd run Third Seal over Knockout. Risky but much more powerful effect.

An awful one, bald and dressed with rags again.
Oof looks bad.... honestly she would have looked great with the Blight aesthetic since she looks like gnarled roots already
-
I've noticed Huntress, Nurse and Hillbilly get a lot while Hag hasn't gotten much at all. Don't know about the rate of outfits for survivors but they seem to favor the original 4 which I suppose I can understand.

Okay I won't lie yes it is very annoying to get away from that particular bastard. Especially when they have Bloodhound and sloppy butcher making sure they stay on you which is how they primarily losing match.
However people that mastered a pallet stun or worse yet knows the Jungle gyms then your power is good as useless.
And again don't get me started if it's a survive With Friends. If they know you're playing this killer they're going to split up to the point that you're using your ability for jogging and cardio rather than actually trying can use it in a Chase.
Which is terrifying when you realize that you're slower than survivors
Missed the last part of this but you're not actually slower than survivors. Legion is slower than most other killers but still faster than survivors.

Jungle Jim's and pallets don't bother Legion because he can vault fast in his power. Add on Frank's Mixtape and there's truly nothing you can do to escape cause they only need 3 hits and closing distance in Frenzy to get those is really easy. They're just inherently miserable to face and like I said, the DC rate is unacceptable and a clear sign something needs to change.
-
Not fun to play against, mediocre when played as intended but has an ability that's easy to exploit in a way that gives a survivor no chance of escaping short of dumb luck.
Regardless of ones policy on DCs, if a character is that universally hated that they get more DCs than people staying in the game, they need to be fixed.
-
Good thing they're not changing it.
-
Honestly cleansing time isn't really the issue and I feel like that'd be a bandaid fix at best.

@ClogWench You failed to understand my point. If you see someone get deep wounded Empathy show you how close they are to you. (Provided they are healthy before the frenzy, which they should be since most Legions run Thanatophobia) This gives you the warning of whether to run or not. You'll never be seen by KI if you avoid the TR to begin with.
I see what you mean now. Still wouldn't say that counters it. Unless theres someone between you and the person hit, the killer doesn't necessarily have reason to go in your direction. Plus half the problem with Legion is people NOT using KI and just tunnelling one person without them having any means of escape.
-
@Peasant said:
Hey I just realized something. Can't you counter Killer Instinct's survivor reveal with Empathy? If you see someone get deep wounds in the HUD quickly spin for the aura and run the other way for a few moments.
Nah Killers Instinct doesn't reveal your aura, it has like a pulsing red circle around you that just follows you

Idk if you know this but nurses on legion is damn near impossible without an aura counter perk even if you manage to juke them, Bc of deep wound you can’t go far.
So those that don’t need nurses are good legions, Bc they’re going to find you while mending anyways, and those who lose the chases after frenzy have it for that exactly.
So not only are you forced as a survivor to no real mind game play due to frenzy and them being on your ass, but even if you manage to get out of sight they have nurses to fix that due to deep wound.
You cant go far without possibly giving away your position, and you can’t wait for them to leave to mend Bc they’re searching the area.
rank 20-5 you might can get away with that kind of stuff but red ranks most definetly not. To say otherwise is selling killers with skill short.
You should go up against real legion mains with skill . It’s f’d. I know Bc I don’t dc, and see why so many do.
So you wanted a non dc opinion here it is.
The only real counter is everyone breaking up and doing gens to gen rush.
Bc as far as chases go against skilled legions GG
Ignore that I've quoted the wrong comment, I'm on mobile and it literally will not let me delete this and has it saved as a draft.
And no, it's not shown by Nurses. Neither is Snap Out of It or Wake Up anymore. Only standard healing is shown. Nurses is actually a huge waste on Legion if people just arent healing.
-
The Game. Lotta people say it's a killer sided map but I think most maps are simply survivor sided. The Game is more balanced between the two. Lots of places to hide, lots of places to break LoS, lots of areas for good jukes.

Mending deep wounds isn't seen by Nurses Calling

I love when survivors sabotage hooks, means less time they're on gens and just means I gotta slug.

@Hoodied said:
@ClogWench They cannot see scratch marks, so depending on when they begin the frenzy, you can still break the chase
Breaking chase isn't as easy as breaking line of sight. If they see you and Frenz towards you, they're moving fast enough that you have barely any time after breaking LoS to hide and even if you do, a killer with any amount of skill will likely be able to find you pretty fast. It's just not a realistic counterplay.
-
BBQ&C is my definition of a balanced perk. Strong, versatile, keeps game momentum, yet able to be countered.

