I thought so. I was like, I have never heard of any of that ever.

Any inside map like The Game or Lerys.

Some maps are way too big. Very unfair to slow killers. Gens, something needs to be done about them. Toolboxes are broken. So many little things pile up to be a big problem.
Mainly I'd say its maps or gen speed.
Possibly even more so is SWF. The game wasnt intended to have it and it is very game breaking in the sense that survivors are NOT supposed to be able to communicate.
-
Game speed is too fast.
As survivor, I can usually finish a gen before the killer gets to me. And, even when they find me and I get chased, by the time I look down at the number of gens we only need one or two more to be done. And those usually get done when the killer gets into another chase.
As killer, even like Spirit, on some maps I can barely make it across to the other side before a gen goes off. This is so disheartening. Especially when you're a new killer trying to practice and get better, its painful to play.
I still love the game, I just want something to be done about the state it is now because it is not great.

Trapper, Wraith, Doc, Huntress mostly with sprinkles of Billy, Spirit, and Pig. Hardly see Plague or Oni. As for Nurse and Hag, almost nonexistent.
-
Sometimes 99% the gates is a good strategy, but I get where you're coming from.
-
Apparently Spirit is bugged, are you guys going to fix it so that survivors cant hear her phase while in her terror radius. Makes it really difficult to play tricks.
Or, are there any plans to fix the Hag lag with dedicated servers?
-
Yeah she is a little difficult to master when dealing with good survivors because they know how to counter her pretty well. Play who you like, they are probably just salty since they cant quite bully Spirit like other killer since she has no tell when phasing. People will complain about no counter play but her power is made to be inherently vague and hard for survivors to guess. People will say she is easy due to her power but tracking with broken sounds and working around perks that silence survivors or get rid of scratch marks can be detrimental to her.

Gen rush doesn't exist. Only other objective is totems.
Did you even read the post? If so then, okay.

Haha, that's one tip for a survivor as well: killer probably just as afraid of you as you afraid of them. As you can see from thread alone :)
Only some people like me are afraid of the "power" role. So I wouldn't assume all killers are nervous. Most are cold blooded or just dont really care that much.

Okay so despite popular theory, Trapping hooks isn't effective UNLESS its basement hooks.
Oh, I know that haha. I usually trap on either side of a pallet and windows and doors. And of course, hooked survivors in certain situations like basement.

Wait.... you get nervous playing killer? I mean I was same when I started playing survivor because I was scared but as killer you are the thing to fear. I guess just remember that. Be smart. Play to kill. End them. KILL THEM ALL! Uh.... ya something like that idk what to say. Just remember if they fear you they'll make mistakes and faulter. (Even red ranks suprisely.)
Being bullied by SWF isn't fun. Try it some time and you'll see where I'm coming from. Lol

Ah we have the same killer mains!!! Well what I like to think is "Hag and Spirit are top tier so as long as I play decent I'll totally wreck them!" If you'd like I can give some tips!
Tips are always welcome :)

I really hope Spirit doesn't get nerfed again. She is kind of slow and can be easily juked by decent survivors. Plus, she is supposed to be unpredictable anyway.
-
There seems to be more killers on the forum. But, I play both. More survivor though.

Feelings are subjective, whoever gets offended by t-baggers choose their own demise.
Decision making and game sense is the more decding factor compared to gen times or loop safety, and the lack thereof may result in losing games and "feeling the time crunch".
That is why I said, "may feel". Some killers dont feel it so that's fine. This is more for those who do. The game inherently has an undefined "time limit" on the killer dependent on the actions made within the match, so there is a time crunch whether it is felt or not.

Oh, the good old "No true Scotsman" argument.
You killed a SWF team with 4 toolboxes? Well they weren't a true SWF team then.
When do people acknowledge that it is actually possible to win against a 4-man SWF? I haven't used Ruin in a year and haven't really struggled much as killer.
This is more about the time crunch killers may feel and not so much about Ruin itself.
-
Yeah most killers seem to be upset with Ruin change but it's not necessarily that. They have been saying that most killers used Ruin for early game pressure and now that it has been changed, gens seem to go a lot faster since there is nothing to impede the survivors.
-
Thank you all for the advice. I really appreciate it.
-
Yes, I use it as Hag to pull people toward me and my web of traps. I use it on Spirit too since she has the speed to patrol quickly.
-
Very informative. This definitely makes me understand the new format that they will implement into the game. I am cautiously optimistic about the upcoming changes. Hopefully this will fix the match making issues everyone is experiencing at the moment.
