Well in my personal opinion it would look something like this.
High Tier- Billy, Spirit, Nurse (has improved TREMENDOUSLY since this past patch), Hag
High MID tier- Plague, Huntress
Mid tier- Myers, Pig, Wraith
Low MID tier- Clown, Trapper, Doctor, Leatherface
Low Tier- Freddy
?- Legion
Note- Based on good survivors.
Billy is still most superior from the fact of his one hit down and map control. Looping CAN hurt him a bit, but there are always choices to make since you have your chainsaw.
Spirit is the same from PC as she is everything thing billy is aside from one hit down and better tools to mind game.
Nurse no longer has frame rate issues. Only thing that knocks her now is the 180 blinks that she does have on PC. Or rather she can do better 180s on PC. I think she's on par with PC nurse now other than that.
Hag has great pressure everywhere and can wreck havoc as long as the traps are on point. I debated putting her first, but SWF can be a bit more harsh to her than they can to other killers. That's really her only weakness IMO.
Plague (for now) is fifth and high mid tier. She's great at downing people, but struggles slowing the game down at times and with map pressure. Survivors also get free insta heals sometimes. Looping IMO doesn't hurt her much as it can with huntress. Speaking of which...
Huntress is on a similar level at downing survivors as she has a bit more availability to her range attacks vs Plagues almost guaranteed hits (hatchets vs corrupt purge). Speed really hurts her looping (certain ones) and map control. She would've been lower on previous patches, but again FPS has since improved.
Myers early game is where you can really get hurt. If you're not getting stalk or grabs, then you're not getting pressure and ultimately 2/3 gens are going to get done before your first hook. If you do get tier 2 early on, then great. His one hit down ability and added lunge to tier 3 is what helps him become a pretty good killer. Quick downs and you create some good pressure. Terror Radius in all tiers is also cool.
Pig is basically Myers, but has a more difficult time downing and can slow the game down better (at the cost of RNG). Pigs ability to slow the game and some creative mind games makes me feel happy.
Wraith makes it 3 stealth killers in a row. Coincidence? Average map control, average downing, above average against loops. Negative here is Wraith doesn't have a real great strength like the killers above.
Clown used to be thought of (by most) a pretty strong killer. Now that he has been out a while, the weaknesses are showing and the strengths are lacking. Clown is still a very good anti looper, but survivors on many loops have figured out the distance in which they can be safe. Everything else about clown is pretty below average which makes me tense.
Trapper is the definition of a average killer. Can slow down the game, loops can be taken care of, game can be slowed down and can get insta downs... all with his traps. Feels good when you get traps, but you're not always going to be around trapped survivors and we know there is some sort of butter in between the trap. I think he does everything at a below average rate most games.
Doctor is a killer I personally grown to love playing. His decent at loops and can slow the game down a bit, but has to REALLY work to get survivors down (which is what I love surprisingly). Honestly him and trapper are basically tied, but with Trapper having more potential he is put a spot above.
Leatherface has a one down ability. A one hit ability that isn't always at play because of vaults and pallets. Other than that, everything else is not very good. Camp game stronk tho.
Freddy we know what you are. A good add on killer.
Legion ???
-
I disagree, killers need to be able to see items in order to prepare for the match.
-
? Myers isn't built to jumpscare and pull people off gens. It's more of a quality he has. Now if you possibly used scratched mirror, then I'd understand. So, did you use scratched mirror? (Though I guess you are playing at low rank where survivors are less aware.)

Wow... disrespecting a goddess like that... SHAME!

It ranges from anywhere of 30 seconds to a few minutes. Usually depending on the time of day.
-
I've always been a stats kind of person. I'd love to see the average of kills per game, escapes ratio, hooks per game average, who's doing the best which each killer, etc.
-
I'm guessing Tuesday. Let's hope so anyways!

