Probably not as long as communicating with buds is possible.
And the game denying friends the ability to talk might just be a deadly blow to the game.
-
I don't dip anything, i scoop at most.
-
Sure, i almost never stop with fun builds ever since Hag came out.
*looks up, hand placed on my chest* Thank you Devour Hope
-
A meta theory, i like to think they wanna hide her name here too, to not increase the amount of sources where you learn her real name.

I did not know that this is what the devs wanted. Hmm.
Sorry that i can't link you to the official source as it's a few years since that time, but Mathieu Cote did address Killers seeing Survivors in the lobby on a dev stream before.
Simply saying that this is an advantage they want to give the Killer.
And giving the Survivors the ability to chat just seemed natural.
-
Oversight? π€·ββοΈ
-
I wouldn't mind being better at escaping chases.
I also wanna be better at consistently landing super-lunges, but "Windstorm" is so delicious.
-
I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but when the Rift is closed, it's closed.
-
Oh, i forgot to give my own tip.
Wraith - They didn't give the start of the ringing animation a rattle noise for nothing, it's so you can fake a hit.
Fantastic for baiting out Pallet drops & Dead Hards, especially if you mix it up with actually hitting instead of always first doing a fake.

If they really wanted survivors to "prepare" , they would at the very least allow us to be able to communicate through voice chat in the lobby because half the time I start typing "I'm bringing BT an--" chat closed. *match starts*
Also, they could allow survivors to hover over the items the other survivors are bringing, so I'm not squating up and down trying to hint "Hey I got this to help you!". This is why I don't hardly play solo anymore. Too many misinterpreted messages and signaling gone wrong.
I really don't care that killers can see who they are facing, but I do think it's funny when they lobby dodge. To me that's the equivalent of a dc, just without the punishment.
What could be better about the lobby is something you can suggest in the Feedback section.
All i know is that Survivors talking & Killer watching is what they want.
-
That's the advantage they want to give the Killer in the lobby.
Survivors can prepare together, Killer can observe them.
-
None.
Make Your Choice would be the closest to being extremely underrated, but i don't think it is.

I believe Orion is right. I recall being trapped multiple times yet using the same box.
As for personal tips, crows are extremely good for tracking that people for some reason don't use often.
Right?
My brain quickly learned the difference between the noises of ambience Crows & Crows scared away by Survivors.
It makes finding people a lot easier at times thanks to headphones.

...Within a certain radius.
I'm also fairly certain the Pig thing isn't accurate.
40 meters.
-
Wraith's tip isn't quite accurate, as the noise plays on successful cloaks AND uncloaks.

I think he is fun to play against. I used to love playing him, but he has the most outdated power right now.
He just stares and does M1-Killer stuff.
The bit of excitement i get from him only comes from people adopting his specific playstyle of laying low.
At least Ghost Face can do a proper peek-a-boo around corners, plus t-bag.
Nah, i think he's the most bland Killer right now.
-
Shape's boring.
-
Probably just me not playing her enough, but as it stands right now, nah, i'm good.
-
If you want PWYF Tokens ASAP, Wraith + Nemesis should do the trick.
-
No.
-
Since there's no "new" Perk in any of my main builds, i'll simply give you the last Perks that joined.
For Killer, it's Pop Goes The Weasel.
For Survivor, it's Kindred.
-
I'm just glad it doesn't apply Haemorrhage. π€£
-
There's not really an other way besides just playing & completing challenges, so it's time to compromise.
Either take a break and miss out, or force yourself to finish this Rift.
Just gonna say that a lil break did me wonders on my burnout.

This
When it survives for that long without being destroyed it feels so satisfying to mori the survivor.
There's those very rare occassions where i manage to start the kill right before the Hex Totem gets fully cleansed.
Of course i'll miss my earned bonuses, but knowing i got the kill just in time is a small form of satisfaction to me as well.
-
Killing using your well-deserved 5-Tokens Devour Hope.
-
The chase wasn't too bad.
I mean there was barely any looping, but you kept them busy for a minute.
That's a nice amount.
-
Adrenaline, Decisive Strike, Borrowed Time, Sprint Burst, Dead Hard, Unbreakable, A Nurse's Calling, Corrupt Intervention, Hex: No One Escapes Death, Infectious Fright, Thrilling Tremors, Whispers.
Well, maybe Thrilling Tremors if Barbecue & Chili wasn't a thing.
-
Idk how to make it fun for you, i'm not a fun teacher.
I just play how i want and i'm not bored yet.
-
Yeah me.
-
Balance reasons, the game wants to reward the Killer for actually getting a grab.
If you struggle out, then escaping their grasp is the reward, but being Injured is then the Killer's reward for getting a grab.

Thanks guys for the responses and thanks for the correction of the post seriously not being a smart ass . I saw leaks by daylight said that this one was going to be 5 stages does anyone know what that means ?
Unless they wanna hit us out of nowhere with a surprise 5th level, it's just gonna be 4 levels like the 2 Tomes before.

Such as ......the reaction of the whole forum.
They're already doing that on matchmaking, PTB feedback, etc.
Yet it still continues.
My original comment still stands. βοΈ

Oh, there would be some big changes if you want to that.
Such as?
-
So.
I've finally found a worthy opponent...

I feel like the durations of the 2 stun Perks could be switched.

There is a difference between playing and going all out against someone who doesnβt even have many perks or add ons tho or could just be trying to figure everything out
Yeah, but that ain't me, so it's regular to me.
-
So you mean the regular gameplay?
You're damn right i'm ready!
-
Neither.
Once i notice i got one, my thoughts are just: "Oh, okay."

Opposite for me, i hate playing against him more then i hate freddy
Oh i can't play normally against him anymore.
I always follow him and disable his Bear Traps.
If i get caught, oh well.
-
Boring to play as, hilarious to play against.
-
Going super fast across the map wielding a 1-hit ability can make him quite the threat.
-
Firstly, I get every character, so if I want Teachables, I level them.
Secondly, I prefer to save up Iridescent Shards so I can pay for cosmetics on Wraith without using money, unless it's an Auric Cells one.
And finally, the ratio from Iridescent Shards to Bloodpoints is waaayyy too small, I'm way better off just playing a few matches with Barbecue & Chili.
Long story short: Not me.
-
Oh my, you're gonna get bombarded with cosmetics if you do buy it. π
-
I'm fine with the Archives as they are.
I'm open to improvements of course.

Unfortunately I don't think it's temporary (the being jailed part is temporary but I don't think the removal of Trusted status is). BHVR moderates with an iron fist on these forums and I don't think it's for the good of the community if I'm being honest.
Well there's no time limit on the removal, but coming back might be a possibility.
That's pretty much the story of how i became Trusted: Was meh, became more positive.

Now you can never let her play the game.
She won't want to.
Invited her multiple times, but she's easily scared.
And i can't put enough emphasis on "easily", so you can't make me reconsider by using the good ol' "This game isn't actually scary." π
