I get hit by Huntress axes around corners every day. I'm really looking forward to dedicated servers, so killers actually have to hit me.
On their end, they are hitting you perfectly fine. With dedicated servers, killers wil get screwed, because now they are missing hits, that should have connected.

Low quality bait.

@ABannedCat I can’t fit the full black dress nurse into a pin without looking weird, anything else you might want?
Not all of it, just her head.

@ABannedCat this is pretty wrong, I've found killer mains tend to get upset more.
Yeah, but killers mains are more likely to withstand a hit, than survivors. Just look at how many survivors ragequit, as opposed to how many killers ragequit.
When something doesnt go their way many survivors (obviously not all of them), will just say "######### it", and leave. Killers generally suck it up better.
-
Déjà vu
-
Arguing on a forum like this generally requires some tough skin, and survivors generally lack that, as opposed to killer mains. So naturally you will see more killers here.
-
Up the Ante
-
Survivors could also bring 4 toolboxes, and end the game in under 4 minutes. Do you see killers whine about it? No.
You are not entitled to your free escape.
-
I would want a pin with brunette Kate, and black wedding dress Nurse. I am unsure what those 2 should do there, I just want them there. They are my 2 mains <3
-
When will the sounds finally be fixed? Specifically talking about survivor footsteps often being completely silent.
-
They set up a bunch of wheels attached to rods. Each wheel reads a differnt parameter. Like one has a character (specific killer), one has perks, one has numbers, and some read specific actions like "remove ability to do this in certain situation". They then rotate the wheel, and the outcome of all wheel combined get implemented.

the devs don't even know what they're doing anymore
"Anymore" would imply that they did know what they are doing at some point in history.
-
Dont forget dedicated servers, that will absolutely demolish killers during looping.
-
Dont feel upset. People in the entirety of Africa, the Middle East, central Asia, and central Russia get ######### by this as well. You are not alone.
-
Knowing the developers, very unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.

She's 15 years old or at the most 16 years old
Legal in my country.
-
How is the old saying? Dont put your love stick in crazy.
-
They want you to chase them, so their friends can rush gens while you are busy.
-
Not sure about other killers, but I can assure you, I am gonna tunnel-camp everyone wearing that cosmetic. It just makes me aggressive.
-
I just wish they would pump out bug fixes as fast as they pump out cosmetics and skins.

Last night someone de-hooked me before the Killer even had a chance to leave only to slam a pallet in my face trapping me and the killer on the other side.
The Killer then decided to do the dishonorable thing by not chasing down the idiot who 'rescued' me far too early, hooked me again, it then turns into a farm fest when that Survivor comes back for more BP, de-hooks me again, downed again and Mori'd before I get a chance to do anything.
I swear, why cant we have an ability to kick a prospective rescuer in the chest, interrupting any de-hook attempt if they just want to farm their fellow team mates.
I'd similarly like an option to punch other Survivors in the face to get them off me for those who insist on mending out in the open with the Killers terror radius approaching under a neon sign pointing to us.
That suggestion in your 3rd paragraph sounds interesting. Stopping a survivor from unhooking you. I would love to have such an option in the game. I can stop someone from healing me, why can I not do the same with unhooks?

I remember I had multiple games in a row where we were all Pizza Dwights. We'd walk to the basement in a straight line and jump in and out of lockers until the killer came. One game we surrounded the hook looking up. xD Most games, the killer would play along. It was really funny.
Why do I never get such SWF groups when I play killer?
-
Sound in general is completely broken right now. Neither as killer nor survivor you can trust it right now.
-
Knowing the developers of Dbd, the survivor's perspective not showing the animations was a bug, that turned into a feature. Like survivor footsteps being completely silent.
-
@Poweas said:
Obviously Kate is the most attractive survivor in the whole of DBD. With her snow gear and that american bikini one, WHOOOOO she's ridiculously attractive.
They made a David pillow, why can't they give us the sexy beast, Kate?
Its not bikini, its a croptop. Huge difference!

Holy ######### I have to agree, that #########’s AWESOME!
For people who don’t know it either
Holy #########, damn! I want this ingame! On the other hand, though, knowing the horrible optimisation of this game, its gonna lag like dogshit.
-
Pig is the best. Her sound when she gets stunned by a pallet or a DS is just too adorable.
-
Looking at my ping in most lobbies, possibly the Moon.
There is one thing I noticed in this thread. When people are from the USA, they often specify which state they are in, while people outside the USA, only mention their country without further information. Why is that?
-
OP username checks out.
-
Developers did a pretty good job so far.
They managed to get so many people addicted to such a broken game.
-
It would just be nice, if Dead by Daylight had any basic audio settings, like litterally every other game nowadays. I would like to be able to mute, or tone down the volume of hex notification, or any sound notifications for that matter. Why do the developers not think of that? Or does that upset the "balance"?
-
If a survivor disconnects in my game, I still give 100%, but I wont play too tactical anymore (things survivor-mains call "slugging", "camping", "tunelling", etc).