There is a reason why her nickname is "beautiful" (:

Does this happen at the 15 second mark and lower?
Cause i've noticed that's new, i can't press it after 15 seconds.
Yes, same here. Noticed it today actually and was confused lol.
-
@Jonathanskilz Oh okay makes sense (: BTW you might like "Mettle of Man" perk that's coming out. Seems like it would fit what you're looking for.
-
@Jonathanskilz Wait... if you knew what you wanted to replace Self Care with, then why did you create a post lol. Object is good for you since you like to get chased.

Yes so everyone can truly enjoy the 5 fps dbd console experience on all platforms.
To be fair, we are getting dedicated servers and console FPS has improved tremendously this patch.

We can thank No0b3 for the uptick in Balanced Landing users.
I don't really watch No0b3, but I believe you. So, when are we rioting? (:
-
-Iron Will- is the most underrated perk in the game IMO. I never see it get the credit it deserves.
-
Haddonfield. Map blows for most killers with so many corners and line of sight issues. It's really common to get infinites along the fences which is really frustrating. A lot of survivors run Balanced Landing now which makes the houses a nightmare at times. It's easy for survivors to stealth around so you lose time as a killer. With the layout of the map, it's easy to get gens done as fast as possible. So yeah screw this map lol.
-
I wouldn't say useful, but it would at least be not completely worthless. The DCs are pretty ridiculous right now.

They might for the characters/franchise. But when it comes to the likenesses of specific actors, no. For that, you go through the actor's Agent.
Back in my table-top game development days, when we licensed Evil Dead, we went to one place for the actual franchise license, and then had to go through Bruce's people to license his likeness to put on the artwork.
Ah okay makes sense.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesnt both Evil Dead and The Saw franchise have the same licensor?
-
@thesuicidefox Psst. Do me a favor and move Hag up to A tier behind Spirit please? Thank you.
-
As a killer main, number 2 gives me nightmares. Especially if it's a Claudette.
-
Yes, because the scent of the broccoli and chicken is still in the air in those 5 seconds.
-
@Saint_Ukraine How do you @ someone?
-
Some sort of shadow killer. I think there is a lot of potential to have fun on both sides with the power I've thought of.

They haven't separated anything. I am in a lobby right now with 2 russians and a chinese guy and I am European.
Exactly. Which is why it's weird.
-
@Peasant What?!! No.... I just want to help my fellow survivors that's all... I don't need those stacks at all (;
-
Kiss: Leatherface because he has two sets of lips.
Marry: Plague because she'll throw up in my mouth.
Kill: Nea. Not because I wanted to. it was supposed to be originally Laurie, but Nea snuck up behind me and scared the crap outta me.
-
It's okay guys, I'll be your body shield if they get near us.
-
Everyone at high rank is having issues everywhere. The Devs have stated a bunch of times that they are working on it on their Twitter. The ranking system this patch has really hurt the game, but everyone already knows that. What's weird is that they stated they've separated REGIONS so we would get people who are around where we live. All we can do is hope they fix everything as soon as possible.
-
Oh... so it isn't a coincidence I lose focus when I'm chasing a Jane.
-
"TREMENDOUSLY increases your chances of dying"
"TREMENDOUSLY increases the chances of survivors DCing"
"TREMENDOUSLY makes you wonder of how tremendous it actually is"...
yeah pretty much what I get from it.
-
It makes me smile when people tell me I'm the best/ most skilled killer they've ever faced. Usually only when I give them hatch, but still (:

What rubs my biscuits the wrong way, is that if a Killer chooses to...they can completely screw over a Survivor's game...deny them points, fun and pips. Which can often be the first person they find, or often seen, if a Survivor loops and jukes a Killer really well. This is coming from someone who mostly plays Killer over Survivor...sure it's team based and sometimes you may never deal with the Killer and its 4 of you (ideally) and so the burden of objectives is generally shared amd the BPs spread out....but still really sucks if you get a bad game that's 100% out of your control.
Agree 100% from a killer main.
-
They look hidden to me ;)
-
DBD is the type of game I only play 1-2 times a week. Too stressful lol. It's hard asking for the middle ground of skilled players because everyone's skill is spread out being differently. Like yeah you may see a tryhard SWF team, but sometimes it's not like they're crazy good you know? Yet, maybe a hypothetical killer isn't as great either. The noobs shouldn't be much of a problem anymore once they adjust the survivor emblems a bit more. I personally get all types of games as killer. Noobs, noob SWF, noobish solos, decent solos, decent SWF, decent tryhard SWF, tryhard SWF, tryhard hard SWF that are tryhard... and really everything in between those. And then it becomes to question... 'well, how good am I?' And however good you are scales this even more. So yeah idk, sometimes I have fun. Other times I don't. Just that type of game IMO.

