I literally haven't had an infinite loading screen since like 2.2.0.

Let's start with, maybe Suffocation Pit?
That's the one. I guess "a lot" was a little vague, but you got it anyway.
Nice! Try this one:

Played a bunch of games last night as Spirit and went for grabs. It would give me a couple seconds of the grab animation and then register it as a hit instead, letting the survivor go free. Pings were all green in the lobby if this is a latency thing...?Yes. I don't know if it's logged or not, but grabs have been bugged since 2.0.0. Many, MANY times, instead of grabbing, you'll pause in the grab animation for half a second, then quick attack and the grab is just completely disregarded. I think it's some sort of host/client disagreement going on. Possibly a side effect of them preparing the back ends for dedicated servers.

I like Sole Survivor, I just wish it blocked against long range stuff like BBQ when the last survivor dies. I happened to have it on against a T1 mirror Myers this week and he struggled so hard. Can't say I understand the point of an exhaustion perk that goes off when you're guaranteed not in a chase. Like you can run into BBQ range or away from the killer, but that's an incredibly underwhelming perk slot, especially over other exhaustion perks.Well, Distortion exists, which is basically just a better Sole Survivor. Sole Survivor could stand a rework, and I think a perk that helps you facilitate flashlight blinds to save your friends would be cool. (Also it has the non-obsession downside thing)

I actually love both of these, but I the first one to be a different perk, and the second a rework.I personally don't think there's much of a use to Sole Survivor, because it's a perk that you run when you expect your team to lose. That's bad design. I think a full rework would serve it better.

I'm sick of seeing that only survivors get nerf. The killers continue with sick hitboxes, the hag trap I do not even need to say anything, it's just ridiculous.
Yes, let's nerf the survivors, in the next update take the shift to run, better, take all the pallets of the game or let all survivors fall in just one hit or let the killer see the auras of everybody for unlimited timeI'm tired, more and more this game is a continuous stress, players who do not have any skill winning the game in dirty ways. The developers take away anyone's willingness to play Survivor. Bugs with hitboxes that compromise all gameplay, BROKEN perks to killers who are never nerf.
Honestly, I really enjoyed this game. But now it's getting crap because they only hear crying from killers who have no skills and want everything easy on hand.
Seeing you say this makes me think you've never played rank one killer before.

My idea for Slippery Meat would instead be:Whenever you lose a killer in a chase, see his aura for 3/4/5 seconds, and make no scratch marks for 3 seconds.

1. Golden toolboxes on Haddonfield - make an achievement to find them all.Have funny hidden things, such as the phallic symbol in the fireplace. Even though this was out of line, it got people talking...
There's only one golden toolbox in Haddonfield. There's one golden toolbox in every single map except the original 12, crotus prenn, and cowshed.

Here is what I would change about this idea...THANATOPHOBIA
-Each time you hit a survivor, gain a token up to 2/3/4.
-A token expires every 30 seconds or when a survivor is healed.
-This perk is activate only while tokens are available.
-While this perk is active, survivors suffer a 15% action speed penalty to repairing and healing actions.
-Perk will display token expiration timer (eg. Blood Warden).hmmm...
Expanding on that idea, what if instead of just always having a 15% action speed penalty, the survivors suffered a 5% action penalty for each stack you have? Then you lose a stack every 30ish seconds? -

This is just an idea i thought was fun writing, don't go crazy on how unbalanced it could be.What if PWYF could make it so, instead of gaining more speed, it'll prevent Bloodlust tiers from being lost?
Each Token would represent a tier: The first Token you gain prevents Bloodlust I from being lost, Token #2 keeps Bloodlust II & Token #3 keeps Bloodlust III.
Every successful hit that you deal removes 1 Token & 1 Bloodlust tier.
Pallets would now also count as an offensive action, removing 1 Token & 1 Bloodlust tier upon successfully breaking one.
Successfully hitting your Obsession removes all Tokens and all Bloodlust tiers.
The amount of Tokens that you can have would depend on Perk level, so it's useful on level 1 and gains more on level 2 & 3.Maybe also make it so you can gain Tokens from other Survivors instead of just the Obsession? Idk.
You could make it into a STBFL type obsession perk.
Every time you let a non-obsession get away from you, you gain a stack.
Any time you break a pallet or hit the Obsession, you lose a 3/2/1 stack(s). -

You're complaining about having to pay attention to the killer rather than having chases handed to you on a silver platter.
the only time a chase is handed to a survivor is at a god window (ironworks window, torment creek window, etc.) or if the killer is super boosted. u already have to pay attention during a chase so idk what you're on about. it really sounds like you want the chase to be super easy for a killer, when you could just get better instead??? I'm not wanting easy chases. I'm wanting to make a worthless perk actually worthwhile running. Compare this to other perks: Is current brutal strength really up to par with things like sloppy butcher, BBQ, or Pop Goes the Weasel?
first off, pop is not worth running, secondly, it serves its purpose by ending chases faster and wasting less time kicking stuff, and finally why does every perk have to be bbq tier? I do think there are better perks to run than brutal but I think that for a lot of perks, should we make all of them bbq tier?
Do you think they shouldn't? Do you think all perks should be Monstrous Shrine tier? I think all perks should be equally viable.
i think perks should offer alternative play styles, which I believe they're pretty good at doing right now.
Okay. Every perk has a "different playstyle". Monstrous Shrine offers a "different playstyle", but that doesn't make it worth running. It's not on an equal level with any other perk. It's bottom of the barrel.
That's why it needs to get changed. Brutal does it job and it does it well enough.
Not really. See my previous comment ^

that's completely true. but I thought we were talking about brutal strength? I could definitely get behind a monstrous shrine buff because being completely useless doesn't really offer u anything
Well, I think that brutal strength doesn't really offer that much to any sort of playstyle. It literally takes off 0.44 seconds off of kicking pallets. Barely under half a second. I suggest this rework as something to make it worthwhile. I wouldn't even mind removing the faster break entirely and just replacing it with a one-kick animation.

They already made the base pallet destroy animation faster, that's why brutal strength was nerfed. There's no room for such buffs, since pallets have the role of breaking the chase and encouraging survivors to lose the killer, which is very hard to do anyway, because of scratch marks. Any more killer buffs like this and you'll just be promoting more looping. The game needs to go into a direction that moves survivors away from looping to have a less boring gameplay. Your suggestion does exactly the opposite. So, you think survivors should have it easier?
That's a completely different discussion.
I am just telling you what these sort of changes will bring to the gameplay. If you enjoy running around in circles as the killer, by all means, it's a good idea. I don't enjoy it, neither as killer or survivor, but I am forced to do it, because of poor changes like this, which ruined the game.I don't really see how it's a bad idea. It forces survivors to play more skillful.
Can you elaborate please? Give me a specific situation, cause I don't follow.
From what you've said, you think survivors should be made to escape a chase, not loop the killer. Looping is a main part of the game, though. This new brutal strength would require survivors to pay attention to when a killer is breaking a pallet, instead of listening then running.
Looping was considered an exploit for a long time, some people still consider it. It was never meant to be part of game, just something that happened, like 360s. You still haven't given me a good example of why this would add more mindgames. Please, pretend i am an idiot when you give your example, that way I will understand.
When you play survivor and are looping a killer at a pallet, most of the time you hide around a corner and wait for the pallet breaking noise to start running away, OR you wait to see if the killer continues looping with you. Brutal strength would give more leeway to killers in a chase by creating less reaction time between the pallet breaking noise and the actual pallet being broken.
I am sorry dude, I don't understand anything, but good luck with your perk suggestion nevertheless.
