So here's my question to you.
Prepatch, his haste was 10%, now its 12%. Can you explain how suddenly that makes him massively OP?

Why the wait for these changes when the Fog Vial Changes happened week after week? Why not revert Clown in the mean time while the Live game waits for the PTB Changes?