Ty! We all just did so fingers crossed🤞. I didn't wanna put in a bug report if it was just us.
Thank you for the tip👍😊
I hope it works! 🙏🏼

Survivor is supposed to be a team game, so idk why the game is so strict in what you do throughout the game. As killer when you chase someone, you're doing all of your BP categories at once. Survivor doesn't have that option really. So maybe they shouldn't cap the BP category's.
-
Maybe reset your game or connection? Anytime I experience something like this, these solutions usually work.
-
I think the killer pipping is actually pretty fair right now other than the DCs being annoying. I've found it if I have played really good I 2 pip, if I played alright I 1 pip or black pip and if I play like utter trash I depip. The pips are pretty strict on the survivor side though.
-
@Asssthetic Sounds like a plan. The Devs will be very grateful for us.
-
@Asssthetic YES! Everyone in this thread and throughout the forums, you WILL bow down to us! As I and "Triple S" will guide you the right way into survival and/or carnage! Now PRAISE US! PRAISE MEEEEE
-
@Asssthetic It seems that way... Guess there's only one other option...
-
@Asssthetic Nah, I'm good lol. This is my Xbox GT, so I'm comfortable keeping it like this.
-
Is this a troll? Just going to say this is troll.
-
Nah, if the killer camps or tunnels, you should depip. It's part of the core game. Now personally I don't agree with camping or tunneling since it's not a very fun way to play, but if the killer decides to do that, then they're most likely doing to depip themselves with this new system. Gens get done, people don't get injured, don't get in many chases, you get 1-2 kills = depip. If you fear camping/tunneling, just do well in a chase. Killers who do that sort of thing like camping are usually pretty bad to begin with. Now if the killer DCs, everyone else should blackpip unless they've done enough to pip. If more than one survivor has DCed before the game has started, then the game should just end with everyone else blackpip.
-
I find sloppy useless against certain teams. It encourages them even more to gen rush and get adrenaline.
-
Guessing they'll be fixed in the mid-chapter patch.

@Acesthetii I did not know about the game telling you that she is ready to use it ( I guess that's the weird noise that I hear when I play against her ) but I fell like it's just a bit too hard to dodge and that It just needs a small nerf. Other then that I do agree with you.
Well, when she grabs the corrupted purge, you have a few options. You can either stay on a gen or move away depending if you think she's headed your way. If you move away for a bit, you'll probably notice she has hit a survivor and you can get back a gen. If you chose to stay on a gen, make sure you're near a tile that'll keep her busy awhile. Trees on Macmillan is good line of sight, The Game and Lerys have a bunch of corners. Farms maps are pretty favorable to survivors as is... and yeah of course try to move around if you're caught in the open. I guess these are just more reasons why I think she's fine and some tips I guess.
-
Idk about that. I think The Plague is in a very good place right now. You get a notification when she gets her corrupted purge, so you're prepared for when she is coming. It's counterable a lot of tiles (jungle gyms, t/l walls, etc.) and she is slower while holding it. Not saying it's easy to counter, but not impossible either.
-
Any talk on duo killers lately?? 2 killers vs 8 survivors. Map is a little bigger. More gens. Takes a little longer to complete gens.
This has been an idea for a long time. I think a lot of people would like to see something like this. We need another game mode that's for sure. Maybe a 2v6 would be better so it isn't as hectic. Definitely something I would welcome.

What about Jason Voorhees? Evil dead and Friday the 13th have connections. Ash fights deadites which Jason is classified to be as.
