The perk changes that hit in the last update were changes that were gunna happen with the anti tunnel/anti slug update. That was abandoned at least for the time being, so why are all the perk nerfs and buffs being kept anyway? Why are we putting perks back piece meal? What’s the point? Who was asking for this? Out of all the perks in the game, Tenacity was not a problem. It wasn’t meta, it wasn’t broken, it wasn’t ruining anyone’s matches — and yet somehow it gets gutted? Why? The whole identity of Tenacity was being able to crawl and recover at the same time. Phase 2 has some changes listed to slugging camping and tunneling. Phase 1 is pretty tame but 2 seems game changing. If they were to punish tunneling camping and slugging to the point where it is not viable anymore to do it I hope this encourages buffs to killers so they can be fun to play. Last Stand has been renabled however Devs haven't fixed anything Devs KillSwitched the perk to fix it but didn't fix anything you still Vault faster then base fast Vaults and it still gives Invincibility frames so Projectiles like Hatchets, Knives, Slinger Harpoon are nullified while Vaulting it's genuinely pay to win at this point. I've been thinking about ways you can get rewarded for reaching P100 on your desired character and this was my favorite Idea so far.
