Anyone else bothered by this? It's not just the same person doing the voice over, it's the same sound files that have had their pitches altered. Haven't heard anyone mention it, but its undeniable8 comments 282 views last activity

I mean I think this patch note really emphasizes where their concerns lie. As killer I still encounter survivors who make no noise when downed, this isn't the result of any perks,. As survivor if I turn the camera the sound from my generator gets louder then quieter. But hey, as long as the shoelaces on that Meg skin are tight and Myers' pipe has the correct ratio of blood to rust then all is15 comments 251 views last activity

I think I remember this challenge being in the last tome, but why did it get put in tome 2? As a killer challenge it kinda feels like one would have to throw the game in order to accomplish it, even then it feels a little TOO difficult for tier two of the tome itself. If anything, it feels like a tier four challenge than what it is currently.11 comments 351 views last activity

I didnt play with enduring for a while, guess the last time was before oni came out. And now I noticed, when I got stunned after picking up a survivor under a pallet. Usually enduring would reduce that stun duration but I had the normal stun duration like I had no enduring when I got stunned after the pick up. That wasnt like that before, I wonder why the devs needed to shadow nerf AGAIN enduring15 comments 1,291 views last activity

I know there are plenty of discussions and posts about that already but I didnt found even after hours of google search any official statement about that. I would like to see any link ,if someone has it, of a official answer from any mod or dev about that topic pls. I just know that it "should" not be bannable having those coloured perk icons.24 comments 3,391 views last activity

It seems that when you reappear out of a blink, your movement speed is still a snail's pace for another 3 seconds after coming out of the fatigue animation. Had this happen a few times while playing Nurse and lost survivors since they had 3 seconds longer to increase the distance from me. Coupled with the cooldown timer, your hands are pretty much tied behind your back.11 comments 1,931 views last activity

It is a simple solution to survivor abuse of disconnecting to give their SWF the hatch.Just do it. For those cases where the DC isn't connected to the survivor, then it is fair for the survivors and killers.36 comments 641 views last activity

I love the fact that 2 of the free cosmetics are contest winners. I think that should be the norm from now on. Add more content based on contests.8 comments 171 views last activity

like APPLY PRESSURE they say, well i cant with a 110 speed killer, i know in short maps this could be game breaking but i dont see why not give a killer a speed bonus outside chases. the speed must be accordingly the map size the speed should be gradually removed as more gens gets done. ( to avoid low quantity of gens and super speed) the speed gets removed in chase the speed bonus changes fr35 comments 1,041 views last activity

Will your team work more on optimisation in the future updates(like grapihcs) Since there is some fps spikes in game fps in chases from time to time especially on new larry's map when you play freddy(there are massive fps drops). Also will you rework other maps(like larry's) since that was pretty good job. Will you add more versions of the existing ones in the future and balance pallets and gen16 comments 731 views last activity

Im talking about their stalking and revealing the Ghostface. It's no secret that both of those fellas are hella broken. They have been for a few months now (basically ever since we got dedicated servers). It's really not fun playing as them or against them, Im going to go as far as to say that they're literally unplayable (no pun intended). There isn't really much to add, are there any plans to a14 comments 502 views last activity

When does the "survivor found" and Chase begins? It's not when you simply stare at a survivor so I guess it is when a survivor is running and you look at their direction.4 comments 161 views last activity

I've had a lot of arguments with people on the forums and in game about a lot of things. However, I don't think there's anything I've been more astoundingly confused about than how people thought the Demogorgon was a strong killer after he came out. Don't get me wrong about anything. I'm a huge fan of stranger things, so he is probably one of my favorite killers, and in one of my overall fav86 comments 8,793 views last activity

I think this will help with the dev's planning to update under used perks, or gonna greatly skew results. Doesn't matter - let's go. I'll Start Hex: The Third Seal - Do you even realize how awful it is when all the survivors are blinded? If you don't find that totem, and you're solo vs a stealth Killer. You can't save anyone.30 comments 441 views last activity

this is real ######### balancing would i say why not respect perk you made, because it was 75% and people still didn't used that much don't you think it should be 25% or 50% first while exhausted, consider this perk only work in usable maps you should fix those few spots like haddonfield pumpkin house, try to fix before break it borrowed time and ds is all time most pick for a years and mo81 comments 1,473 views last activity

I was looking at the battle pass which I brought last time around, I was hoping the grind would be a bit less. The problem is I don't have spirit. Seeing as completing all the Tome challenges doesn't get you to max tier if you so much as don't have 1 DLC you basically are not going to reach tier 70. I think if you do not have a killer you should be able to do a "longer" task on a normal kill40 comments 4,371 views last activity

Any tips for getting over the jitters of playing killer? I'm rank 10 at the moment (I know ranks dont really matter, but it's for the sake of info) and I feel like I have the hang of it, but I always get so nervous to play killer because I feel like I have the quality of the match in my hands. If I do well, most people won't say or do anything rude, but I am sure most killer mains know what hap37 comments 3,101 views last activity

