Guys, I am brand new at this game. Me, as a killer, I have NEVER EVER allowed a single survivor to escape. Not even one! Now, as a survivor, When a killer changes to me, I know 80% chance I'm dead. If the game lags (location rollback) it's 100% chance + Alt F4. If I enter a game in a indoor map, 100% Alt F4, Also, if I encouter DOC to be the Killer, Alt F4 too! So... I'm not sure if this is normal... But I'm a rank 16 with 7 hours put into the game, fresh out the gates, just started playing a day or two ago. The problem here is that, while yes, I have done somewhat well over a few games, matchmaking got worse and worse as time went on. Hi, Disconnection penalties have improved the attitude of every player. Very few players are DC'ing, and more players have started playing more seriously. There is 1 downside to the disconnection penalties, though. Killers can't DC if they are in annoying situations. So basically I bought spirit with my iridescent shards just yesterday, and it takes me so long to get a sacrifice, I end up getting a sacrifice when there is 1 or 2 gens left, yes I could not just be used to her mechanics and how to best play her. First hook phase is fine, and while the 4% chance to pull off hook kinda sucks, it's still not awful nor is pulling off of hook yourself necessary most of the time. But second stage is what I don't like. Having to spam a button just to survive on hook for a minute is so annoying for me. So, in my earlier posts I talked about camping. I dont like campers, especially those ones that dont know how to play the game, they hook a survivor and stare at them, or just stay the entire lifetime of the hooked at their sides. I sometimes feel I do something that looks like it, but it isn't, I guess. Something has to be done about totem spawns. They can be rearranged and tucked away multiple times but people will always learn the spots and go right to em every time. In the end, constantly adjusting totem spawns by tossing in another bush next to it will just be a waste of time. I just won a match, 4 kills by hook. 2 of the kills that I made, I camped a little bit with Insidious, and it worked out. But you could say, "you are camping", but no. Why I say that is because, I know, BUT I KNOW THAT ALMOST ALL THE GUYS THAT I PLAY WITH WILL RESCUE A HOOKED ONE. So I simply use Insidious or patrol the hooks looking for a survivor. Is that bad? I don't see why some people complain about Adrenaline. It is a one use perk. Meaning the survivor only has three usable perks throughout the match. It also makes the survivor exhausted. They won't be able to use their dead hard or whatever exhaust perk they use. As stated, a lot of people including the devs stated that the goal is 2 kills and 2 escapes. But according to the emblem system, 2 kills does not equal a pip. Its either a depip or a black pip. And also how come the emblem system is so biased? For survivors, you don't even need to escape, just do the generators and basically "chase the killer". Not sure if this is widespread knowledge and I just live under a rock but if you're slugged the wiggle bar will slowly regress. I always thought that if a killer dropped you then you always have that progress on the bar even if you're slugged for almost the full 4 minutes. I give up. I'm done with sweaty ass matches against try hard swf's and there bs coms. Uninstalled. Needed to free up space anyway. The past 3 dlc releases have been Liscenced. I understand the point that these bring in money but I would like to be able to use my shards to get characters. I love everything they have come up with for original characters. All the concepts and lore behind them. The Wraith being a favorite. I wish these killers got movies just like the Liscenced ones. For me, Spirit is my absolute favorite to face. I like mind gaming her phase walk and predicting her movement. Number two in Nurse, attempting to juke blinks is quite fun. Trapper is one of the few killers who can directly delay the End Game by using his power. The Pig used to be able to do this, but it was nerfed to the ground because rewarding people for using their power strategically was just... too much to handle, I guess.