@TAG said:
Can we please wait until they announce what the change is to complain about it? I'm ready to complain if I think the change is bad, but I'm not gonna do so preemptively.
Normally, I would agree with you, but knowing the developers of Dbd, they WILL ######### her up beyond rocognition. Better prepare yourself sooner than later.
-
Dynamic IPs are a thing. And nearly everyone nowadays has one.

Seems like Pig will be getting a change.
Wait, what, why?!
There is not a single reason to touch the pig.Not. A. Singe. One. She is already low-tier-ish, and the new endgame collapse would finally bring some strength to her.
Seriously, why am I not surprised that the devs want to nerf low-tier killers even more. Mettle of Man already nerfed M1 killers big enough.
-
If the next patch doesnt include bug fixes, like the sounds on killers, then I am out.
-
Break line of sight, be unpredictable, hide, watch out for common perks like BBQ&Chilli and Nurses Calling. She has plenty of ways to be countered efficiently. Yes, she is the strongest killer in the game (and also the hardest to learn), but she is beatable. The reason why most peoplle struggle against her, is because you cant loop her. And 95% of the survivors can do nothing but loop. You need an actual brain to juke a Nurse.
The only thing I would consider OP on her, are some add-ons. 4 or 5 blink Nurse is just insane. Also her megablink combo (Ataxic Repiration + Catatonic Boy Treasure) is also pretty strong on a good Nurse.
But I think the Nurse should never be touched as long as Survive with Friends with voicecomms exists.

i generally dont understand their logic how deep wounds work...
"when you run at full speed, your wounds (deep enough to make you drop deadly injured after a very short time btw) will neigther open, nor hinder you in any way!" or "when you are somewhere around the killer, the wounds will stay closed, no matter what you do." i dont think thats how real deep wounds are working...
People can sometimes endure injuries in fight-or-flight situations. The in-game perks Unbreakable and Adrenalin are based off the same concept of people going beyond their limits in dangerous situations.

Looking in your direction but doesn't tell you where they are versus a perk that's like sonar that never stops. It's like a bat using echolocation it's way too accurate and needs to be on a timer and not work on lockers.
If whispers wasn't so good then so many killers wouldn't run it.
Comparing it to a sonar or echolocation is just wrong. Because those 2 also reveal the direction, distance, and motion of the object being tracked.
-
If you get hit in the exit gate, and lose your item, just pick it up again. The killer's weapon cooldown is longer than the pickup animation of survivors. You can still escape with your item.
-
Doing it in public games gets you banned. Also anyone who tells you how to perform it in public games also gets banned.
-
So glad I learned Nurse before this patch. Never need to worry about pallets :D
-
Jane when getting hit, or being injured. It really sounds like she likes it. I bet its her kink to get slapped by an oversized killer.
-
Just let us choose the colour of the auras. Its not that hard, developers. Godammit.
-
Probably Ardetha, or Truetalent.
Though if you wanna see survivors being destroyed, go to Ardetha, since he tryhards more and goes full meta.

So do footsteps. And Stridor.
I follow people that flashlight me at pallets when they are healthy. Just look ahead and figure a path that the survivor will most likely take. Probably to a pallet or window. If they run back into the spot you just were well that pallet is gone so they can't loop you.
Wrong. Footsteps dont exist anymore on the killer's side. They nerfed it.
-
Yes, its also in the Mash It Up video, and its looks insanely hilarious. Got a heartful chuckle out of it, the first time I saw it.
-
Or maybe just make it so that you can hook the dead body of the disconnected person. That way you also get the hooking action towards your devout emblem. Also the remaining survivors are punished *slightly* less for someone else DCing, since the killer spends a few more seconds hooking the person.
-
If survivor footsteps were consistent, I wouldnt mind flashlights at all, since I can still hear them through my headphones. But since the devs ######### up sound (again) some patches ago, and refuse to fix it, being flashlight blinded can you actually cause to lose a survivor, if they play it correctly.
-
Usually if I see items in the lobby, I bring my 3 blink ruin Nurse. Also with NOED if I am having some rough matches before.
