  Why has Behavior over-reacted to Fog Vials and nerfed them into the ground but the moment people realize that Clown is absolutely busted in chase it takes them weeks upon weeks upon weeks to fix it. You have the answer staring you dead in the face Behavior, revert the Clown buffs until you decide on a different buff/nerf patch for him. Instead we are left here to rot with brain dead Clown gamepla