@xChrisx said:
They should make legacy cosmetics for the new survivors and every devotion u can get a piece of cosmetic.
Legacy is never coming back dude. People gotta stop asking.
-
Dude it's nearly impossible to break the chase when they frenzy. If you do it's because they chose to go after someone else(which isn't the problem with them) or they really suck at watching where you go. If Legion decides they want you down there's barely anything you can do about it. Toss in FMT and it's just about impossible.
-
Since running Bond, the amount of times I've seen all 4 survivors spawn immediately together without the use of a shroud has been staggering. Almost 75% of matches has all 4 of us, and usually the other 25% is 3 of is with the 4th a distance away but still in Bond range.
-
This is why I run Mad Grit
-
Yeah you strike me as the type to enjoy that
-
Your husk continues to emit a terror radius while you phase. However your terror radius doesn't affect the phase sound survivors hear.

ah so you dont have an argument, just an empty statement then, very well.
I brought forth arguments as to why its not OP and as to why it would make for more engaging gameplay and you bring...nothing, great thanks.
Having an ability that you can honestly grab pretty quickly in a chase, that fires 13 meters forward in a several second long stream that can go through windows, over walls, etc, to damage someone is strong. 45 seconds is a decent amount of time for that. You don't need to have a one shot for that to be powerful. Being able to instadown someone with that is stupidly broken and would need a lot of other tweaking to make fair
-
Having a projectile one shot would be way too much. As it stands she's pretty solid already

hey just to remind u not every game is a 4man squad with players who sweat in this game lmfao
You don't need a squad to land a few skill checks.
-
@FoxWolfFrostFire said:
Okay. So the wording confuses me, Does this mean at tier 3 you only need two survivors hurt to get the full effect?
It means the maximum full effect is higher. With 4 survivors hurt it has a 24% penalty compared to the previous 15% penalty.

I dont use any other exhaustion perks
and yes, you can hide next to the hatch or the exit gates to use it, instead of looking for them like a headless chicken after a successful DS, so Head on is stronger
Don't see how that makes it stronger but clearly you don't care to consider anyone's arguments so by all means have fun hiding in lockers all game.

is more easy a hatch or gates escape to stun the killer when you want with head on, than with a situational DS (if you didn't get slugged),
even if the killer knows you are in teh locker, is a duel of skill to open locker vs head on
Still unnecessarily situational and limits you from using other exhaustion perks. And it's hardly a duel of skill. DS has better use in endgame cause you can either stun and get out or just crawl out knowing the killer can't pick you up. Head On is just another gimmick perk that's likely not gonna be worth the slot.

I hide in lockers so very often during chases
Doesn't negate my point that you're not accomplishing anything with it. Still situational, still takes the same amount of time, still easy to punish or predict, still has a perk that directly counters it.
-
You also need the killer to be in a specific spot, and being in a locker for 3 seconds is hard to do in a chase. Plus you give up having an exhaustion perk for it, and in the end all it does is stun for 3 seconds. Same amount of time you gave up to get into the locker in the first place.
-
In the event Head On does see a lot of use it's gonna make Iron Maiden a much more common perk too.

DS will be totally frustrating crap
as killer is will slug mentally 1 minute everytime I down and problem solved
DS has only 1 use and after the 1st and 2nd unhook... you can't control mostly
Stops you from being tunneled, gives you the opportunity to be picked back up again. If you get hooked endgame it gives you a free opportunity to escape. If you think it's bad you probably crutched too hard on it before the rework, and in that case I don't pity you. Head On is situational at best and once the killer knows you have it they likely won't fall for it.
-

but DS will be crap, we dont have any other fight-back perks
New DS isn't crap it's just different. And imo it's still better than Head On
-
I probably won't touch it. Seems risky and situational at best.

I break all the totems before i start on gens. As a solo player, it really makes the other survivors upset bc i'm not a gen jockey lol.
I support this.
I also support removing character specific rituals, seeing as how I find some killers boring/toxic and if i actually cared about rank(some do, so...) taking a killer with perks that can't counter a lot of toxic plays or Legion(meh). I'd rather have to unhook 30 players with any character versus 3-5 with a character i don't play with. I understand its MEANT to make you play other characters, but since there is ONLY 'rank' play, taking an unleveled character into higher ranks will just end with you getting stomped or farmed.
I can understand making you try to play new characters for killer but all survivors are the same. There's no incentive for me to start playing Kate if I already have Ace levelled and kitted out with good perks.
