Small hex totem buff i feel would go a long way towards making pure totem builds viable..
Every additional totem past your first adds 5% to cleansing time, Haunted grounds only adds 5% despite adding two totems.
that means if you take 4 totem perks (ie ruin, devour, haunted, thrill and third seal etc) you'll have up to 15% extra cleansing time (excluding thrill of the hunts already increasing cleansing time.
Also offerings should be made that give you a one off use of a hex totem. ie offering hex ruin, or offering hex third seal, they would add a 6th token to the game. they do not have to be the exact same as the perks but considering we already have pink moris in the game, essentially having a 6th perk thats on a totem i don't think is unfair.
an offering could also be added to killer (and a reverse one on survivor) which doubles the hex cleansing time, (and one that shortens it by 25% for all players as survivor, and one that shortens it by 25% for yourself as survivor)

Honestly cleansing time isn't really the issue and I feel like that'd be a bandaid fix at best.
Though while its not really the issue it does allow the killer more time with a totem specific build to do things.
4 totems with a 15% increase on time to all of them due to running 4 totems and you suddenly have hexes that take 20s to do. thats 80s plus travel time to cleanse all of them (the equivalent of a full base gen) and when you consider this is without thrill of the hunt, and that totem progression isin't kept the change becomes nasty for survivors.
If the killer wishes to run 4 hexes which are all perks that can go away (but are powerful) they shouldn't be easy to dismiss. :)
Yep nailed it. Band-aid fix.. But without really fixing something.