I want to do something fun for a minute. This is for everyone, rank 1-20, devs, players, everyone who plays killer. What's a dirty build you've had recently. In the past couple of days, what build and killer combo did you use that did the survivors so dirty that you had to go and take a shower immediately after. I'll go first: Clown: Perks: Coulrophobia, overcharge, unnerving presence, distres57 comments 2,701 views last activity

How will mmr effect those swf groups who abuse the low rank host into getting in low rank killer lobbies? i feel that this unfairness has a lot to do with these types of players not just matchmaking in general but these swfs that realize the swf update a few months ago was just a placebo?17 comments 331 views last activity

What if New Ruin could "restart" and change totem once cleansed? Like: "Whenever the Hex Totem gets cleansed it respawns after 30, 25, 20 seconds. The respawn can only be activated once per game" Maybe that could help you, Ruin users?38 comments 832 views last activity

In the recent dev stream, they said they'd remove the hook "tech" and yet it is nowhere to be seen in the hotfix patch notes. Also, slugged Survivors making no injured noises is in the game for over a month now and hasn't even been mentioned by the Devs other than that there are "sound issues", which is a really vague statement. Could you please give us an update on the situation regarding the97 comments 2,881 views last activity

Personally I would say The Doctor. His lore confirms he was a sadistic individual who enjoyed inflicting prolonged pain on his victims. He relished performing torturous acts upon people, excited by their suffering. Whilst Freddy is a close second being a child killer, The Doctor gets the top spot for his overall methods of murder. Who do feel is the most evil DBD killer?67 comments 2,341 views last activity

I feel that iron maiden is one of the most useless perks in the game other than faster reloads with huntress. Instead of being exposed for 15 seconds, maybe after being in a locker for a set amount of time, maybe 12 seconds, you become injured. ? I want more perks to be used from both sides. Maybe this can be a step in the right direction.30 comments 1,221 views last activity

I wonder if it is considered to bring DC penalties back. The amount of snowflakes in this game is unreal. I'm tired of being robbed my deserved pip by salty killers. P.S. I know, survivors disconnect too. They all are the same, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont hijack another thread with balance discussion/tears.95 comments 2,121 views last activity

Not sure if it’s just me but I feel like it’s highly slack that killer adepts are way more harder for killers whereas all you have to do as a survivor is escape with the 3 unique perks. Ever since the original rank changes it’s been almost impossible for lower rank killers to achieve adept achievements whereas the survivor ones are easy regardless of rank. Should the achievements be obtainable39 comments 871 views last activity

If you could choose any map or realm to receive a fresh new look, like they did with Lerys, wich one would it be and why? I'm not talking about balance in this post , it would be just about the visual aspect about the map. My personal choices would be Mcmillan, Coldwind or Autohaven.37 comments 391 views last activity

I have been playing dbd for going on 3 years now and its been really fun. I'm a legion main but i do play both sides A LOT and I've noticed that whenever there is a perk or add-on bug in dbd the devs say only killers will get banned. For example, infinite legion was a thing a people did it a bit. But then the devs say killers will get banned if they do it. However when dead hard could get survivo27 comments 1,711 views last activity

So I am trying to figure a solution that will allow me to play Legion on PS4. I have a ps4 pro (boost mode or not it doesn't change a thing), with a dell gaming monitor capable of 60 frames per second. My hard drive is basically empty, only games are dbd and f13. I rebuild my database every 2 weeks, I restart dbd every 5 matches and restart the whole ps4 pro every 2 hours, and I play dbd at 7204 comments 72 views last activity

Please don't just sit there and zap people. Actually go hit them. You gain nothing by making them go all the way to tier 3. Had a guy do that against me today. Result? He got me to tier 3, and started chasing. The chase was so long that he had to give up on me. I wasn't hurt but hey, I had to snap out of it.👍👍 Totally worth it to zap me for maybe 20 seconds(I don't actually know how long it to20 comments 721 views last activity

hello handsome people in the fog Me and a bunch of friends have successfully made a custom patch about sounds; This is FAR from perfect, but this is something right? I just had to comment on the recent patch and the ridiculous nerfs. They nerf killers so much. They nerfed enduring and it toke awhile to fix freddy, and then nerfed The Doctor now he cant cancel out loops with his shock,Hex ruin is very much needed ESPECIALLY in the high ranks. Alot of killer mains stopped playing including myself. Did the developers forget that theres killer mains out there too135 comments 3,902 views last activity

I ask players from both sides, and I also realize some people feel like winning is fun so that’s fair too. Personally for either sides I want to have a fun, interesting game more than I care about winning. As survivor if I have a fun chase and manage to help my teammates escape I don’t care if I escape myself. As a killer if I manage multiple hooks and have a few decent chases and mind games I24 comments 271 views last activity
